To many sales people right up on you. Went for some parts and wanted to look around but could not even speak with my wife about things we were looking at because sales person following us around and would not quit talking long enough for us to talk to each other. Good selection, but the sales people are incredibly high pressure.

My husband and I went in today to by a TShirt. Lol. We left with a very expensive T shirt and a beautiful brand new 2020 RoadKing. Casey was a great no pressure salesman. We had fun and Randy rode out of there on the bike of his choice. Casey took care of us and we got to tour the place, he introduced us to the whole Harley Family and we got help from Brandy putting in the extras for the bike and help from Peggy fitting and buying helmets and Brian with all the paperwork. This is our second Harley but our first brand new one and Randy is absolutely delirious with joy. He rang that bell like he knew what he was doing and they posed for pictures for me and everything. He s been working his whole life for this moment and I d like to thank Casey and the whole Harley Family at Fort Thunder for helping make his longest and his biggest dream come true. He froze all the way home but my goodness he had a giant smile all the way home from Moore to Sulphur.

Tammy in parts was awesome to deal with. Knew exactly what i wanted and needed and made sure i got it before christmas!! top notch

Good selection. Easy access off the freeway. I was a little disappointed with the way the fees were explained while buying a bike. There is a lot of pressure to buy add ons. The parts department personnel were extremely friendly. Not thrilled with the sales department but oh well.

Save your money and go to Harley World or Iron nation.... The sales reps are way to pushy and put you on a call list ... This location had a huge markup on their products 100%+

The salesperson were awesome, I recommend everyone to shop there. Guys that salesperson on the Harleys for sale, I like attitude they didn't pressure you to buy excellent guy's.

I went into Fort Thunder for maintenance reasons and ended up buying a new bike. The staff treated me well and frankly, I got a great deal. Now I'm tooling a new Milwaukee Eight. Life is so good on this sled.

Very friendly staff even after they found out that I was just kicking the tires and not in the market to buy.

Very pressuring dealership. I feel like I was highly pressured into buying their extended packages causing my financing charges to be more than expected. A lot more. They forced me to have their insurance on a bike before it left. Even with the bike not leaving the same day of purchase. After the sales were final. The salesperson I dealt with wouldn t answer calls or texts after he has told me more than once if I had an issue to contact him. My bike is not equipped with the features that they sold me on. They delivered the bike with flat tires after I paid the ridiculous amount to have them filled with nitrogen, which anyone in the future, do not purchase the nitro-fill. Very easy and cheap to do yourself. Again, I feel like I was highly forced into what I had bought. Not happy with the pushy staff at all. I am happy with the machine but that has nothing to do with forth thunder has the authorized dealer.

UPDATE : after speaking with multiple other people from the dealership, Texting my immediate salesman that has mentioned multiple times to text if in need, and still no answers about my features on my bike, I m actually more disappointed. From being told I d have someone call me back, to excuses on answers in text messages, I will continue to take my business elsewhere and I fully hope that everyone that reads this will do the exact same. All they wanted was the sale, and piss on the customer. I will never spend another dime in this facility. I will be glad to join all of their free events and accept all of their free items, but they ve lost all of my business. (Andrew-Salesman, Nolen-Financing)

Great Experience! Great Harley Davidson dealership with first class mangers. Kim in the clothing department is very knowledgeable with helmets, jackets, and Sena Communication devices. Ashleigh does a great job with events and this Christmas with the Grinch was too cool and I can t wait to see what s next. The parts department is extremely helpful and Nathan is one of those mangers that is a go getter.

I came in with my wife, wasn t bombarded at the door with pushy salesmen which was a wonderful experience to start out with.

We went to motor clothes and Peggy was fantastic! She answered every question we had along with making sure our points didn t go to waste!

I know this dealership had a rough go for a while but you can see the progress and the change happening everyday!

Great place I enjoy shopping there just stopping checking out the new bikes really wish I made a hell of a lot more money so I could afford one but other than that great people great service friendly attitude and don't forget second Friday of every month bike night

I would not ever recommend going here to buy a motorcycle. My friend and I went there yesterday and one of the sale associates followed us around very closely, after we told him we were looking. A few weeks back we went here and we spoke to one of the other sales associates about some of the bikes. We quickly learned that he didn t know much about the bikes and the sales person then started picking our brains for more information on the bikes he was trying to sale to us. Overall need to hire people that know what they are selling and not to hover 5 feet away whenever someone is looking. Also the bikes need to be cleaned and checked because I spotted 2 that had cobwebs on them, 3 covered in dirt, and one that had several questionable dents on the bike.

This is the only place to go if you are looking for a new or pre-owned bike, parts or accessories, any and all service work, or just a new shirt. The store is amazing and ALL the staff are great.

Went in a few weeks ago needing a new jacket and some lights. Jess hooked me up in motorclothes with a new canvas hooded slimfit jacket and Brandy in parts set me up with the smoked front and rear signal lenses. Jacket fits perfectly, bike looks great now. Always happy when I visit.

