I have had Three procedures in FWB Medical Center since Jan. 9, 2020.
Jan. Out patient Surgery to repair a broken wrist.
Jun Hospitalized for 3 days, Procedure was an Endoscopy.
Aug. 6. Out patient Endoscopy/Colonoscopy.
I have a Medicare Advantage Plan HMO with Cigna and they have paid medical bills to FWB Med. Center to the sum so far for the January and the June procedures. Totaling $12,850.55 and I have paid $787. my co-pays. I am now being asked to pay $3,594.00 from the Anesthesiology services and that is just for the Jan, Jun . I have not received a bill yet for August. When I contacted Cigna and asked what my responsibility is toward the bill, they said there is NO patient responsibility because they have included payment to Anesthesiology services to FWB and it is their responsibility to pay the provider. Envision Services billing says that they have NOT been paid and that I owe the bill. FWB Medical Billing Customer Service person said I should have been aware when I filled out the paperwork on arrival for the procedure. It is an absolute travesty, to the point of being a 'SCAM', to think that a person is being made aware that they could be liable to pay thousands of dollars for services that they MAY receive. Without a VERBAL 'You may receive a Bill for Anesthesia services because they are not employed by this hospital and the cost could be several thousand dollars in addition to what your Insurance will cover! If I had been made aware of this 'not on the day of the procedure at 6 AM while waiting to be admitted. I would have declined having it done at FWB Medical Center and drove to Sacred Heart in Pensacola. Where I might add that in 2016 I had a Cardiac Procedure to the tune of $97,609. and my responsibility was 1,166.00. I am deeply disturbed by the inept ability of FWB Medical Center to allow this kind of practice to occur. I cannot be the only senior citizen on SS and medicare, retired and on a tight living budget to get a whopping bill and threaten to send to collections if I don't pay up! Thanks FWB Medical Center, I will drive a 100 miles before I use your facility ever again. You have no idea how financially devastating this kind of practice puts people in.

This hospital is hit or miss. I delivered my son here. The maternity staff is great. The emergency room was what impacted my review. They can use some work. I have been misdiagnosed numerous times. They also take forever to service you.

I got some lab work done here and the nurses I ve had so far are very good at drawing blood and are very nice. It barely hurts every time and they are very quick. I ve been to other hospitals where the nurses have had to stick me several times to draw my blood or I have been told several times that my veins are moving and while the needle is IN my arm they move it around to try to pierce the vein, which is so painful. I have NEVER had that problem at this hospital before. Like I said, the nurses I ve had at Fort Walton Medical Center definitely know what they re doing because getting labs done is almost painless and is so quick, and they are very nice. I am very satisfied with the service I ve received so far.

This was my initial introduction to FWB Medical Center for an O/P procedures. The O/P team from pre-registration through pre-surgery and post surgery were all professional. Introducing themselves and informing me of what they would be doing to what was coming next in the process. It was quite evident they had the proper training to make each patient as comfortable for the procedure they would be having, since this is normally not where any patient would like to be. It was quite evident the full team was working together to give me the best care for the procedure they were about to perform.

Around 5:30 am I had to come to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center to be treated for a very bad sinus infection before making our trip back home to Springfield, Illinois. The staff on duty at that time in the morning were so very nice helpful. I wanted to let them know that I m feeling better and want to thank them very very much for making my day and for being so very kind to my husband and me. Pam Slater

Nearly a four day stay. The nursing staff is probably doing the best they can but do to being under staffed I never received my medications on time. Waited 3 hrs for Tylenol while laying in the bed crying. A couple of times the meds I needed just never came. I do not recommend this hospital. I won t be going back. I have heard horror stories from other people. Now I have my own. Someone is making a lot of money NOT caring for patients properly. Sad.

Way, way, way overcharges. $15,000 for 3 days in hospital doing nothing. I did not have any physical condition yet they forced me to take pills in the morning, when I ask what it is they said it's to help your digestion (!?!?!?) I'm a healthy 5'3'', 128 lbs with no medical condition.
The WORST part: when being admitted to the hospital, they bagged up my personal belongings, that's fine, then they WENT THROUGH MY WALLET without consulting me, and mailed my bill over to the insurance company whose card they found in it. Little did they know, that insurance card was specifically for my birth delivery only, and I have a separate health insurance from a different company.

