I called in, as I needed assistance with my Brother Laser Printer. I was unsure if the drum unit required replacing or not. The customer advisor - Brian, told me exactly where to go to find the percentage of wear of this, I printed a report and sent this across to him, he advised me on what to do and where to go to get the item.

PKS Services repaired my Brother printer today; the service was extremely efficient, professional and fast. I was given honest advice and the fee was very good value - much cheaper than replacing my printer (and better for the environment to repair rather than replace :)) I would recommend their services and will I certainly use PKS Services again if the need arises.
Brian and Cam we're brilliant, I had issues with my laptop that needed to be repaired within a tight time frame and the guys went above and far beyond what I expected. Really professional job would highly recommend them to anyone one considering using them on either an individual or more corporate capicity. Great value for money.
Honest business. They helped me with a small office printer that had stopped working. Brian called the manufacturer to obtain information on how it can be fixed. It turned out that fixing it would have a bigger cost than buying a new printer, so Brian recommended that I do that. He even pointed me to a website where I can buy the same printer for less. In the end he didn't charge me any money. They were very kind and helpful all along.
