Don't give opportunity to fresher.

Atleast understand one simplething, if u guys don't give opportunity to fresher then where the he'll, fresher will start his carrer. Everyone looking for experienced. Ver sad.

Very strange beavior yesterday they told me taking my interview on telephonic round after 2 pm. After 4 pm. I call them why they are not calling me for interview. Then they give me a number of hr for call them for my interview. I'm feel very awkard moment I have 3 yrs work experience and I give many interviews including MNC. But nvr faces this type of sutiation. Then i call the number somebody told me they have not any information of the interview . I suggest you one think at first prepare a management for working and please change your rude beavior.

Just work hard and take your paycheck. Company organises annual picnic at their farm house. The company belongs to the Kankaria group who are famous for jute mills in jagatdal.