Of course they got denied, so their debt collector called me. I gave him the information of my other insurance provider to bill them, thought that's done. 1 year later, I got the bill ($15,000) again saying that they failed to contact my insurance company. so this time i have to go to the insurance company's representative agent in my town, to file a claim for them (which they were not able to do for some reason), got everything sorted out, got an explanation of benefits from the insurance saying that patient's responsibility is $0.00/ Great news! NOPE!

During the 3 months after I got the explanation of benefit, their debt collector kept calling me saying i still own $2,000 which on the explanation of benefit say: discounted amount after negotiation $2,000. So the hospital made a deal with the insurance that they're gonna discount $2,000 and then still try to go after me for it. (That's illegal by the way, double dipping) I called the hospital, try to explain it, they tell me i have to call debt collector, so i called debt collector back, telling them all that, they told me to fax the explanation of benefit over, to the number they gave me, then called them to check on it "Did not get it, try this fax number", i kept doing that for about 20 times, each to different number, $2 each time faxing from UPS.

Finally i was so frustrated, I called the insurance company, they were actually able to contact them and fax the damn thing over there themselves. By this point the hospital already reported to my credit company, which is FALSE REPORTING, saying that i owe money while i don't. Called the hospital and they said they got the fax but nobody review and update it, so wait 10 days then call back. Called back today and they said the same thing, wait another 10 days.

THEY TOOK SO MUCH OF MY TIME AND MONEY, FALSE REPORTING ME TO MY CREDIT COMPANY, they have no respect for patient. I'm applying for some paperwork for my own goods, if they denied me because of this false credit report, i'm suing this hospital.

The bathrooms are discussing! Hopefully you can add photos here. The nurses are rude and very inconsiderate! I would not bring my pet (Even if it was a Rat) to this hospital! I also have been in my room all day waiting to see a doctor who sent in a nurse to tell me his concerns it's been two days now and still haven't seen a doctor! Very unprofessional!

I am having massive problems with this hospital for simple food poisoning. I can say that I was FAR from happy with my visit and $4500 bill is very high in my opinion for 2 hours of stay, one IV bag, blood and uring tests. The blood tests were a joke. They don't test for any food related bacteria which is needed for suing the restaruant who is responsible. I got just about one minute at the most with a Doctor. Try everything you can to avoid this hospital and go pretty much anywhere else.

My mom was admitted to FWBMC. She had gallbladder problems and gallstones and had to be removed during surgery. Dr. Smith was very good at my mom and her nurse did a great job in helping my mom recovered and I would recommend that place to anyone near in town. The only reason I give this a four stars instead of five is because things had been going pretty slow there and even much slower in the ER Department. The waiting time is much longer in the emergency room when we had to wait almost seven hours for result. After they drew blood samples and Urine and Xray there, no nurses came and checked on my mom until seven hours later and that wore me and my dad out alot. I understand that in some cases, it can takes up to several hours to analyze her blood work and other things, but we didn't expect to wait that long as driving from Fort Walton Beach all the way to Tampa. Other than that, I loved that place and most Doctors, Nurses and Staffs were professionals. We will go back there again when absolutely necessary. I do hope they will become more efficient and do the job faster in the future.

Everytime either myself or a family member comes t...

Everytime either myself or a family member comes to this hospital we have bad experiences. I was brought in by Ambulance and I didn't see a doctor till I was there for about 45 mins. The nurse was the one that got me all checked in. After finally seeing the doctor, he ordered some test and some xrays. All the nurses were very nice and helpful and so was the doctor when I finally got to see him. After all my test results came back the doctor decided to admit me into the hospital so that I could have a nuclear stress test first thing the next morning. I laid in the hallway in a bed for 14 hours.....couldn't get no rest as its very loud in the hallway. I was told that there was no beds/rooms upstairs so this is where I had to stay. Yes, the nurses was nice enough to give me ear plugs and something to cover my eyes with. When a person is sick the last thing they need is to lay in a bed in the hallway. The next morning around 7am my personal family doctor was making her rounds and she seen that I was admitted, but couldn't find me until she was told that I was still in the ER. My doctor also told me that someone should be around soon to get me to have the stress done. Nobody came to get me for my test, so at 10:30 am that same morning I asked to leave as I was tired of everything that I had been thru. I signed paperwork to be released and left! I followed back up with my doctor the next day to have the stress test scheduled.

This is NOT the first time that NO beds/rooms were NOT avaibable!! My brother was brought in via ambulance in April 2019 from a heart attack. He was also admitted and we was told that there was no beds/rooms upstairs. He stayed in the ER for 8 hours and I finally decided to have him discharged on my own and I took him myself to Gulf Breeze Hospital ER. He was admitted there and placed in a room upstairs.

