I have always enjoyed the customer experience at Fnac, wherever it is. Here it is the same even if it has changed a lot, it is a peaceful store where it is good to stroll. We will never take you back there! We bought headphones but they are not compatible with what we bought (of course there was nothing on the box that indicated it). Arriving at home we try it does not work, we put in the box and we say "we'll bring it back". The product and clean the box flawless and the receipt says "exchange / refund within 15 days".
We say that as we open it will have a small discount (we warned it is marked on the ticket ...).
