I have tried for 3 years to get ft thunder to stop robo calling me to trade in my bike. Okay, so here is your 1 star review. STOP CALLING ME AND LEAVING YOUR ANNOYING "Trade in your rwin" MESSAGES! I'm sure you will continue to call.

I wouldn't recommend this service department. The first time I took my bike in they gave me a huge list of things to fix which didn't make sense to me Bc I bought the bike from them 6 months prior.. fast forward another 6 months and I take it in again for the same reason I took it last time and then again they gave me a huge list of things. The list of things they gave me weren't even going to fix the issue I was having. I don't trust these guys for nothing. After two hours of picking my bike up I decided to go take my bike around and see how's it's running and 10 minutes into my ride I notice my bike is making a funny noise so I pull over and check it out and my damn mufflers have come off. They are slip ons so they must not have tightened everything. So good luck to the guys that ignore the reviews and take their bike into this place

Absolutely awful experience. First off the price they advertise online isn t what they try to sell the bike for. Then they advertise financing options on used bikes that are only good for new bikes. They tried to sell me a bike at 10.85% interest when I qualified for 4.55%. I had to do the finance guys job to get my self the right interest rate. After I buy the bike they don t have the keys to the bike. After I drive it for less then 10 minutes it has oil all over the side of the bike and covered my jeans. I let the sales manager know and the salesman I was working with. The refuse to reimburse me for the damages to my jeans and boots. After I posted on Facebook about this issue I had several others tell me they ve had the same experiences with this dealership.

This place is most awesome! The sales, service and parts teams are absolutely amazing.

I always like coming here for the simple fact that the people who work here really take pride in what they do, and are more than eager to answer any and all questions you may have. I must have taken up at least 20-30 minutes asking questions, and if one person couldn't answer it they went and found someone who could answer my questions. Well done Fort Thunder!

Went in to get my bike fixed they told me my warranty was out. Had it 15 months and my 2 year warranty is out. The last two times I had service they left a drain plug loose on one visit and when they installed my amp they left the tank loose. I WILL NEVER GO BACK .

Their staff is a bunch of morons one guy told me the 114 wasn't a Milwaukee 8 because it was bigger.

We bought a 19 Street Glide and it was the best experience. There were a couple of people that helped us but we can t remember their names unfortunately. Shon was our sales guy and he went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the bike we were happiest with and he was not pushy at all. Bryan in finance went above and beyond as well getting us a mo they payment that we were happy with. The apparel lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable at helping me find the perfect helmet. The parts lady was amazing as well. Everyone we encountered here was super friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a Harley.

It's been over a month since I was there. Bought a part for my bike. They have a good parts department and very good service. Will be back.

Terrible service. Terrible parts department. Loses parts. Forgets to fix problems. forgets to return parts. Forgets to check on things you asked them to do. Just a terrible place to go. This HD should be closed. Would give 0 stars if I could. Still waiting for a warranty request to be fulfilled and my part to be returned.

Service center is slow takes 2 months to get anything done besides a oil change and the sales side is crooked shop at your own risk.

As I stated in the visit, if this is the way you treat potential employees, I can t imagine how you treat customers. Not a place I d work or do business is exactly my reason for the review. I d love to look at getting back on a Harley, but I d shop anywhere else. Best wishes.

I knew I was in the market for a Street glide special and reached out to fort thunder. First person to contact me was Andrew the internet sales manager he was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed and is the reason I went to this dealership rather than one closer to me. Once I got there Andrew put me in contact with James my salesman I knew exactly what I wanted so he talked to me about everything I didn't know through my research and then turned me over to Bryan. Bryan told me straight and was very honest about all the details with finance after some negotiation I was happy to leave with the exact bike I wanted for an EXCELLENT price. All together it was the best dealership experience I've ever had honest, understanding, and genuine and will for sure be purchasing from them again.

Bought a 2015 soft -tail was really happy with the bike thought I got a pretty good deal on it. Bought what I thought was a great extended warranty. Reflector on the saddle bag has fallen off twice emblem on the left side of the tank fell off going down the road $75.00 later with less than 500 miles on it I'm not real happy. Be sure and read the so called bumper to bumper warranty.

These people are very underhanded. I would suggest never even stepping foot in there. And the way they treat employees is unacceptable. Also they told me their shop rate was like $140/hr. That insane. It s no wonder people don t take their bikes there for anything more than warranty work. What a joke.

Shop was very helpful in a warranty issue I had, fast turn around for tire change!

I tried to get my first Harley there and they have some sort of stuck up attitude, their mechanics are jerks and their whole shop is over priced, if you want a good price and to be treated with respect go to Forman Harley I'm Stillwater, it's well worth it!