FWBMC you need to add more beds/rooms for this very reason!! It is NOT giving you a very good reputation!!

The staff could care less about you or your case. My mom is up there right now and the staff are all rude to her. The doctor (Dr.Wang), doesn t know how to speak to a patient and their family. He treats you like you re trash and above you. He s tried multiple times to send my mom to a nursing home, because he doesn t want to deal with her. The nurses are mediocre at best.
We ve tried to talk to an HR departments and be nice about this whole situation but they ve been nothing to rude and are continuing to be so. We asked for information about a transfer to another hospital and the staff has become even more rude and it s ridicolus.
This hospital used to be the best hospital, but now it s become more and more run down. I don t know what to do or who to call to get my voice heard. We re all just tired of the constant bs we have to put up with daily from the hospital staff.

I WAS CONTACTED AFTER THIS REVIEW AND THEY HONORED...

I WAS CONTACTED AFTER THIS REVIEW AND THEY HONORED THE ORIGINAL DEAL! THIS ISSUE IS NOW RESOLVED.
Back in 2014 I took my daughter to the ER with an ear infection. She was already on medication for one, and her local doctor said to take her to the ER since her meds weren't working. We arrived and they looked in her ear and said yes, ear infection and prescribed meds. Turns out she had built a resistance to Amoxicillian and just needed another medicine. EASY FIX.
THEN CAME THE BILLS!!!! They ran all these tests at $1,200 a pop and charged us around $5,000 for hospital fees then the doctor billed us another almost $700 and the meds were several hundreds. Keep in mind, we have insurance. Turns out the doctor (contracted) wasn't part of the ER and not in network. Who knew??!!
We received our Explanation of Benefits and it stated the customary and fair charge for the area is $510.21. After many calls and emails the hospital agreed to lower the bill to $720.90 and sent the bill. Then I proceeded to tell them the customary charge is $510.21. So, Deborah approved that amount and I paid the bill. All was good.
About a year after that, I started getting bills for the remaining $4295.79. Now they tell me they have reopened it and won't honor their original deal. I even have the bill to show the charge is $720.90 (never got a bill for the $510.21 because as soon as Deborah approved it, I sent a check). I keep contacting them and nothing is resolved. I keep getting bills.
I have worked my entire life for excellent credit and fear this issue will hurt my score. I have contacted my lawyer and if this isn't resolved soon, will bring all of this to court and sue for loss wages (time I've spent on this for two years) and legal fees. I have the bill where they "contractually adjusted" the amount. Now, it's just plain harassment and of course when you call, no one knows or does anything about it.

The medical staff was great, but my roommate was not a desirable companion. She was Dr Jekel/Mr Hyde.
She was screaming at staff one minute and compliant the next. Nights were very bad. She couldn't or wouldn't remember the bed alarms. Seems the world revolved around her. This was my first and hopefully last experience with a roommate.

Just a quick note of thanks to a couple of your charge nurses on the 4th floor of the FWB Medical Center. Tessa and Amber have been both professional and informative whenever I have called to get updates on my 81 year old Mother who required abdominal surgery during this troubled time. Not being able to see her or visit has been tough, but these amazing nurses have given us a glimpse into her recovery with their detailed and kind reports. I can only imagine the stress they are under with current working conditions so it means a lot to me and my siblings! My Mom was a nurse there for over 30 years, so I know good ones when I see them and Tessa and Amber go above and beyond! Lanny Wagner

I give 1 star for in-processing: a woman with a digital tablet who was in-processing my father was rude and had the personality of a wet dish towel. She argued with my parents about Tricare for Life insurance eligibility, billing and registration. If the insurance billing for my parents is messed up - she will here from me: this lady is arguing with the patient (my Father) and my Mother about insurance registration! Creating more stress for any patient is very, very unprofessional! I have seen hotel clerks in-process customers with better courtesy and professionalism! I witnessed two staff members argue about readjusting the bed to the correct position while my father is in the bed with blood rushing to his head! What kind of training provides arguments? I was shocked to see multiple sheriff deputies stationed in the ER! What the F@$# has happened to our town? This was a nightmarish result that I saw first hand how much damage the politicians have done to ruin our Healthcare and Medical professions. The cross communication channels between doctors, nurses and administrators needs improvement. My father had to wait nearly 15 hours before he was moved into a private room. This urgent matter occurred Sunday, February 4, 2018 at about 02:30hr to 03:00hr. My father did not get into a room until about 17:00hr to 18:00hr. Maybe it was divine intervention because in my humble opinion my Father was released too early. He is not healed, he is in pain and we still don't have a plan for his surgical procedure- I believe he is a candidate for the cardiac ablation. I pray to God my Father recovers and that he doesn't have to repeat that nightmare. I pray for the patients currently there and that they recover in good health. I truly wish I were a Medical Doctor, so I could help my family better. We are pressing forward, we have a appointment with a Doctor from OHVC and I will inquire about his plan for my Father. I am going to consider a better hospital!

