My experience with Campbell Ford was terrible. They only want to attend my husband to sell new tires. When I told them that I should use the tires guarantees, they made we waste more that 2 hours to say that they couldn't apply the warranty in our case. I gone to Canadian Tire and they gave me new tires (with the warranty) in the same time.
After that, they tried to asked me to pay a bill that was covered under Ford Leesed car guarantee.
My experience was horrible!!!!!

I've been a loyal Campbell's customer since the mid-80's and right now have 4 Ford vehicles in my driveway ranging from an F-150, a Focus, Fusion, and an Escape Limited 4x4, the vehicles have never let me down and neither has Campbell's service department for maintenance work and/or recalls, i was always a Chev guy until the mid-80's when i found their quality was going downhill and switched to Ford, since then i've never looked back.

I went to look at a new car. The salesperson was quite good at the start but he seemed to be distracted about something and hsd to leave. After coming back he showed me some used cars but had to leave again. This time he didnt come back and I had to go. It was quite annoying to say the least.

I recently visited Campbell Ford as my 2008 grand Marquis' engine was acting up. They quickly took me in and within hours I had a diagnosis. I even got shuttle service to my shop while I waited. The best customer service I've seen in a long time. There is a lady in the service department Vanessa was so awesome. I think I made friends at Campbell and will take my car there if any other troubles arise. Thank you so much for your time and great service. Micheal The Designer from Wflowers. :)

I called for a service appointment and was called back promptly. When I emailed to schedule a new appointment when I had to cancel I was again contacted promptly. The service advisor, Jean Luc, was very helpful. The shuttle service was great. In every way, first rate service.

I was very impressed by Campbell until I had to have my car in to do the same repair three times in a week. The service advisors were not helpful and gave me the impression my concerns were not worth their time. On top of that, they tired to pass the buck on the repair being done onto Ford corporate and other dealerships rather then finding a solution to the problem.

Fair prices and amazing staff! 3 different issues fixed in a short amount of time and still had money left for xmas. Refreshing to deal with a service dept. that actually knows vehicles and a Service Manager who was once a tech so he actually knows and can diagnose/explain the work being done. Will def. take my car back there.

I had trouble finding information on your website about what is specifically included in The Works. I easily booked a service appointment online. The service representative, Shelby, was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining some repairs that my vehicle needed and worked quickly to have everything completed on time.

Long story short, I had an unfortunate experience with the service department and left the dealership with the view that I would never go back no matter what. I felt less than valued as a client, especially one who had spent $60k on a truck and had all my service done there since new. BUT, after a persistent shop foreman was able to get in touch with me (I really didn't want to chat as I felt my mind was made up, but he managed to get in touch), he was able to find a way to make it right. Now, what I valued was that he essentially took ownership of the issue, apologized and offered to make it right. The thing that impressed me, was it was a genuine concern that I had a poor experience and a recognition that things could have been dealt with differently. He wanted to make it right. No buying my business with free offers or anything like that, just a genuine; "we should of done better, we are sorry, we will make it right and we would like you to give us a try to earn your business back". Negative experience turned into a positive experience.

If you are looking for an F150, Chris S is your guy. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and zero pressure...loved buying from this dealership. Mgmt too were very helpful and pickup was quick and based on my availability. I did shop around and the Kanata dealership that I went to first was less than transparent, to be kind. I am very pleased with truck and price - just wanted a fair deal or better and got that at Campbell!! 5 stars for sure.

I would avoid buying any used vehicles from this p...

