Kirks was pleasant everything else downhill. Contact while car was there was not good dropped car off on Saturday and expected car to be done Monday or Tuesday. No one called to update us. after 2 texts and 2 voice mails and no response I called Friday after the car had been there 6 days and refused to leave another voicemail while I was on hold I received a phone call with and message left by our service person. We picked up the car today Saturday and by the time I got home a cover from under the car was hanging down and came off. I got in the front passenger seat to go out to dinner and went to buckle the seat belt and it was not attached. We took the car in originally to have 2 recalls repairs completed and an oil change. Came out with having to replace the cover from under the car and an unsecure seat belt we had to fix. Of course I called immediately when we got home and again left a message and no call back. I would attach pictures if I had that option.
Very poor service
