I visited there along with Close friends for Weekend Brunch. Not too far away from Hadapsar, Pune. Takes around 30 minutes to reach from Hadapsar. They take money from you before u actually have ur food.
Valet Parking available. For taking a voice guided tour you need to handover your Government ID proof.
Food quality: ***
Value for money: ***
I felt its too pricey for what is being offered for brunch. Better to go to Marriot Suites in Kalyani Nagar instead of this place, although people with historical interest can always visit.

It's a very Nicely maintained Heritage Property By Shri Kamath n his Team. The visit to Fort Jadhavgadh takes us to the Historic Era of Our Great Maratha Warriors like Shivaji n others n shows us how intelligently they have made their Fort to protect it frm the Mogul Invaders. The Audio tour is an Unique way of taking the guest to the 17th Century n explains us in detail each n every place of the Fort - from The Steps to The Maharaja Room, Maharani Room, the Ancient Ganapati Temple build within the Fort etc. Also at the same time Shri Kamath has ensured that his Guest gets the Comforts n Luxuries of the Present Times too. I would recommend Atleast A 3 DAY stay - 2 days in the Tents n 1 day in their Luxurious Rooms. Also. DON'T MISS THE TRECK with their Guide Mr. Deepak who will encourage you n take you to the top of the fort frm where you can enjoy the Sun Rise n See the Beautiful surroundings. A Memorable treck for sure.

This is the only Heritage Luxury Fort Hotel of Maharashtra. The property is managed by Vitthal Kamat.

This place took us back in the glorious time of Maratha empire. Here each window, porch, courtyard and even the outer wall has history. It gives beautiful heritage experience.

The grand door through which you step in, 'Tutari' (Musical instrument) being played as you enter. They regional welcome drink which is tasty. The audio tour around the fort and visit to the museum are two major activities. The lush green gardens; playing area, lavish buffet etc. you will enjoy.

Good Ambience but worst food

Good Ambience but worst food

Plus: Overall ambience is different. It has a good fort like theme. Rooms are bigger. Staff is decent and very helpful. Museum is good. Lawn provides good space for group activity.

Minus: Food is big minus. Even ST canteen provide better food. Both in terms of taste and quality it was poor. 1st day buffet was bad and 2nd day buffet food was worst. Unnecessarily they try to venture into everything like chinese, continental, punjabi, south indian and every other type of food. And each of it tastes horrible.
Suggestion: They can stick to local produce and preparations to start with. Rather than giving 10 worst dishes, 2 decent tasted dishes should be focused by mgmt.
Verdict: You can visit it once to see different themed hotel, if food isn't your qualifying criterion.

This fort located at jadhavwadi village.its very nice to visit for family one day trip. This fort named by sardar pilajirao jadhav, he is a maratha sardar of chatrapati shahu maharaj. This fort bulided in 18th(1710)century. Now its owned by vitthal kamat and reconstruct it. The aai musium is a collection of old appliances.

This is a very photogenic fort which is converted to a hotel. It's a quick getaway as its just a few KM from Pune city. Clean and well maintained place. Humble, quick and friendly staff. Marathi cuisines were well cooked , served and presented. Good place for a weekend out with family , easy to reach, value for money. Good reflection of Marathi culture.

A beautiful property surrounded by nature and very close to the city of Pune. This heritage hotel is a best place to spend some quality time with family and friends. Also a good option for conducting any kind of corporate development program or corporate meetings as well. The fort is spread across a huge area and it's ancients architecture speaks of the glory of past. The food was delicious and staff is very courteous and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Receptionist (APPA) was very rude and not at all welcoming.
Place is hyped to much and not value for money.
While checking -in I requested him to ensure that room is all fine and all internal amenities are completely working
he replied - I believe you have never entered a 5 start Property..
however the moment I checked in -I had to call them atleast 5 times for things not working.

if you remove the fort and the history part -its just a normal lodge.
Food 2/10
Internal Staff -other than receptionist (Appa) was good

Shivshahar Bhavnadivya, a scenic place in the Jadhav fort, is filled with the experience of being in the company of associates with Shivaji Maharaj. But Jadhav from the original road has not only happened, but during the time of Shivaji Maharaj it is difficult to experience what it is.

Excellent for couple/group stay. The guided tour was a nice experience. Food is awesome in taste and variety. Swimming pool is temperature controlled.
Rooms are very well maintained and served by well trained polite employees.
Day packages are also available without the accommodation.

Nice place to hangout with friends and family. Near to Pune, it took us 25 mins on weekend to reach here.

You can either take a package to stay here(just like any other hotel) or a one day package. We took the day pack. It comes with lunch buffet, which is good.

They have a football ground, badminton, volleyball ground and cricket equipments.

They also provide free pass to archery and rifle shooting.

This is a nice, beautiful fort with some activities for family and corporates. The fort is nicely maintained with audio guided tour. One can opt for a day package which includes Audio guided tours, breakfast, lunch and high tea. The guests are welcomed with warm cultural ceremony. The fort is of quiet descent size to spend a whole day. There are different types of rooms and cottages for stay. The breakfast and lunch was quiet good along with very good high tea. If you are nature lover then there are many bird species to observe. It is also a nice place for architectural and nature photography.

Place is okay but could have been better.

Place is okay but could have been better.
Rooms are okay.
AC doesn't shut down. & it was supposed to be eco-friendly.
Food is bad & uninteresting.
Service is unreliable & non existent some times.
Very costly considering what you get (or don't get).
Not worth the money & time.
Please avoid.

Decent place for a family getaway or picnic. Various packages for fort and museum audio tour as well as brunch. Difficulty level is high for old age people due to many staircases. There are other paid adventure activities. 1km off the main road but stretch of road is very bad.

A very good weekend destination for Pune and close by places. People with knee problem should not go here. Sr citizens with health issue related to moderate workout should avoid and there are stairs everywhere steep or moderate and no lift. People without fitness will find roaming around a task.

Staff and customer dealing is very good.
Went on day picnic it cost us 1800 on Sunday as they were exhausted of breakfast.
Day picnic includes breakfast lunch and Hi Tea. Lunch was awesome with wide verity of eatables including veg and non veg. Non veg contain chicken mutton and fish all together.
The place is too quiet and peaceful for spending holiday and chill out with family and friends.
They road leading to this place is very beautiful.
In short its great place to spend a weekend.

I stayed at Jadhavgarh for 2 nights and I must say the staff at the fort is very helpful they always have. Asmile on their face and ready to help the guests.
The fort is very well maintained and the gardens provide a very peaceful experience and the natural beauty of hills behind the garden takes the overall experience to the next level.
Buffet at Paaytha is very tasty.
Overall a very royal and pleasing experience, away from the hustle and bustle of city.
