I've had to go here several times for my birth and for other emergencies for my son. My birth went smoothly. The staff was very sweet and took wonderful care of my son and made sure we were comfortable. As for the ER situations those luckily wen't okay too. My son was seen quickly and received proper care. Thank you to the staff, especially the labor and delivery nurses, you guys are great.

Wish I could rate this place with no stars...this place sucks, needs to be shut down!!! By far the most uncaring staff I've ever encountered. Where do they get these people that work there...those doctors and nurses wasted their money going to school!

This place is a joke, they take foever, half the time don't do anything for. They'll see people who are up and running around being obnoxious but someone who is alot of pain they take foever to see, they want insurance information before they even take you back. Sacred heart is the best hospital/ER to they actually care.

I recently had some outpatient labwork, EKG and chest following as a preop for ankle surgery. I was wisked through each procedure with such speed that it was amazing! My surgery a couple of days later was likewise a great experience such as it was. The staff was excellent and I was treated as if I was the only patient they had to take care of that day. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in the surrounding area.

I just was released from ICU. The nurse Francesca went above and beyond the call of duty to provide care for me. Namely, her attitude despite any obstacles was very positive, empathetic, and stable. If FWBMC would just let Francesca train its employees, patient care would be a much greater paradigm than what I am reading here on Google. Some healthcare workers got it and some do not. Thank you Francesca!

I had a recent surgery at Ft. Walton Beach Medical Center. I was amazed at the young man that checked in patients for Pre Op and also for the surgery procedure. He called people by name, reassured people within just a few minutes of sitting down that he would be right with them. He was personable and very helpful. Smart young man with great people skills.
The entire staff in the Lab, EKG, and the Pre surgery room explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable.
The night nurse that attended me after the surgery was great, wish I could remember her name. Overall, my surgery experience was top notch! The business office called about paying my bill at a bad time, but she didn't know. I told her my husband would stop by before arriving to take me home. The volunteer in the lobby was almost belligerent to my husband when he entered to go by the business office. So the bill wasn't paid before we left, which we had planned to take care of. I selected a 4 star rating because of this guy. He needs to work on people skills.

Everyone was extremely professional from the folks helping me with my appointment check in to techs running my tests. I really appreciated that I did not have to wait around as I have had to at other institutions hours after my appointment time and was able to get on with my day.

It breaks my heart that this is the best option for ER/hospital care close to home. The ER people are rude and uncaring, for the most part. As far as the hospital goes, my mother was in and out of there several times... they tried to kill her with medication she was allergic to every time she was there. She had a broken right arm (she was right handed) during one visit and they would bring her food tray and leave her there alone. No one would come help her... her arm was in a cast all the way down over her hand. She couldn't open sugar, salt or pepper packages, couldn't prepare her drinks or food in any way, and had trouble using her left hand to eat at all. She fooled them though--she had colon cancer and died at home, instead of FWBMC. I go there because I have to--not because I want to. Be very, very careful, and vigilant if you have to go to this "place".

This hospital is a joke. Walked into the express er staying my wife was having severe chest pain as well as numbness . They said that the regular ER handles all chest pain and told us to walk to the other entrance the equivalent of two blocks away in 100 degree heat.

Once we got to other entrance she was taken to triage where they gave her an ekg but didn t even take her blood pressure ?!?! Then had us sit in the overcrowded construction zone waiting room. Is this the twilight zone ? Not to mention rude nursing management handling the walk in desk ..we stated to her that wife was having chest pain and she nodded her head and said well it s gonna be a few minutes .. have a seat?

We just moved here and are so disappointed in the quality of care at our local hospital and will use other facilities if able ! They are a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Edit. We are still here 7 hours later and have not even seen a dr ?!?!? This place needs shut down !!! Not sure who I m gonna contact. But will find someone to tell. !!!!

I had surgery on Sep 22nd in outpatient services. ...

