Disgusted! On the FNAC site, 2 products are availa...

Disgusted! On the FNAC site, 2 products are available in 1 hour at the store. I order ... so I pay by credit card.
1st product: in research ... FNAC does the "maximum" !!!
Second product: shipping scheduled today (why shipping since the book was announced available in store ???) delivery tomorrow!
Impossible to contact anyone (telephone billed by the minute and the number suggests that it is a telephone platform hence the length of communication and possibility of inconsistent response, email that leaves or ???) .
Impossible to cancel (or you have to leave polytechnic to understand), reimbursement ????
Conclusion: False advertising - unreliable site! A complaint to consider.
