Purchased expensive used Escape with 21k on.Shortly after was told summer tires soon would need replacing - less than 30k on Michelin ties rated at 90K. Advised Used Car Manager who was bizarrely uninterested in my concern. He didn't even tell me Campbell is an approved Michelin dealer for warranty purposes. I'd already purchased snows and winter mats (another $2k).Was hoping for a ten year relationship, but based on this unpleasant experience am moving to another Ford dealership.
