Recently, I called another Ford dealership for my routine oil change, but also to have my transmission checked because I was having an issue with my F-150 and 3rd to 4th gear. Their advisor said "we won't check it, there's nothing we can do. It's a known issue." Odd thing to say when the customer owns a brand new truck, so I decided to Campbell.

The day I arrived at Campbell Ford, I spoke with their service advisor, Patrick Ellis, and I explained to him what I was experiencing. The same explanation I gave to the other dealer. Pat listened, and spoke to their technicians. Turns out, my truck was behind on drivetrain updates, and since then, the problem has stopped. Absolutely fantastic service, Patrick! Thank you for helping me with my truck.