I would avoid buying any used vehicles from this place, very sketchy. I viewed a 2017 Ford Escape at 17,989$ and the vehicle was posted on Kijji 14 days ago, upon inspecting the vehicle I noticed loads of rust around the brakes, underneath, wheel and struts and the tires where basically finished and almost bald, the brakes where basically done for when driving and was hard to stop, the sales guy Alvin told me that the car has not been inspected yet and was unsure what would be fixed. So I asked to take the vehicle to my mechanic and have an inspection done for peace of mind, the sales person Alvin told me that they could not permit anybody to take the vehicle to a mechanic. Alvin said that my mechanic might say 5 things are wrong but his will say only 2 as he s had that happen before and apparently he trusts his mechanics more and that one time before a mechanic said a car was in an accident but the carfax said it wasn t and he knew the previous owners and knew it wasn t, basically just a scammer excuses. I walked out he attempted to reassure me with their inspection process but honestly if a dealership asking almost 18 grand for a used vehicle is not okay with it being inspected by a licensed mechanic then clearly their up to no good and their service guys are probably passing safeties with stuff wrong, I wouldn t trust this place unless they let you have the vehicle inspected by a third party.

David was awesome and was the difference between choosing Campbell Ford and any other dealer. He was everything a salesman isn't. He just had a conversation with me as opposed to all the sales pitching. He made purchasing a car a more pleasant experience than what I had received up to that point.

Unfortunately I had difficulty reaching Campbell Ford to make an appointment. It took almost a week-and-a-half despite submitting a request online, leaving a voice mail and another follow-up call. Once I reached a Service Specialist, everything was smooth sailing. The valet service was exceptional to my home and back to the shop. The recommendations from the mechanic and Service Specialist were appropriate. I felt much better going on my 1400 km road trip after my tune-up.

Vanessa is amazing at the service department... able to accommodate an unscheduled service and my car war repaired quickly. Their shuttle team is friendly and helpful... Ralph is fantastic and has great conversation... overall the best Ford dealership in the city!

I first went to Campbell Ford in order to get the extended warranty for the LCM on my 2003 Crown Victoria fixed. I had asked to have my car back by 3pm and they had it done by 10am. Excellent service by both the service advisor (Which I beleive was Tony Muma) and the technician who fixed my problem (went by the name of Anthony I beleive). I felt welcome and appreciated even though I was in for a free fix. This earned my respect and I started buying my parts for my Ford at their professional parts counter. Knowledgeable, courteous and excellent staff. I would recommend getting your car serviced here. Pricing may be a bit more expensive than your average mechanic, but no one else will do it entirely right. They also offer a 15% discount on parts and service to active and retired military, which is a very polite gesture.

Excellent service, our vehicle was fixed quickly and we were kept informed throughout the process. We had breakfast in the cafeteria and when we got back into our Escape it was sanitized. What a great experience! We will definitely be back and we will tell our friends. Thanks Campbell Ford!

Purchasing a new vehicle can be a daunting task but my experience with Peter Maloney was smooth and hassle free. I never felt pressure at any point and am 100% satisfied with my purchase - a new 2020 Ford Explorer ST. I would definitely recommend Campbell Ford - Ask for Peter !

I went to Campbell Ford for a simple oil change. I asked for and was told I was getting synthetic oil. When I got my car back I drove it for a day or two then the engine started smoking and driving became resistant. When I looked under the hood the lid to the oil was sitting on the edge of the engine and at least half if not more oil had evaporated from the tank. I wrote to them in writing asking for at least a refund to with they replied they didn't use synthetic and I would have to bring the car in. Absolutely terrible service. I would never go there or recommend them to anyone.

I truly enjoyed negotiating with him had a blast, feel great about the purchase. One of the best buying experience. Purchased expensive used Escape with 21k on.Shortly after was told summer tires soon would need replacing - less than 30k on Michelin ties rated at 90K. Advised Used Car Manager who was bizarrely uninterested in my concern. He didn't even tell me Campbell is an approved Michelin dealer for warranty purposes. I'd already purchased snows and winter mats (another $2k).Was hoping for a ten year relationship, but based on this unpleasant experience am moving to another Ford dealership. Mechanics etc treated me well.