I am currently standing in front of the ER. They are soo understaffed that in the waiting room there is a man with chest pain. The response was to wait your turn. My family member who has been here since 11 am has been in the waiting room. (It is now 10 pm) His Blood pressure is 240 over 180. I would think that should demand some type of care. Not here. Update. They now after 11 hours have decdied to give a single dose of high BP med and send him back to the ER waiting room. Never again here.
Quote from receptionist."I have to give medication in the waiting room or do nothing at all"
At 10:30 there are patients laying on the floor. None of the patients waiting have received care for the last hour. This should be a wake-up call for this hospital.
10:45 They finally decided that 240 over 145 is a dangerous BP. They are now scarred that he may have a brain bleed after 12 hours here.

Same day surgery; staff lacking ability to "care" for patients in recovery room!
... woke up from surgery in agony; blamed on muscle pain "from how I slept." I was unconscience and unable to "reposition" myself so the staff should have noticed the bad positioning and corrected. That is their job.
... male RN with badge not visible was asked if he was a RN by myself because I needed medical attention. Was told he "actually" was then he proceeded to make fun of me with patient next to me. Mimicing my accent and word use for at least 10 minutes.
... for my pain I was given intravenous drugs but then smacked in the arm by female blonde nurse to "wake up" 3 times. I even said "ouch" since the pain meds were given for the pain in right arm and shoulder which she slapped me on.
... complained about numbness in fingers and chest pain; solution take chest xray and tell me I was fine. Also relocated the oxygen sensor to my earlobe to get a reading above 90 since my fingers were numb from lack of oxygen (reading 82).
.... while I was trying to take excess tape off IV line nurse yanked my hand away and turned around to work on computer. I tried to explain my sensitivity to tape and was still ignored... then she took her turn removing it. Tearing it off my arm which was painful. When I let her know I was again ignored and not addressed.
.... no follow up call today since I made it very clear I was not satisfied with services rendered.
I warn anyone about same day surgery at this facility!

I was in this hospital 5 days recently. I went in for chest pains. They did stress test and found I needed heart catheter. After heart cath they told me they found no issues and that I was suffering from acid reflux. I told Dr. Wang he was wrong and they sent me home. Yesterday ,2 days after i left hospital. I went to Sacred Heart still in pain and ill. I was diagnosed with gallbladder issues and I need to have it removed. It took them 3 hours to figure out what was wrong. The staff was amazed that FWBM didn't catch this. Needless to say, I will never step foot back in this place. I had to give it a 1 star or it wouldn't let me post. But in reality , I give it a negative star.

Dealing with Fort Walton Beach Medical Center has ...

Dealing with Fort Walton Beach Medical Center has been a mothers worst nightmare. I cant even begin to describe the amount of stress this facility has caused our family. We were visiting the area from Indiana. Our son spiked a temp of 104.9. We THOUGHT we were going to a urgent care since HOSPITAL OR ER is not in the name. Upon entering the facility they got us right back without me EVER filling out any paperwork. No one EVER told us this was a hospital and would be billed as a ER trip! Not being familiar with the area I had no clue. Upon returning home we got a bill for $1,738 AFTER insurance. This placed charged $739 for a strep test $962.50 for a flu test and $1,206 for a service room charge! I couldn't believe it. I called the billing department and they said there was NOTHING they could do. I would have to talk with Kathy Bonboardiere the Facility Director. I spoke with Kathy and explained we were from IN and I didn't realize that this was a hospital. She then told me that it says Emergency Room on the front doors when walking in. Which is a complete joke because they are automatic doors so when walking up they open. So how are we supposed to read this? She then said we could set up a payment plan but the bill was the bill and there was nothing she could do! After realizing there was NOTHING that Fort Walton Medical Center was going to do I called our insurance company and they expressed this is becoming a really large problem with these "pop up hospitals" tricking patients into thinking they are a urgent care. After talking with insurance company and filing a complaint with them we realized there was nothing more that could be done. I called the billing dept back at Fort Walton and said I would like to set up a payment plan. They said they would have to transfer us to another company called NPAS that deals with all their automatic billings. They transferred me over to NPAS and NPAS told me our account was not with them. I then called Fort Walton back and they said it could take up to 7 days for account to transfer. I set a reminder in my phone to called them in 7 days. Well, I called and guess what? account STILL hasn't transferred over! So now I am trying to set up a payment plan and cant! I have been hung up on TWICE TODAY at Fort Walton. As a mom I feel like this company has taken advantage of my family and left us with no choice but to pay this bill or be sent to collections as they has mentioned many-many times. That if we don't pay bill in full or set up payment plan within 45 days we are sent to collections. But we cant even set up a payment plan.
Please moms and dad DONT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE unless you are wanting to pay a hospital bill. Find a TRUE URGENT CARE that is not trying to trick you.