I had surgery on Sep 22nd in outpatient services. Everyone in that department was professional and curteous. They understood there was a job to be done, but a human element to it as well. I was treated with respect and personal touch from the moment I walked in. Fast forward through surgery to recovery, where I had Tim and Donna as my recovery nurses. This is where the excellent care truly began. My tolerance to pain medication and history of difficulty while obtainin control from surgery was know and from moment one nothing proved easy. Tim was by my side from the moment I woke up until he was confident that I was feeling better and more in control of my pain. He wouldn't even go to lunch until I told him I would be fine. He was gone maybe 45 mins and right back at my side doing nothing short of making sure I was comfortable. When the time came, they took me upstairs to be admitted. Both of my nurses made sure the staff on 4 South understood how difficult my time had been and what they thought was best to continue with. I met my new nurse, Brenda. She is a true angel. She stayed by my side as much as possible throughout my stay and went above and beyond and way she could, despite her busy schedule. I went home the next day with what seemed ordinary pains. Fast forward to Monday, my pain was out of control, I had a very minor airway and I was right back in the hospital, this time for 4 days. I begged for Brenda and ofcourse I got a new nurse. She was heaven sent and the very reason that nurses exist. Her name is Noel and I promise you that you will never meet a more caring or compassionate nurse. The entire team was amazing and had my back when I thought I couldn't take any more. All of the horror stories and false reviews I've read about this place are terrible. When you get behind the scenes and set aside minor things for what they are, you will see that there are incredible staff members all around that hospital tha genuinely care for their patients, from Robert and Dave in Dietary to Noel and Brenda in nursing to Cindy and Elizabeth in management all the way to the hospitality crews that would help me put on my leg warmers. No one stopped short of making sure that I was priority number 1 in one of the worst times of my life. Thank you to all of the staff I encountered during my stay. God bless you all! Special thanks to Shonna who is a nursing student at NWFSC and will no doubt be the absolute best nurse around.

I came in with 5/8" gash on top of index finger, it took a single stitch to stop the bleeding. I left with thick blood still caked inside my palm, they didn't even bother cleaning me some. There were blood drops from other patience's on both the wall and floor of my ER stall (gross). In the end that single stitch cost me $4,800 dollars (and I have insurance). Never again, this hospital is just licensed robbers, a disgrace! My advice is going anywhere but here!

I went to the ER Monday morning with chest pains shortness of breath, took them forever to take me in the back room, took them forever to run tests on my, the only friendly staff were the people that did my ct scan. When I got back to the room I puke on myself called for the nurse never showed up hour to later the doctor comes in with my discharge papers told me nothing wrong and he left. A male RN nurse comes in takes my iv out tells me how to get out of the hospital room and lefted. I still had the sticky heart patches still on and the pressure cup on my arm. I will never go back there.

I was worried about going to an ER that wasn't VA because of coverage. But FWB med center went above and beyond their lightning fast service by reporting the ER visit to the VA for me, before I even had a chance! They were super welcoming and helpful. Therefore, Google doesn't have enough stars to give an accurate rating. So 5 will have to do.

My one year old son had a persistent fever during our 2016 beach vacation, and we took him to the emergency room. Once I was vetted for ability to pay, the cash grab began. I was asked to pay the hospital fees up front, so I could be granted a "discount" for up-front payment in full. When they determined I was able to pay, they increased the emergency room urgency level from a level two to level three treatment (i.e.- intensity of treatment incrementally increased) moving the charges from 4K to 6K. The two-thousand dollar premium was added as a non descript hand written line item.

Ultimately, my son was given one dose of Motrin and a stuffed moose; the Motrin was about 200 dollars and I must assume the stuffed animal constituded the remaining 5,800 dollar balance.

Well played FWBMC, you successfully preyed upon scared parents.

I gave them 5 stars because they are the best in the area. Dont go to the crestview hospital they are terrible. Attentive staff, fast very clean inside. Took great care of my sister, she was there for 2 weeks. Nurses where friendly and very patient, they accommodate the patients as well as possible and encourage family participation. Cafeteria needs improvement, hours of operation need to expand. The little sandwiche shop that makes smoothies is great.

I was a patient in the FWBMC Trauma Center for the period of 13 to 24 August 2017. I was hospitalized for a badly broken leg which required two surgeries. During my time in the hospital I was very well taken care of by the entire staff.
I was in pretty significant pain for most of my stay so I really appreciated the tender care I received. Personnel on the team caring for me were always in a good mood and would take the time to stop and chat with me for a few minutes to put me at ease and make me feel comfortable.
From the nutrition department, through the medical technicians, nursing staff, case workers, to the Trauma physicians I felt I was in good hands and watched over by people who really cared about me. Thank you very much.

