To flee !!!!

To flee !!!!
We will never take you back there! We bought headphones but they are not compatible with what we bought (of course there was nothing on the box that indicated it). Arriving at home we try it does not work, we put in the box and we say "we'll bring it back". The product and clean the box flawless and the receipt says "exchange / refund within 15 days".
We say that as we open it will have a small discount (we warned it is marked on the ticket ...).
Well NO they do not resume at all! Either it's a HYGIENE PRODUCT so nothing ... she did not even open the box to know if it was clean or not ... NO they do not want to.
Since when headphones are hygiene products ????? A birthday present from my boyfriend that I will not be able to use at all! And yet I was going to be nice ... I would have accepted a haircut and a purchase voucher to spend at home ...
All other businesses would have made the effort to take it back (I worked in major chains like yours and we did not do as much fuss!)
So belfortans friends go to baker who has another policy of return!

In fact if we understand well they take back nothing at all (computer once turn on we lose licenses they do not pick up, books like, headphones it's hygiene products , household products like that, you pick up what Fnac? Tell me?
By the way it is not written in the department that the headphones are not taken back or exchanged, but I think at home it's easier to indicate which products you agree to take back!).
