Wanted to give a shout out to Riley Obrien and the Autonation Ford team of Bellevue for making my purchase fast, knowledgeable and easy. I just wish more high tier models were available. All in all it was a great experience I am very happy with my new Bronco Sport.
Cheers

My 2018 Explorer has been at AutoNation in Bellevue, WA since January 18, 2021 with a catastrophic transmission failure. Although it is covered under warranty and their mechanic was wonderful, I am still waiting for my vehicle to be delivered to me in Oceanside, CA.
I did want to name that they casually do not wear masks. Many people who are sitting at their desk do not wear mask. And they were not eating. In addition to that when we went to the front desk, The two people who were in the back had no mask and one person partially had it on and they really were indifferent about us being in a pandemic. I just had to say that because it was shocking given the fact that they have a sign at the door and that we are in a pandemic.
I went here with my friend because we were going to empty her car only to find out that they sold her car without even letting her know.
One of the associates really asked "well what was in there that was so valuable" not giving any regard to the fact that someone has had that car for 12 years and they were led to believe they had the opportunity to complete the sale of the car.
For someone to have given you business and bought a car especially in this economy, during a pandemic where it looks like your sales are scarce. It's a shame that his coworker had to step in and apologize for his rude behavior. In addition to that everyone seemed very indifferent to the situation and they will try to overcharge you for one tire that was $400. What is insane is that Les Schwab pulled the nail out and patched up the tire for free.
All I wanted to say was they don't wear mask, and they will try to overcharge you and will talk to you as if you don't have common sense.
The only nice people who are wearing their mask the whole entire time where the people who were in the service area and the man giving back my friend's keys.
If I was you I would take my business elsewhere. You don't want to get sick and you also want to be treated with respect.
If a manager is to respond to this please look at your camera before trying to tell me that you all wear masks at all times
Service advisor worked me into their full schedule to accommodate my oil change and tire rotation. As always, quick check-in, service completed in about 75 min, check out about 5 min. I was also able to use my loyalty points to pay for 100% of the fee which was a nice bonus.
I popped into AutoNation Ford Bellevue last week for an oil change and I was greeted and helped by Ashley. She was extremely helpful and customer friendly when describing the service expectations. Additionally, she asked well thought out questions on the history of my vehicle. I especially liked that she provided a ride via Lyft so I could wait for my vehicle in the comfort of my home. Overall, another excellent experience at this dealership and I look forward to the arrival of my new Ford Bronco.
Paul Hinzpeter is the guy to see at Bellevue Ford if you need your vehicle serviced. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He stayed in constant contact with me, let me know exactly what was going on with my truck and was nothing but polite and professional the entire time. Paul made my visit to Bellevue Ford the best interaction I've ever had at any dealership. I look forward to bringing my vehicle to him again for my next service. Thank you Paul for all of your hard work, you are truly appreciated!!!
This is my first experience with AutoNation and probably will be my next one too. Tim Stakkestad helped me to finalize the deal over emails and shipped the car from California to Washington before I paid a single penny. He was very passionate and energetic both over emails and in person, I had a great chat with him about books while waiting for all the paperwork to be prepared. He is very easy to work with and even found a secret rebate for me on the delivery day! That absolutely blow my mind and was the best news I heard since pandemic. The second best news was the previous day he emailed me that my car arrived.
Brandon Anderson, the financial manager, was also very nice guy who guided me to sign all the paperwork. Previously my purchase experience elsewhere usually lead to some numeric errors or hidden charges in this step, not here. All numbers were the numbers we agreed on, no surprises or no hidden charges.
Overall, this is the best purchase experience I ever had so far. None of the sales techniques that make you feel extremely uncomfortable exist here. I was treated as a human being and I can feel they truly care about my whole experience instead of maximizing profit.
I had a great experience working through which vehicle would work out for my needs and getting a deal done despite me having absolutely ZERO credit history. They even stuck around a little bit after hours to help me out. Much appreciated and I look forward to seeing you all again soon!
I came to come look at a Subaru and Riley O Brien truly made my experience better AND I left buying the car. There was no pressure or uncomfortable negotiations, he was super lax. I am normally very skeptical of dealerships, but everyone including Riley made this experience comfortable! I will recommend anyone buying a car to this dealership, it was a great experience buying a car here! :-)
I purchased a 2018 Dodge Challenger from them in February 2021, The sales staff was great, no complaints there but when I needed assistance to get a copy of my trade in paperwork I could not get anyone to assist me. I finally got in touch with a general manager who said he would get me the paperwork I needed...that was Thursday and now it's Saturday and still no paperwork. Not to mention that attempts to get information on why I still have not received my car tags when the temporary expires in three days have proved unfruitful. Attempts to contact the General Manager again today resulted in a return to the infinite recording loop.
