I mean it was like the other flunch restaurant but my order took like 30 min and it was just a burger and there wasn't even a line. Although it was clean and the cashier was friendly I really hated that I waited 30 min for my burger. I wouldn't recommend it if you were in a hurry.

I hesitated for a long time before writing this review. In fact I have been going to Lille's flunch (opposite the station) for almost 3 years. And this, almost every day. But for the past few months, we have felt that the wheel has started to turn.
A little history...
This flunch (for 3 years) was running relatively well. There were days when there could be some surprises, but the general appreciation was pretty good. But for about 4 to 6 months things have started to go wrong. In fact, everything started from the water fountain. Forerunner of great trouble to come. At that time the Lille flunch had 2 fountains. Very useful when you have eaten very quickly and you are choking on the inside. You were unlikely to wait behind someone for an emergency glass of water. Unfortunately one of the handles of the fountain broke. We stayed 3 weeks with this fountain out of service and its broken handle. And for good reason :
The reorganization was underway. New equipment, new panel locations and here I ll explain how far the stupidity of the managers who manage this flunch can go.
Note that 6 months ago, there were already starting to have problems with trays not cleared. At least not fast enough. I had to adapt my schedules because what matters to me is how quickly you can eat. And above all to find a place. So no choice. Obliged to arrive after 1 p.m. so that the majority of the herd has passed. Only by going after 1 p.m. you have to ignore the missing knives and the missing goblets (I don't use the glasses). Indeed, at the Lille flunch we prepare for a service, and when it is empty, well it is empty. So after a certain hour you don't find everything you need in a restaurant. Again this is due to the lack of staff who lack of time (or frenzy for some) does not supply what needs it. These were the premises of the stampede. So back to this water machine, which has never been replaced due to reorganization. And this is where it gets delusional. They changed the panels (GRILL, ready meals, fish and pancakes in this order). So we had a cooked dishes panel above the grill stand. For months people queued for ready meals in the grill line. So they sometimes wait several minutes to hear themselves say at the end, "It s next" and queue up again. Aberrant. It took 2 months for someone to peel off the labels to place them properly. It apparently never terrified any manager ... By story there was more than one disgruntled client I can guarantee you. And in this reorganization they moved the children's games. Result ten tables less. And unfortunately these are the tables that are not outside the front door. So since these are the tables that are cleared first, if you are lucky enough to have a place, it will be near the door in the drafts ... So you were following me, new reorganization, less space ...

The food is tasteless. Buffet not well replenished. Choice is small. Furthermore, a noisy playground for children.
We came for the mussels at will, they were good but very quickly they became cold. The person who served them was friendly and welcoming, however I found that the rest of the staff in the dining room and at the cash desk were not very welcoming and lacked knowledge of life.
I would not go back to dirty toilet and where I was shocked by being employed at that of englos I have never seen that we accept KFC menus to eat on the spot under the pretext that the person who accompanies you ordered something.
