Great West Casualty Company Review

We have been working with them for two weeks. We have not been able to get an answer from them. Both the supervisor (Jeff) and the adjuster (Nathan Lubbers) are ignoring our calls. Our clients truck has been sitting in our shop for 15 days now. We work with many different insurance companies and we have never experienced something like this

Got hit by a truck with Great West. They always answer their phone but the person who I need to contact is somehow never at his desk . I leave messages and also ask his assistants to have him call me back and never get a response. Have called a dozen times and haven t heard anything for weeks. Very bad service and shady.

Because of a small accident, their adjusters claimed it twice. So basically looking like I had two accidents not one!

I have gotten pretty good rates through this company.

Was involved in a hit and run over 2 months out of work no claim for lost wages or anything gives you the complete run around while your family starve and still expect their payments this company is not worth doing business with run run run and keep running just pay a higher premium with less of a headache.

If you are in an accident with a driver that is insured through Great West Casualty and it is not your fault I would highly suggest you get an attorney right away. I was t-boned by one of their insured drivers (not my fault...guy ran a red light) and my one regret is not getting an attorney as it felt like I got hit by a second truck dealing with their claims department. HIRE AN ATTORNEY!!!

Handle my claim with a really smooth process. It was a little longer, but for the service and follow up calls. It was well worth it. I'm happy to have them on my side.

They were very nice from the start. Tyler was the man's name I mostly delt with. They took care of the issue very quick and professional. Nobody wants to deal with these situations they made the process a hole lot easier.

One of my trucks was the subject of a hit and run. I do not have Great West Insurance nor will I ever! The company that hit my truck had Great West. It has been more than 2 months and they still have not paid anything towards my claim. I sent in 3 separate batches of pictures for their documentation. They refused to send out a claims adjuster to inspect the truck and then latter complained I didn't provide enough documentation, even though I sent 3 rounds of pics and multiple estimates! Their offers to fix my truck were thousands less than any shop said they could fix it for. All of the claim people I worked with were rude on the phone and not helpful at all. The driver that hit my truck is being tried for a felony hit and run, and they did not want to admit their insured was at fault nor pay out. My truck was out of commission for a month which left me with thousands of dollars in missed revenue and income. Please do not ever use this insurance company and I hope you'll never have to work with them.