UPDATE: My daughter wrote this review and Dr. Sand...

UPDATE: My daughter wrote this review and Dr. Sandwith, and Fort Walton Beach hospital had google delete it. The truth hurts. People read reviews for a reason. My husband and I made a huge mistake by choosing Dr. Sandwith. I don't want another patient to make that same mistake.

My father "WALKED" into Fort Walton Beach Hospital to have "ELECTIVE" surgery on 10/9/19, with Dr. Sandwith, and now my father is in a "COMA" and his prognosis is "POOR" and he is expected to pass away from his "ELECTIVE" surgery very soon. I WOULD NOT recommend a doctor that would do an "ELECTIVE" surgery on a patient without doing the CORRECT diagnostic scans, and tests to make sure it is "SAFE" for the patient to have their procedure. My father had many CONTRAINDICATIONS , and risk factors, which Dr. Sandwith should have known was NOT SAFE for my father to have his ELECTIVE surgery. If Dr. Sandwith would have done the CORRECT diagnostic scans and tests to make sure the surgery would be safe, my father would be alive today.

When I told Dr. Sandwith, he should have NOT DONE the procedure, he told me that my dad s aneurysm could have ruptured. I told him that would have been GODS WILL and "he had the NERVE to tell me that the surgery was GODS WILL." It was an ELECTIVE surgery, NOT EMERGENCY surgery. God didn't do this to my father. It was Dr. Sandwith's errors that did this to my father. My father had "NO" signs or symptoms of his abdominal aortic aneurysm rupturing. The aneurysm was an incidental finding when he had his "ULTRASOUND". My mom and dad trusted him and believed him, that was a BIG mistake.

When you go to a DOCTOR you put your TRUST and FAITH into them and HOPE they are giving you the best advice and not doing "ELECTIVE" procedure's on patients that are not "SAFE" for them to have, and the outcome is DEATH . This could have been avoided, if Dr. Sandwith took those precautions.

My father was kind, caring, loving, hardworking, loyal, well respected, selfless, he was loved by anyone that met him, and above all my father loved "GOD". That's what this doctor took away from us because of his errors.

Instead of him coming into the hospital on the weekend to see my dad, he had his on-call doctor take care of my dying dad. That say's a lot about someone s character. How ironic a DOCTOR that is a heart surgeon, has NO HEART". When you SHOW me who you are I "BELIEVE" you. He deserves "NO" STARS".

UPDATE: 10/12/19, my father passed away. As I sit here "CRYING , I have to say he was the "BEST" father a daughter could ask for. I love you DAD!!

UPDATE: 10/15/19 Fort Walton Beach hospital was supposed to hold my dad's body in there morque until my mom decided what funeral home she wanted them to release my dad too. The hospital decided what funeral home he was going to. Now you know you can't do that. The hospital's reason for releasing my dad was because they had to many dead bodies in there morque. Do I need to say anymore.

People were very nice! Unfortunately, that s all that was nice. I was admitted for emergency surgery and over the period of 5 days there were 2 LARGE roaches in my room! Talk about unsanitary.
Also, the lights over my bed did not work - so I either had the overhead lights on that blinded me or had the room completely dark.
Finally, the room I was in was so very small and yet there were several rooms on the same floor that were much bigger (and those lights probably worked).
The staff is wonderful but the facility itself is gross and is in desperate need of repair.

My mother-in-law has been there for over a week now, with tumors on her lungs and brain. they sent biopsy in to lab a week ago. results still not in. They keep saying because of Thanksgiving holiday. I didn't know people stopped being sick for a holiday. The staff is not professional. All they are doing is stuffing pain pills down her throat, she is not getting the proper care that she needs. This is not a good hospital.

