I went to the jeweler Alebert, his go there are a little stuck but ok parcontre in front there is the Alebert store that sells the watches, it's a shame to receive people like her especially the brunette with the big eyebrow, they want to take high and incomparable rudeness, I rarely saw her !!! Disgusted! On the FNAC site, 2 products are available in 1 hour at the store. I order ... so I pay by credit card.
1st product: in research ... FNAC does the "maximum" !!!
Second product: shipping scheduled today (why shipping since the book was announced available in store ???) delivery tomorrow!
Impossible to contact anyone (telephone billed by the minute and the number suggests that it is a telephone platform hence the length of communication and possibility of inconsistent response, email that leaves or ???) .
Impossible to cancel (or you have to leave polytechnic to understand), reimbursement ????
Conclusion: False advertising - unreliable site! A complaint to consider.

Surprised ! I had to deal with 3 very professional and really courteous people! I left with the product I was looking for and at an equivalent price internet. Impeccable service !!

We find everything, I rarely buy there, but the only time I made a purchase, I had a hard time getting my money back.

Each time I take a walk on the pedestrian street of Belfort I have to go for a walk each time. There are very often low price promotions and it is a very good, nice and friendly place for everyone. I especially love wasting time in front of pop figures. I highly recommend.

It is a Fnac like any other. The staff here are friendly, and able to answer a variety of questions. Located in the center of the rue Marchande de Belfort, it is well located and easy to access. The prices of the products are however, as in all Fnacs, too expensive compared to the competition (Amazon in particular)