Recently, I called another Ford dealership for my routine oil change, but also to have my transmission checked because I was having an issue with my F-150 and 3rd to 4th gear. Their advisor said "we won't check it, there's nothing we can do. It's a known issue." Odd thing to say when the customer owns a brand new truck, so I decided to Campbell.

The day I arrived at Campbell Ford, I spoke with their service advisor, Patrick Ellis, and I explained to him what I was experiencing. The same explanation I gave to the other dealer. Pat listened, and spoke to their technicians. Turns out, my truck was behind on drivetrain updates, and since then, the problem has stopped. Absolutely fantastic service, Patrick! Thank you for helping me with my truck.

I don't recommend. I looked online at their used inventory which had a multitude of their vehicles specifically show the estimated payment bi weekly along with the term and interest rate. When I went after viewing the few I liked all I got was "we can't do that term on that one or we can't do that payment" so what you are telling me is you false advertised every single one of your vehicles..? Awesome.. then to top it off I specifically said my budget was 120 no money down. What were my answers 125? 150? 1000 down? How about 500? NO.. we left and went to kia where we were sold to Kia souls because they not only compensated for our current vehicle(which ford originally offered zip all for our van during a previous visit so we thought it was no longer an option for us) but they also understood my budget and made it happen with not a cent over. Couldnt be more happy.

The team at Campbell Ford treat you as a real person and a valued customer. They re honest about what needs to be fixed now and what you can wait for and not trying to drain you at once . I love their shuttle service as well , so handy and always nice conversations. From Darlene at the front desk , Kane, Patrick & Leslie I am pleased when there. However because I drive a FORD proudly I m not there often !

No Service, Incompetent mechanic and staff including Service Manager! I bought my Ford F150 2012 at a good price with campbell ford but after service is terrible. (Carle Ford told me they could of done better price but I didn't know they existed) I drop my truck twice for repairs and oil change. Campbell Ford lost my truck for half a day and my keys. YES, they LOST my TRUCK!!! That same day, they used about 50$ of gas. They never found what repairs my truck needed after spending multiple days. I have other things to say about them but I don't want to write a book here... TAKE NOTE : Campbell Ford = TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!

I just came back from Carle Ford in Gatineau and the service desk employee knew what my truck needed to be fix (he is not even a mechanic) and they repaired it in 1 day. Vacuum pump needed to be changed and they change SEAL between driveshaft and rear diff. + 4 bolts. Carle Ford = Excellent Service. No explaining to do, no fighting, no DAYS argueing on phone... EXCELLENT!

I had a very positive experience at Campbell Ford. Steve and Simon were very professional, helpful and fair. The process of trading in my old vehicle and leasing a new 2020 Escape was not stressful and went smoothly. I was given helpful advice, my questions were answered promptly and clearly, and it was evident that they wanted my whole experience to be positive. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received and will definitely recommend Campbell Ford to my friends and family. I am very much enjoying driving my new vehicle and will return to Ford in the future. Thank you!

Extremely not happy with the service at all, i made several apointments to get winter tires put on, i went for the first time and upon checking with a service advisor, they told me that they couldnt find my name in the system which i had bookes an apointment long in advance so they booked me again for another apointment, well the same scenerio happened again were they couldnt find me in the system so i went back home and decided to call them so i called over the phone and advise them id be coming in on the saturday, well they service advisor advised me that they dont do apointments on saturdays and that they advised me to just show up, well saturday arrives and i go to a service advisor asking to get the tires changed and advise them that my tires are stored at their dealership, well she then advised me that i needed an apointment so i lost my cool and advised them that i will be making a formal complaint cause now this is getting ridiculous and unorofessional that i cant even get winter tires changed because of there mess.

Routine transaction bungled by the finance manager. They "may have misplaced" documents with my financial information on them and were defensive, rude, and unprofessional about it. Ford customer for over 15 years -- but I would not have air put in my tires at this location. Go to Jim Keay in Orleans -- well worth the detour for the friendly, helpful service.
