I had a very positive experience at Campbell Ford. Steve and Simon were very professional, helpful and fair. The process of trading in my old vehicle and leasing a new 2020 Escape was not stressful and went smoothly. I was given helpful advice, my questions were answered promptly and clearly, and it was evident that they wanted my whole experience to be positive. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received and will definitely recommend Campbell Ford to my friends and family.
