Customer service is a major ZERO! No matter how friendly you are to them the will be rude for no reason to you and if you ask any questions they will treat you as an idiot because you are supposed to know the answer. When you call the corps and charities division they tell you to go online, when you apply online they have to print your application and pass it around the office for a week before approval. It seems like they have a very inefficient system and the employees enjoy the job security.

lost my annual report. Absolute idiots! Force you to file Annual Report online and then lost it! Then threatening letters ! IDIOTS !!
