Went today to buy a used bike, couldn't agree on a price but everyone who helped us was awesome. No one was overly pushy and they were super friendly.

Tammy in parts has been very helpful. Never makes you feel silly even if the question I ask should be a no brainer. She is my go to at the dealership.

I bought a used bike from them in April, the bike was broke down before I took delivery, they didn't tell me untill after I signed my paperwork, now I have a rear wheel bearing go out, and they won't comp me anything, the bike has 8000 miles on it.

The dealership is nice and they have a good selection but don't give the bike salesman your contact information unless you want to be bugged to death!

Unlike many HD dealers I have dealt with, Brandy Arnold at Fort Thunder HD was both knowledgable and helpful. If my local dealership in NWA was anything like this place I may just walk through their doors.

EVERY TIME I try to do business with this store there is a issue! Bought pair of boots NO WHERE on clearance did it say no returns sales final..didnt fit brought them back...NOPE sales final says so in small print on tour receipt, we can not refund your money because they were clearance BUT IF you want to pick out the equivalent on other merchandise we will let you...WTH is that the same...so NOW I have a 118.00 pair of boots that I cant wear....THIS Ft. Thunder HD is exactly, even though I'm around the corner, take my business elsewhere!

Had a fantastic first time buying experience here today (4-19-19). The staff was very knowledgeable in every department and friendly.
This place will do whatever necessary to get you on a bike. Walked in for a new 2019 883 with a price tag of 13k and got it for 9k.

I only saw the parking lot. It was inside of a shopping center on an end property. They had motorcycle parking and vehicle parking for free. They had a store inside the store for riding gear and accessories. I was meeting a friend who is the cashier inside this store. Shopping wasnt for quick shipping visitsorfor knick knack or toy items. Parking lot was clean

This place actually isn't that friendly as others. Also doesn't give people the chance.

Only problem is their accessories are over priced. The sales flyer they had were like parts and accessories in a small box. Mostly aged inventory.

I contacted them to purchase a bike. At first they started communicating with me. Got approved but then never heard from salesman! Then several weeks go buy and a lady calls back asking if we got helped purchasing a bike. My husband told her no. We never heard back from salesman. She told my husband that was unacceptable that they were there to help us. So another person contacted us and we sent pictures of our trade and that was last week. As a week later no contact back!! Pretty sad for customer service! You would think they would be interested in selling bikes!!

Tim Pearce gave me outstanding customer service! I went in to ask questions about grips and thanks to his advice, I ended up purchasing grips, a helmet, and new boots! My ride has never been more comfortable and I've never felt more in style.

I didnt come to buy a bike from here, but the sales girl Andie was totally cool just to talk to.

Friendly staff. Kaylee was excellent and helpful. I'm visiting from Virginia and she talked me into buying a shirt. I was only in there for gloves... Lol. She was one heck of a sales person.

I went there last Saturday with my brother. He talked to Tammy in parts and ended up getting some new headers, air filter and tuner so we could do a stage 1 upgraded to his 2014 FLHX. Tammy once again provided OUTSTANDING service! Tammy always knocks it out of the park by making sure you have everything you need to do the job right the first time. She is extremely knowledgeable about what works and what doesn t and makes sure you re getting the right parts to turn your dream bike into a reality.

I am very pleased with my visit. I came in needing parts/advice for fixing a set of bent forks on my FXDX. I was directed to parts right as I came in. From there Mike helped me pick out exactly what I needed. He stepped outside and took a look at the bike with me to ensure I wouldn't need any additional parts. Mike was honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable. If you need help servicing or repairing your bike he's the man.

Bought a 2014 Road King six days ago. After four hours of talking with one salesman that was active military and the finance guy that was retired military (I'm active duty military), about what I could afford, they did their fast talk moved numbers around and put me in a bike that in 18 months I'll have to sell or just quit paying on it and turn it over to Harley credit. Thanks Archie for screwing another military guy over. Also when I left the shop, they forgot the temp tag, and I had a detachable backrest on it which was installed wrong and now can't be removed. So, back to the shop that once I enjoyed going to bike night at the now I resent more than anything and hope the next tornado to come through more destroys the place. They folks put on a good face but their all scumbags.

Fort Thunder Harley Davidson is second to none! They've always treated me with respect and handled any issues I may have had. Just like any other dealership there are personnel changes but it seems like they never forget what customer service is. You will always have my business.

Updated: I originally left a 3 star review because I was irritated by not having my IDs given back to me and didn't think a tshirt for my bro who gave up most of his day to help me get the scooter, was to much to toss in with the purchase of my 1st brand new scoot. But they did overnight my IDs and I got them the next day. And after posting the original review they even sent me another Tshirt, that I will happily be wearing next summer while riding around the lake on my new street bob. I am thrilled with the bike and have been riding it every day that it hasn't rained. They did everything to resolve the few issues I had. Most importantly they were able to give me the best deal and they took the extra effort to make me a completely satisfied customer and I would do business with them again without hesitation.

Horrible place to shop. Way over priced, 30 to 40 percent over bluebook on used bikes. They treat you like you are stupid. I will never reffer anyone to shop there

Purchasing my 2020 Road Glide Limited at Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson was a great experience. I was welcomed quickly, and felt appreciated for being there the entire time at the dealership. While there I watched two other people who purchased bikes being brought into the Family before it was my turn. This was very cool to be a part of. A big Thank you goes to Ryan, Shon and Andrew for their assistance while at the dealership. When they brought my bike out to me Shon went over the bike's feature and the controls with me. They are very different than the bike I have been riding for the past 7 years. Shon answered every question I had before the 2 hour ride home. Go see these guys, they all are very knowledgeable about the bikes they have to offer!! I highly recommend this dealership!!

These guys have a lot of bikes! But they tell you one price and when you get into finance they change the price on you! Tom strange is what I believe is a compulsive liar I heard everything but the truth from this scab. There was a 3000 dollar difference between the price I was verbally quoted and the sales price be warned guys! Go to Dream Machines of Texas save yourself thousands these guys are crooks almost enough to make me look towards an Indian. Very disappointed with this place.

Fantastic selection of new and used friendly service I live down there I would have bought one from Mark had a used one that I wanted but being in Michigan the transportation would have knocked it out of the ballpark as far as price long time of year to write it back

Tim told me they had a Freewheeler we could look at, after 1 1/2 drive in heavy traffic no Freewheelers waste of time.

What a great staff at Fort Thunder Harley. I've been a biker for decades and ridden hundreds of thousands of miles, visited almost all the state's, rallies and had my bikes serviced by a lot of Harley dealerships. Some good, some not so good but Fort Thunder in my opinion is absolutely one of the best. Sales staff was excellent and zero pressure. Parts was great to deal with but to top it all off was the service department. The service after the sale is what determines whether or not you return and become a customer for life. I bought a used 2015 Ultra Classic and bought it in for a Bluetooth modulator installation. They found items during the installation that needed repair and guess what? They repaired those items. I know what your thinking, why weren't they repaired when Fort Thunder received the bike? The bike was traded in after the prior owner put 40 miles on it and it was already service by another dealership. This goes to show you, that not all Harley dealerships are service orientated.

Service is the foundation of any business. I have become a customer for life at Fort Thunder. Thank you for going above and beyond and doing the right thing for your customers.
Ask yourself, will your Harley dealership do that? Are they heavily service oriented?
Give this place your business. You and your Harley will be happy you did.