I wish I could give less than one star, the absolute worst hospital my famly has every had the unfortunate luck to be a patient of. My husband was taken her by ambulance due to blacking out, dizziness, and severe chest pain. He was admitted for observation and that's where the trouble began, when I personally wasn't in the room on several occasions he laid in his room in severe pain and after ringing the call button finally gave up and called me and I had to call the on duty nurse. Then after 3 days observation he was told he needed a pacemaker due to his heart rate dropping dangerously low. Before the surgery I was told by the OR nurse that came to take him to the OR that they would call me and let me know before they ever started the surger, they did not infact they didn't even call during as they said they would nor did they call after he was done. I personally had to track him down and find out what room he was going to post surgery. Very unprofessional. Then he was released the next day still in extreme pain and was told it was because of microscopic blood clots in his lungs that weren't of any concern. We got home that night and he started experiencing a shocking sensation in his left chest rib area by early the next morning it was so severe he was taken once more by ambulance to Fort Walton Beach Medical center where his Surgeon Dr. Ajit Janarhan informed him that he had went "too far" with the lower pacemaker lead and it had perforated his heart wall and the shocking was coming from that lead. He then informed him he would have to be transferred to another hospital to have the surgery and lead placment corrected. I wouldn't take my worst enemy to this hospital.

Good lord, where do I start. As in which terrible visit. The latest I guess.. my Aunt of 66 yrs.fell in my home, on 4/1/17. She was taken to FEB MED. CTR.. SHE WAS IN TERRIBLE PAIN UPON ARRIVAL YET WAS NEVER AT ANY POINT GIVEN EVEN AN ASPIRIN FOR PAIN. AFTER A VERY LONG WAIT ( MORE.THAN.2 HRS.) WAS SENT TO THE URGENT CARE SECTION OF THE HOSPITAL WHERE SHE HAD X-RAYS AND WAS TOLD SHE HAD A FRACTURED TIBIA AND GIVEN A KNEE BRACE. (THE BREAK WAS JUST BELOW THE KNEE.) OH, THEY ACTUALLY PUT IT ON HER. TOLD TO FOLLOW UP WITH AN ORTHOPEDIC DR. LATER. SHE AGAIN RELIEVED NO MESS WHATSOEVER & NO SCRIPT FOR PAIN. NONE. SHE IMMEDIATELY WENT TO HER DAUGHTERS HOME IN MOBIL TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL WHERE SHE WAS TREATED WITH PAIN MESS WITHIN 15 MIN. OF ARRIVAL & XRAYS SHOWED A BROKEN NOT FRACTURED TIBIA & FIBIA, ALSO AN MR I WHICH SHOWED SEVERE TEARS IN HER KNEE LIGAMENTS. SHE NEEDS SURGERY. SHE WAS SENT HOME WITH PAIN MEDS AND HAS HAD SURGERY AND DOING WELL.
IF SHE'D NOT GONE FOR A 2 ND OPINION SHE'D HAVE BEEN ON A CANE OR WALKER UNTIL GOD TOOK HER HOME SAYS THE SURGEON. I CAN NAME UP TO SIX VISITS SIMILAR TO THIS ONE WHERE I WAS DIRECTLY INVOLVED AS WELL AS A PATIENT IN TWO OF THOSE. WHAT HE HE'LL IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE. I 2OULD BE TERRIFIED IF I HAD TO GO THERE FOR A LIFE THREATENING EVENT. I MEAN NO LESS THAN TERRIFIED.

