I had been a previous client for a very long time. This year because if my bad health I went to do the annual Christmas shop. I was told that I only had one child and he was too old for me to shop for. I have 4 children. Same four as last year and the years before. I was told that new operating system would not allow me to even add my children to my file. So this year my kids will not have a Christmas. Its ok. Just thought I leave this here. They should have kept track of all the people and kids that signed in every year for the Christmas program. I was not the only one this happened to.

I can t even begin to state how well put together this organization is. And it WORKS. They WORK. I m not sure who s over this organization but the staff they employ are amazing and always fit the job. Simply put, I needed services from this organization in 2016, they assisted with housing my daughter and I as well as providing a whole array of services for us both. Again, it is a well-rounded program that exceeds GREATLY in comparison to other sheltering agencies in Hampton Roads, who s focus is primarily on money. This program actually use their funding(s) to better the families who need them. They aren t selective in who they help, as other agencies are. They just help. They have programs for the children. Activities. Mentoring. Resources for both parent and child. Resources for everything a family would think they need. They have on site job coaches. On site child centers and computer centers. Hot meals 6 days per week. I could go on and on, but bottom line is that they re THERE. It isn t just about funding or money to them. Here now in 2019, I find myself in use of their services again (due to my landlord having a criminal history) and nothing has changed except for the better. Still top notch services from these guys. I love what they do, keep up the good work.

Thank you for creating this Organization to help families in crisis and helping them with permanent housing for their childrens to have better opportunities and all kinds of resources through this Organization

Completely no help this organization is a pure fraud. They don't have anything actually available ever they leave many children on the street. If you were helped your extremely luck. They have no place for men with kids anywhere or families they are a complete joke and waste of timecalled them for 5 months and got no help with 3 little babies they just act like they don't hear what you say or if it's really bad they start to talk about others things because they can't actually help you they just tell you have a good day

They are Wonderful. Have helped me and my kids with emergency shelter. And permanent housing. A huge blessing. Thank you so Much For Kids. If you are homeless, hold on to Jesus. Ask him to come into your heart to save you. And then go wherever his Holy Spirit leads you. God bless you with saving grace in Jesus name AMEN. Greater is coming to you. Do NOT QUIT.

An amazing organization-- supporting famalies and children in our community.

They don't really help. Only tell you what shelter are in your area (samething a Google search would) but take donation for what? They told me all shelters were full and they couldn't help me! They need to start helping or be shut down.

Ive been in the office a couple if times.. They couldnt give me immediate help However they were caring enough to help me with other needs and also explained their process.. Even if yall dont have the means to help me i Still have sooo much respect for your organization & appreciate the help yall give other families . We Appreciate yall at ForKids

These guys truly went above and beyond what I thought any organization could do. With their support they helped me make sure I had enough diapers, find a place to live, help me with child care so I could find a job, and so much more. My husband and I are very grateful to them

Need help if you or your family is struggling and need assistance this is the place by to go lots of resources and patient people that will understand and not judge ...Great organization