1 is too high. I took my wife to the ER this past Saturday and we were treated like animals. I wouldn't take my dog there. We get there, and 2 men are scanning peope, 1 man and 1 security guard...no gloves and hands us 2 masks from an open box. Then, no one says where to sign in, so we go to the L and sign in with the lady hiding behind her desk, offers no help for where to sign in at. The Okaloosa count sheriff is sitting in the waiting room, slouched in a chair watching TV. There is a sign that says "all visitors must wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth.". His mask is down below his nose...can't make this stuff up. Then, some medical person takes her back, doesn't tell me to come along, go away, nothing. So I asked if I could tell her I was leaving and the receptionist says go ahead, but they're already gone, and I never got to say goodbye or anything. She's back in the room sitting up, with a fever and shortness of breath. They tell her she's not sick enough to be admitted and they don't do Covid testing unless you're admitted. And I'm fine with them saying go home and quarantine. So she goes back out to the lobby, but you can't sit in the lobby because it's closed. So they tell her to wait outside in the cold with a fever, and shortness of breath to stand next to some jerk smoking a cigarette. I told them they should be ashamed of how they treat people.

WORST ER EVERRRRR...Been sitting here for over 3 hours for a uti..and pregnancy test..no room just sitting in the hall way with everyone staring as they walk by..took blood and ultra sound but that was 2 hours ago..why does it seem no one cares. I could understand if they had emergency but since I have yet to see an ambulance pull up and people that were here after me have come in and been discharged already..why does it seem that I can't find a doctor? Oh I know why because a doctor hasent even been by to check on me..this hospital is a joke a judge joke. Not to mention when I asked what was going on all the nurse could say was you don't have to be rude someone will be with you when they have time..ok so I'm not a priority..got it thank you Mr nurse man for making me see how horrible you care for your patients. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU NEED ACTUAL HELP!! YOU WILL NOT FIND IT HERE.

I called a nurse at 10 am. Told her what's going on. She told me to come to the hospital there is only about a 10-20 min waiting period. I said okay. I came in. I have now been sitting here for 2 hours and haven't even been checked into a room. As I am sitting in the waiting room they wanted me to use the bathroom IN THE WAITING ROOM TO TAKE A URINALYSIS TEST! Then 45 mins later they take you back to get your blood drawn, just to send you BACK to the waiting room. I am from MN have been to several hospitals in several cities and this is NOT how you run a damn hospital!! If I ever need to go to a hospital again, I will go ANYWHERE but this HORRIFIC place!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE!!! The ONLY GOOD THING is the nurse's are very nice and seem to care about the patients in the waiting room.

I arrived at 730 ,8pm they took me fir chest xray's. Took me back at 930 pm,to a room back there. Nurse came in to do paperwork computer didn't work so she said she'd be back she came back 30 minutes later, with no evaluation blood pressure or nothing. Then come in says she's staring a pic line. Just in case I'm given iv. Mean time coughing my brains out, they tk me to get cat scan for stomach, I came for coughing, high fevers for 6 days, direarre and one time vomiting earlier I told them that day. I never saw that nur see again but 1 time to fill her station up. 1130pm Then dr she comes in says they were putting iv drip on. Gave me potassium it was a little low, I'm coughing ,choking, spitting mucus up. My room was nasty, they throw trash on the floor, counters, and jyst leave it there and can is rt there. Oh and the bathroom on the emergency room floor with a crazy jail metal sink. It's so nasty. The cleaning lady should get a real mop and mop the floor. Being in the cleaning business is so bad. Them guy nurse come in shift cg, very nice but didn't respond to my questions. I found they are too worried about socializing with the help. He couldn't have been tired h e just got there. . I ask if I could have ice chips about 930 and said no until dr said. OH I DON'T WANT THE FRONT DESK TO ASK MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IN FRONT OF THE LOBBY. WHERE'S THE GLASS TO PROTECT THEM AND US FOR PRIVACY. I HEARD TEN SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND I TOKD THE GIRL THAT ABOUT 8 PM I WAS THERE

I have mixed opinions due to being there for different reasons. I had my Daughter there over a year ago that was GREAT! I was admitted the ending of may 2017 was in there for 4days the Staff were great! now I have gone to the ER A Lot since my last stay for different pain issues the Nurses for sure showed more concern and care then the Doctor's. They couldn't find the reason why I was having the pain and made me feel like I was just there to get pain meds which I tell them every time I have pain meds but when they don't help the pain and it hurts bad enough for me to come to the ER I don't show the pain like most . I know the ER is a very busy place and they get short staffed I just like to feel like I am taken seriously and not "drug seeking" or making it up...I don't really complain while I am there I try to wait as paitiently as I can because I know there are cases more urgent then mine but if I am in pain because you don't want to deal with me or whatever thats when i have issues

Three stars for effort on some staff members part. What happened to my beloved workplace of 25 years. They have remodeled, everything is shiny and new, valet parking, impressive. Almost every question we asked the staff was answered with "I don't know." When I worked there we would bend over backwards to find out and then focus on a problem or question until it was resolved. Now FWBMC is pleased to be opening 49 beds in the ER. Sounds great but do they have the infastructure to support it. Many of the nurses are travel nurses. Prey they get their act together. Ps:. What happened to the cafeteria, . good warm food, real plates and utensils. Sad.