I decided to go to ER cause I suffered from a headache for the last two weeks. This was the best experience I have ever had in an emergency room. From Michael the RN that checked me in, to Breanna the PA, Cheryl the RN, Chad and Dawn in radiology doing my CT scan. The young lady that transported me to Radiology and the Nurse that gave me my shot. All the staff was very courteous during my visit. Sorry if I missed anyone. They gave me a shot for the migraines and a prescription that really helped. Will follow up with my primary.

Er nurses are not very attentive and they have too many patients assigned in their care. It took 10 hours to get checked into a private room for critical care patient transfer from sacred heart. Once patient was in room upstairs the same was true for nurses too many patients per nurse. Never again will go to sacred heart Pensacola or Panama city next time. Don't need bigger hospital need more nurses.

I brought my father in to the emergency room and the staff there was very nice and very respectful to me and my family my dad had to have surgery and the staff at the maintenance of the hospital was very rude and disrespectful when I was trying to get information about my dad that the only reason I gave y all two stars is because I think the staff at the maintenance of the hospital needs to treat people with better respect

As I sit here in the E.R waiting area in which I call the Bacteria sespool I am aproching 2 hours wait when the web site says ten mins. I think it would be less frustrating to patients if the acutal time being treated was displayed. This is the second day in a row I came to the E.R last night I sat for two hours with chest pains and walked out because the pain was two over bearing yo sit there. I am 5 weeks out of a quadrupial bypass and I was told that I should be seen because I shouldnt be in this much pain after surgery this long. I am a Health Care co struction manager and have managed the contruction of two Major Emergency Rooms and never ever had delays like this. I think better coordination is the key to success.
Thank you

The registration process was a little disappointin...

The registration process was a little disappointing. Once we completed the paperwork. The employee didn't know where to send us. She sent us to radiology and that department sent us back to her again. She finally figured out where to go, and the technician came and met us in the lobby. She turned a stressful procedure into even more stressful, wondering if anyone knows what they should be doing. My second concern was - I think you need to work on signage - The employee who registered us sent us to radiology - however, your signage in the hallways don't say radiology they say Diagnostic Imagining. We also asked an employee where to find radiology and they said they didn't know. I feel your staff needs to be aware to help ease an already stressful situation into a caring situation. I hope that my future procedures don't continue in this matter.

The staff were amazing! My night nurse, day nurse, lactation consultant. Everyone as a whole were amazing and treated me as a person, not just a patient. I wish I would ve used this hospital for my first birth as well.

I am only confirming EVERYTHING written concerning how bad this place is. If you MUST go, take a lawyer with you. I am filing formal complaints with State agencies now. VERY rude, uncaring, unprofessional and hazardous to your health. Busy to them is an excuse for every sin imaginable. If they can't work in a busy ER (they are ALL busy, everywhere in the country) go be a school nurse somewhere. Make no mistake......you ARE NOT anything but an interruption to them. Drive 30 mins or so to Baptist in Pensacola. You will he glad you did.

Took my wife to the emergency room and we waited a while but they wouldn't let me back with my wife. So if you want to be there for your wife in one of her times of need would recommend going to a different hospital.

I was blessed with a very professional and caring team of nurses and doctors at a time of my life when I was so very sick and dependent on their expertise. They and their techs were exceptional and I can't thank them enough for the care I received.

I found the nurses and doctors at the Outpatient Center at FWBMC to be very kind, compassionate and thorough. I was given great care the day I was there. A shout out to Stacy and Enita who gave me superb care! Thank you for making my long day in the OP Center much more tolerable.

The time I was there and the time I was sent home ...

The time I was there and the time I was sent home , was terrible!!! The nurse that I had was very rude and they all wanted to talk down upon me like I don t know what they re talking about . One of her comments was since I don t have a way to go see a health care provider is well you just need to go back to North Carolina with a smart mouth additude. I came in for vomiting blood and server pain in my lower abdomen. They didn t even treat me for my pain . I was in SERIOUS pain and they didn t even bother to see if I was ok . That is NOT how someone at a hospital should ever act towards there patient . I came to be treated for ALL of what is wrong , not just part of it . They wanted to be lazy and go home . She was in such of a rush to go home . I will NEVER go back to this hospital EVER AGAIN !!!!! I will be sueing !!!!

The Lab was great!

The Lab was great!
I can not believe that your hospital charged over $15,000 for lab work, i'll be going elsewhere from now on.
