Store ideally located on a whole floor in full pedestrian street. Accessible by escalator or elevator. There are books, multimefia, video games, merchandising and so on and it is possible to order if the article is not referenced within the shelves. Home delivery or withdrawal in store easy and simple. I regret, however, the few cashiers during peak hours. There was only one cashier for almost 15 customers who were waiting to settle their purchases while there were two cashiers at the box office which was little used.

Very busy on Sundays in December. Hard to find a place on the parking of the Arts. It earned me an almond December 26, 2017 because I could not park well in the center of the place bothered by vehicles from side to side on the sides.

I rarely leave such positive reviews on large store signs but I had to post my review this time. I was looking for an LG Oled TV which could not be found in all Fnacs (mainly the one in Dijon since I live in the area). The site indicated that there is only one TV left in Belfort. When in doubt, I sent an email to the store to find out if it was possible to put the TV aside so that I could come and collect it. Aldo responsible for technical products told me that it was possible to do so, and that I could come and get it. I went there last Saturday and what a welcome! Very polite, outgoing and accommodating employees! The TV was packed with all its accessories (expo model without box) I was given the badge so that I could park my vehicle near the loading dock so that they could drop the TV there. I also met Aldo who is a dynamic person and seems close to his team. In short if all my experiences could be like this. Thank you again for your availability, your welcome and the speed in handling my request. A happy customer!

I wish I could put a zero grade. I bought two books at 70 euros. Did not receive the books, and tried to contact fnac three times. They did not accept to return my money because they can't do that with their policy. The books are on transit, so they can't give the money back. They told me the driver may have lost it. Basically, THEY JUST STOLE MY MONEY. Worst Staff ever, worst services, liars, hang up the phone on you, call you at 12 am, and steal your money.

Listening sellers, present, available, several payment boxes to facilitate purchases.

Very unpleasant welcome, I reported a 3-month-old pc that did not work, I am a streamer, that's how I live and I can't have a spare computer in the meantime. Inadmissible, the computer has a problem and it is me who suffers? The only answer I got "had to order on FnacPro" thank you yes but how I could have known, who knows Fnac "Pro"
I will change my mind if they solve the problem which would amaze me, honestly never go there, they know nothing about it and they are not of the slightest arrangement, go buy somewhere else, really trust me and avoid go home!

As much as I am satisfied with the store in general, but the salesgirl of the store very unpleasant. Who passes you by taking an article without even saying sorry. I'm not picky but it was frankly abused.