My husband came via ambulance after passing out at home twice. I had to call the ambulance to get him. His BP is sky high, and he is in pain. He received an xray and a bp pill less than what he takes at home... and the Dr said he would be discharged soon. The staff has been in the hallway outside his cubby cursing, laughing, and carrying on like they're at a party. The Dr was insulting at best. I brought my 5 year old daughter in Thursday night. She was having severe abdominal pains. I told them that she hasn't had a bowel in two days and has had constipation issues in the past. They did a flu test, strep test, and urine test. Then sent us home with an antibiotic for a UTI that they didn't think she had, but might and they would call me with the results of the culture. I haven't heard from them yet and it has been 4 days. I spoke with a friend of mine who is a nurse in another city the next morning and she was more help than the ER doctor. Apparently if the three tests they run standardly don't tell them anything, then that is as far as they go with a little girl curled up, in and out of sleep, on their patient bed.

My love One was placed on life support at the facility. She was in ICU the entire time. It was a traumatic experience for the entire family considering the ultimate outcome we were facing.
The over all care of the patient and the family was Extremely professional and done with the upmost personal care for all of us. With the exception of one PT who performed her duties more like a plumber than a medical professional
I want to thank all of the Nurses, Doctors and Staff of the Fort Walton Beach Hospital from the bottom of my Heart.
A special thank you to Brittney and Dr. Obared for your personal touch.

The nursing staff were just great in every way possible. They were all very caring about your condition and did everything possible to make you comfortable. One of the nurses was able to find book that had been out away and never put back in place. I was in heaven because I love to read I was able to read one of them in two days!. The people in PT and OT were wonderful they were able to get me mobile and doing things that that I thought were impossible. Kudos to both of them. My biggest complaint was the food. Hot food was always cold. I was in therapy one morning as watched then take the trays out of a station wagon and place in all in tall tray holders then they took all the open ones and placed them back in the station wagon. Meanwhile the "warm" food was sitting on the side walk. I realize all the food comes from the mail kitchen across town but the has to be a better way to keep food hot. This is a 30 bed facility and there is no way your RN's can microwave everyone's meal. Have you ever Luke warm scrambled eggs? I have and they were disgusting even after they were microwaved - now they are so dry. Sick people need hot food. Maybe the head of nutrition should go to the rehab center unexpectedly and eat a tray that would be given to a patient (Lunch or Dinner).

An excellent facility and staff! However, as usual, I was required to wait a good while past the time of my appointment before I was seen. This delay is not unique to the FWB Medical Center. My visit was for an MRI. Usually when I'm not seen within a few minutes of my scheduled time I'm told that some emergency or some unexpected complication with an earlier patient had caused it. It seems unlikely that this was the case on this visit. I wish that medical staff, physicians, technicians, nurses, aides, etc., valued my own time as much as they do their own.

0 stars I hit my head and Ubered all the way from Seagrove to have a CT scan. I may have spoken to a nurse for 5 minutes and don t even remember to talking to a doctor. I was taking across the hall to have a CT scan and taken back to my room. We waited for almost 2 hours and was not checked on once. I didn t have my insurance information with me, so received a bill for a cash paying patient from the doctor AND the medical center. The doctor that was around $460. I called and gave my insurance information and I was shocked to receive my bill after the claim, $630! This was AFTER my insurance company paid $1,200! So if I would have just paid without an insurance claim I would be paid less. I was billed for the highest level of care, level 5. I had no IV, no meds, nothing. How is this level 5 care?! Same for the bill for the medical center itself, they bill my insurance $3,250 and I am stuck with a bill of $1.033.99. They billed my insurance company more than what I would have paid as a cash paying patient and they are asking me for even more. Do not go here! These medical center is taking advantage of people visiting from out of state and are price gauging.