Bought a used 2015 Sportster from them on 5-21-18 took delivery of it the next day, about an hour after it was dropped off I went for a ride and the battery light came on. I did some testing and narrowed it down to the voltage regulator, called Ft. Thunder and asked how much it was and explained my situation. They quoted me 159.99 for the part and did not have it in stock (was going to take over a week to get). I was then transferred to an individual who I explained what had happened and he said they would make it right with me. I then proceeded to explain I bought my bike when I did so i could do a Memorial weekend ride with friends. I asked if I could find the part myself and have it overnight shipped to me would they make it right with me that way, and he agreed, told me to come see him when i could. Mind you the part cost me over $100 plus overnight shipping, I saved them from having to come get the bike, pay a technician and for the part, and bring my bike back to me. When I walked in and spoke with the individual he said oh yes I remember, hang on I will be right back. He showed back up with a $40 gift card "for my troubles. To say the least me and my Fiance were a bit appalled after all the hassle I had to deal with to be able to ride my new to me Harley. This problem should have been caught at the dealer and the feeling of now that the sale is complete we're done with you was more than reassured. I looked forward to future business and would have recommended interested friends and family after they seen my bike, but now I think I will take my business elsewhere and look toward other brands. Especially after contacting Harley Davidson directly and giving Ft Thunder a chance to make it right and absolutely nothing, not even a phone call.

Totally recommend the guys at Fort Thunder... I came in looking to compare and Justin set me up with every bike and option I was thinking about.

I didnt like how they treated you after they made a sale it was like they was stuck up or just wanting to hurry for next sale

Went an purchased a 2017 Fat Bob, every thing went very well except for my sales man. Said he had been working the for a while but I noticed he was very lost on some info I was asking regarding my bike as well as other models. I had to explain to him the features on the bikes. But all in all I was very satisfied with the sale on my new bike! Thumbs up!

this place was great for awhile..i don't know what's happened. .but its losing customers by the droves..i have spent more than 35k in this store ..and I doubt I ever spend another dollar there ..my last three service visits have been horrible..i called last week and made a service appt for the following week and they call after 530 on a Saturday and tell me they are pushing all appointments back 7 days..well my plan was to leave on a bike trip that week. .they didn't apologize they offered zero compensation for the inconvenience nothing I work at an auto dealership and our service mgr would be fired if he pulled a stunt like that..so farewell fort thunder im off to Harley world to take my chances !

Took my bike in to get tiers put on and Eric did a great job . Only took a couple hrs and I was on the road again. Thanks Eric for taking care of my baby. See you next time I need something done!

I had a great experience at Fort Thunder Harley Davidson. The staff and loan managers were awesome. They worked hard and got me on the bike I wanted. I would recommend Fort Thunder to anyone.

Nice place, plenty to chose from, clean store. I am just not a salesman type of person. I don't need to be asked five times in 20 minutes if I need anything.

Absolutely the worst Harley Davidson store I've ever done business with! Spent 10000$ In apparel and accessories in a 12 month period with these people and still treated like crap on return visits. Service department did upgrades on my brand new street glide and they did half a$$ job on every aspect of the agreement. Took over a month on a "week long" job then repeatedly lied to me during the wait. Handlebars were not tightened and slipped down 3 inches on a bump on the highway at 80 mph when I left, exhaust covers weren't tight and clamps rattled loose. Fairing bolts were stripped. Couldn't find all my stock parts and acted as if It was a bother to find them. Bought some covers (derby etc) then wouldn't return them even for store credit towards another purchase even though they were unopened and new. Then deleted our account with them and lost all our points we had earned over the last 24 months. No sense of service or brotherhood at this place. Wouldn't send an enemy there...go to Harley World or Iron Nation for a much better experience!!! Would give zero stars if possible.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Getting a test drive was like pulling teeth (proof of financing is required). There was no dickering back and forth on the price. I got the bike I wanted at a good price. Thanks.

Update: I had some scheduled and unscheduled maintenance performed on my bike recently at Fort Thunder. In 30 years of dealing with service departments, I don't think I've dealt with a service manager and staff that was so adamant about ensuring customer satisfaction.

List all the employees are new from the last time I went there and bought a bike the ones this time we're pretty nice the girl in the service department is really nice

Just looking at bikes and trikes, they are clearing out the old stock. Real good prices! Now is the time to buy!

Bought a used 2014 sportster 48 with 12,000 miles on it and withing a week the lower jugs were leaking. A month into owning it and the clutch went out. About 3 months into owning the bike it was un rideable. Took it to another dealership and the rear injector is out, map sensor is bad and theres been wiring cut. Do not purchase a used bike from them. Or you'll end up putting more money into it. Would not recommend this place to anyone. When I called to explain the problems I was told they had certified techs with 10+ years of experience. They would talk to the manager. No response afterwards. Go to iron nation they will actually take care of you.

Brandy in parts was very helpful and friendly. Made my experience wonderful. Thanks for such excellent customer service. Will definitely be coming back to see Brandy.

Good but negotiations took too long numbers weren't revealed till the end and I still couldn't test drive the motorcycle thought that was odd. Said I had to buy it first and I could bring it back the next day if I wasn't satisfied with it I believe that if it happens to turn out that way

Very friendly staff! Try to stop by different Harley locations when visiting different cities. It was freezing cold the day we stopped by in January. Purchased a few Oklahoma Fort Thunder Harley Davidson souvenirs while passing through.

Really fair tire pricing on Dunlop. Any work gets first class detail.. Cool place. Harley shouldn't mean Hundred dollar bill. Keep looking at them as you shop. There seasonal deal can help keep costs down.

Clean store. Inattentive staff. While I appreciate not being mauled by a salesperson as soon as I walked through the door I was disappointed that after wandering around inside and out for a while looking at the bikes a salesman/staff member never said a word to me. I left without speaking to anyone and you guessed it...No sale

Great place to buy, walked in and found the exact CVO I wanted...the staff worked relentlessly to make it all work for me including fixing a latch that was missed by me until delivery. Absolutely love my bike and will be a return cusromer for many years!!!!!!
