I ate at restaurant and asked how to charge my phone. The server said they would take care of it and took my charger amc phone. At the end of the evening I received my charger but no phone. Clearly questioning that was an issue. The response from the manager. Phil was disappointing. He had my phone but started to blame me for not having the phone, he wondered why I didn t remember who served me, why was I so engrossed in s conversation with people who traveled from all over the world, when he felt I should be focused and concerned about my servers. Really-up till now I trusted Marriott, was I wrong? All you needed to do is after verifying that the phone was mine, I d give it to me and apologize for the inconvenience. But instead, you treated me like an enemy, not s dedicated elite member.
