We took our dog in to get him groomed he looks awesome very happy and highly recommend going here

I took my English Shepherd 4 month old pup in for grooming today during quarantine. ES s normally need lots of socializing which I hadn t been able to do because of Shelter in Place... so he was quite timid at first... both women that greeted me outside realized how worried he truly was... they worked with him and had me stay for a bit. The other dogs he could mingle with calmed him down and he was handled fairly and with care.... when I picked him up he was happy and not worried... plus they did a GREAT job. More important to me was the fear free first grooming experience.

Needed to get my dogs nails trimmed, so I called around to a few places in Chico to see how long it would be for an appointment. After being told by multiple places that it would take several weeks to be seen, I called All Cats and Dogs Grooming and was told to come in whenever. I went there and was in and out in less than 10 minutes and got a great recommendation on where to get stuff for my boi. Super friendly staff, great pricing, and will be seeing more business from me in the future!

I just used All Cats and Dogs Grooming for the first time to make our Poma-Poo beautiful, and I'm so glad I did!!! They did a fantastic job! I've been to several other groomers in the various places we have lived, but I've got to say that All Cats and Dogs Grooming in Chico is the BEST! Most other groomers I've been to take 4-5 hours to groom our little dog. ACDG took only two hours, which made our dog a lot less stressed out. I will definitely be using them again!

They had an opening the same day I called. I guess I should of wondered why lol. My dog just got a basic cut. Could tell they really haven t had much experience with little dogs. All they did was trim the hair with no style at all

I love taling our baby Chinook here who is a Malamute that they take incredible care of! I was previously taking him to a different groomer in Chico that wouldnt quick cutting his hair even when asked not to, this place not only follows instructions perfectly but goes above and beyond for my pup!

I finally found a pet groomer that I trust. Alex has been wonderful from the first day she trimmed my Chihuahuas nails and I won t go to anyone else . She s always friendly and so patient with my temperamental chi when other groomers couldn t handle her.

Great service and I didn't need an appointment to get a nail trim for my pup.

I absolutely loved the service we were given. The groomer was beyond kind and patient with our 9 month old Doberman, who had never been groomed professionally before, and our 8 year old Australian Shepard mix breed. She was very attentive to both our dogs and they loved her. I will absolutely be continuing to take both my dogs to her. She was affordable, friendly, and both dogs looked absolutely amazing.

Took my little poodle there for her first cut, she was so proud of her new haircut that she pranced around for days. She looked sooo cute! Staff was really friendly and prompt service.

My Chihuahua has always been difficult when attempting to clip his nails. We walked in Alex took him & it was done before he even realized it we believed considering he reacted to the last 1. Will definitely be taking him back. I also liked that I had called while they were closed & received a text when they opened.

Magical skills to get on with every day and dog, the beasts come out beautiful, every time. Our bipolar tomcat endures their work with grace whereas the new kitten feels like this place is a playdate.

They have been grooming pets of Camp Fire survivors as a gift. I'm so touched. This place is exceptional and the animals love them.

Amazing staff especially by a worker named Alex, would highly recommend grooming your champion breed dog or your 2nd chance dog who deserves to be groomed bu the best. Owner is great as well as the way she treats employees. I dont always post reviews, but when i do its either beyond great expectations or awful no in betweens for me, do i look like a some geek seeking attention from a biased review? neigh i say dont need feedback or omments just know that if had to i would notarize this review.

I've been taking our two little pugs to these folks since they opened. They do a fantastic job, very reasonable prices, and, most importantly, they are very good to my little guys. My puppies are always happy when I take them in which tells me they are well treated and loved during their visits. Highly recommended!

I took my 75 lb golden retriever here to be groomed, de-shed and to have some mats removed (her ears mat very easily) based on amazing yelp reviews. They were very kind walking in, the last groomer we took her to she was generally pretty stressed but here she just walked in like she owned the place and seemed very comfortable. She still seemed calm and happy when I picked her up. After I got home I noticed a couple of things I wasn't very happy with so I called back and spoke to the owner, Alex. She was AWESOME! She asked if I could bring our dog back and she fixed all of my concerns and I am so happy with the end result. She was very gracious and went the extra mile to make sure we are happy and my pup didn't mind the extra visit at all, she acted like it was no big deal at all. We will continue to bring our dog here! Great customer service, great care of the animals, overall great place! Highly recommend!

Alex's does amazing work its the only place I trust to handle my dog she's the best there is and comes highly recommended