Went in to look around and salesmen found me we looked at bikes found one I loved. Tried to get it financed payment was just to much wish they could of done a good of deal on the 2018 sportster like they did for the 2016. I'd signed and had my first motercycle with the tag title and tax included plus a helment. Just couldn't give me all I needed to make it happen. That's why only 4. The finance guy really tried and that's all u can ask. I just want what I want. I'll just keep trying we will hopefully be on the same page and I'll get the harley that makes me happy. This is where I'm going because they do work to get u a bike.

We deal with Fort Thunder and their parts team on real regular basis. Tammy Franz is one of the best parts people out there! Her ability shines through with her professionalism and her best quality customer service! She KNOWS HD parts & it shows!

Let's see...first, when I was looking for a HD, I made the mistake of giving them my phone number. Three tiers of management will call you to "ensure" you still don't want a HD. Second, I needed a fuel peacock o-ring to stop a fuel leak. I was told that I would have to buy the whole assembly and possibly the fuel line as well. Funny thing is when I told a service guy about the leak, he told me all I need was a $1.50 o-ring, which by the way was at the same parts counter that said it was not available. Oh yea...the parts counter looked at my air cleaner and said that it was a K&N filter. He said I needed a cleaning/oil kit, so I bought one from him. Guess what...the filter is stamped with "Do Not Oil". Hmmm....

This is a great place, the people are super nice and helpful and there is always a great selection of bikes, clothes and other cool stuff. I've bought three bikes here and got a great deal each time. Steve and Shon know their stuff and will help you find the perfect bike for you

We Love Fort Thunder! Wish we could buy a Harley-Davidson but ya know.... Normally We Visit Fort Thunder when Santa is Visiting! Santa is a Great Santa and weve been 3yrs in a row now.

I have traded at the Fort for parts and supplies for about the last three years, then last year I bought an 18' Ultra Classic from them, it's been in the shop twice for repairs made under warranty, both times they got me in and got me taken care of in a timely fashion. Great service department, and Tammy back at the parts counter really knows her business, she's always taken good care of me. I have traded at other HD dealerships, but I have always considered Fort Thunder to be my "go to" dealer for parts and service. Keep up the good work guys.

Pretty good place to shop and buy good blue jeans.
Watch their price tags. They will mismark prices and charge you more than you may be aware of. Has happened here a couple of times with no correction offered. Chalked it up to imperfections and moved on.
Have resorted to the fact I'll never own a H.D. Just cant allow them to move manufacturing over seas with the excuse of ",that's what other companies are doing."
Well guess what. I'll focus my hard earned money on other modes of transportation. H.D. has taken the one piece of appreciation I had with the company's efforts.

Was way to pushy on sales other than that it was nice.

We have been in twice in the last month and a half to have the radio looked at in our 2017 road glide ultra and the service department has ignored us, turned us away for being over booked and talked to us like we are idiots. Before our issues with the road glide I took my 2016 street glide in for running hot and discoloring my pipes. I was informed by a mechanic that works there that it can be washed off. For purchasing multiple bikes at Fort Thunder, and thousands of dollars in upgrades they sure don't treat their customers very well anymore. Guess I will be trading my bike in elsewhere.

Tried to sell me a super glide blue book $9350 for 17000 with warrenty and 12500 without. Stupid over priced.

Bought my first bike there it got totaled got in to anther bike but not the way i wanted then ive been trying to get my extended warranty refund for three moths with no luck fell like onnce got second bike has been story after storydid what they told me but that was not right been calling three places for three months fort thunder new old bike was paid off but sent refund back to finance they sent back to fort thunded but i still dont have a check i have and Attorney on the wreck told a loan officer would have him call was told didnt like to be threat and hun up on me i just want my refund im owed it shouldent be this hard well home again with no mail from harley on refund to no suprise i wont call them back again have a meeting with the attorney that is working the insurance on the wreck going turn it over to him so at least may gat a little of wats mine but have to pay to receive it

I haven t been to the dealership yet and I am planning to purchase a 2019 ultra limited. After reading all these reviews I am concerned. Especially when I hear the bait and switch deals. I have to drive an hour and a half to get there. I request prices and numbers through email before I make a trip and not be surprised at purchase. Can someone assure me I won t get screwed?????

Bought my bike from Noah on 07/15/2020. Great customer service. No pressure from Noah, no trying to sell me on something I didn t want. Listened to what I wanted and helped me get onto the right bike. Very happy with my purchase and the quality of service from Fort Thunder!

Yuppie bike dealers. Despite having a perfect payment history they wouldn't sell me a bike unless I put down $7000 and bought a bike $22,000 or more! For $400 or so a month! For that I can buy a Porsche! Harley only cares about you if you make 6 figures. If not they won't have anything to do with you unless you have enough money to buy one outright. Then they'll probably make you finance. Harley has really become a disgusting company that isn't about bikes and riding anymore at all

It's expensive, of course, it's Harley. However, the parts folks are top notch. The same new bikes are approx 2k$ higher on sticker than other dealers in okc due to overhead probably. You can probably get the same bottom line deal there but starting points are different if that makes any sense.

I go all over Harley Davson deals this is the sorriest one yet by far