2ND EXPERIENCE WITH HOSPITAL STAY:

2ND EXPERIENCE WITH HOSPITAL STAY:

I have given you four stars -and originally I gave you 1 star. Still room for some improvement in some areas such as cleanliness of rooms and patients bathrooms. Dietary does a nice job coming to rooms but, you rarely end up with what you ordered. And unfortunately it s hospital food and just not good.
The main reason I gave you 4 stars is the nurses and staff I had on the 3rd floor during my stay. I could not have wished for a better group of caregivers during my stay. Nurses and staff completely friendly, helpful, diligently doing their jobs and doing them wonderfully. Having cheerful faces take care of you when you feel bad is in my opinion a necessity. The advanced technology they are now using in equipment is ideal and designed for the comfort of their patients. Being able to connect to a nurse and discuss how you feel etc... is a valuable commodity and my nurses were fantastic.
Although I was a direct admit, beds were limited and ended up going through ER. I have to say I was terrified due to my last experience there. However, my anxiety was calmed when a wonderful nurse named Justin came in. He is awesome And provided me great care. I like the new and improved rooms that are actually rooms and not screened in areas. However, still patients in the hallways and that just isn t safe for anyone. The spread of germs is still high if all patients can t be accommodated and definitely a negative.
Overall, great improvement and satisfied patient.

OVERALL EXCELLENT FACILITY....

OVERALL EXCELLENT FACILITY....

The team of doctors and nurses put my brothers care 1st and are making sure his transition from us is the best one possible. Dr.Dao and his team on the 4th floor are nothing less than world class. I came from Michigan to say my final goodbyes to my brother and the treatment and love from the staff there were outstanding. Theres 1 special young lady who must be a tech or something, here name was Lisa she cleaned and cared for my brother like it was her family. She is extremely professional and has a huge heart, I hope the facility knows what a special employee they have because she went above and beyond to take care of us. Thank you again Fort Wayne Medical Facility for the southern and professional hospitality.

Respectfully, Timko Blevins brother

Terrible experience! Went in to er at 2pm. With tight feeling in chest. They weren t in a hurry to check me out. Was there for 8 hours to get a room for overnight. Next morning had a test and was done by noon. Asked a couple times when we would get results. Never got a direct answer. Six hours later I told them I was leaving. I had had it! After I told them I was leaving they somehow had the results. Very upset. Just never kept me updated what was going on. They need to be better organized.

My husband and I were visiting from Birmingham, AL...

My husband and I were visiting from Birmingham, AL and I was taken to Ft. Walton Beach Medical Center by ambulance due to injuries from a boating accident. It took quite a while for someone to come in my room even though I'm in my 60s and the accident had rendered me unable to walk without being held up. I had extreme pain in my lower back and numbness in my hands and feet.

Finally a nurse practitioner came into my room and said "well you don't look like an I.V. drug user." What? He was rude and condescending. I was taken to get a CT scan of my neck and an x-ray of my lower back. After a long wait, a young lady came in with papers for me to be discharged. My husband told her we hadn't received any information about the diagnostic testing, and we had not yet even seen a doctor.

A few minutes later the same (male) nurse practitioner told me I could leave because they found nothing wrong with my lower back. I told me that was unbelievable to me due to the excruciating pain. He said "I know you want us to find something wrong to justify your pain..." I told him that I didn't WANT them to find something to justify my pain, but that I needed them to find out what happened to me that is causing the pain.

We left Ft. Walton beach and I had to ride (lying down) in our vehicle since it was too painful to sit. We drove directly to UAB Medical Center ER, and after my x-rays there, they told me that I have a broken vertebrae at L3 in my lumbar spine. (It is NOT a hairline fracture) The incompetent people at Ft. Walton Beach Medical Center sent me away with a broken back. How on earth do you miss that on an x-ray?

Unbelievable. And I never got a glimpse of a doctor; can't wait to see if my insurance company (or I) get a bill from the "Attending Physician," who attended nothing.

Had to go in for ER, resulted in some tests. I cannot say enough great things about the staff from the intake nurse (Mr. Fast and Efficient) , to the final good from the triage nurse (Ms. Caring and Capable).
