We're very grateful to Flower Works, specifically Jenna, for patiently working with us to send the perfect sympathy arrangement to family members who live in St. Augustine. Jenna made some wonderful recommendations, and we decided on one of their beautiful orchid plants which they embellished with a lovely basket and bow. Great thanks for the quality they represent. Five starts for them all the way!

Product delivered was nothing at all like the product ordered. Buyer beware. The pictures on the web site are not even remotely close to what you will receive. When asked, the company says "we told you we might substitute". I completely understand a substitution based on availability ... but when the finished product looks nothing at all like what was ordered, I think that is mean.

I ordered flowers from out of state for a person in Flager hospital. The person who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. They were able to deliver the flowers the same day. The person receiving the flowers said they were the most beautiful flowers they have ever seen. Thank you Flower Works for making the day alittle brighter for the special person in the hospital.

Flower works is the best! The florist for my wedding canceled the day before my wedding and I walked into flower works and they helped with everything (my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, boutineers, and something for the moms) very grateful for them! Thank you so much Flower Works!

This is the only florist I reach out to. I m hopeless at deciding what flowers to send and ask for designer s choice most times. The bouquets are stunning and I m so happy with their service.

I recently ordered an arrangement for my Mother's 75th birthday. I asked for it to be her favorite colors and favorite flowers but most of all I wanted it to take her breath away. The arrangement that was created for her was breathtaking (her words not mine) and she was blown away. It truly made her day and let her know how very much she means to me. My arrangement was made by David Snyder as he is absolutely the best in St Augustine. Anyone looking for the most beautiful flowers as well as the best customer service needs to look no farther then Flower Works. They rock!!!

I just wanted to say a very very intense THANK YOU to Dave and everyone at Flower Works! I gave them an incredible challenge and they knock it out of PARK! You guys are amazing and talented beyond words. Truly thank you...

Went there on Valentine's day, which happens to be my anniversary. While they were out of baby's breath, they still put together a nice arrangement in short order on what I am sure was the busiest day of the year.

The man who works there helped me with the flowers for my wedding. Initially he was extremely nice and helpful. After I signed the papers and paid in full he was incredibly rude and disrespectful. An unauthorized individual attempted to make a change to the arrangements that included an addition of a flower that I have always hated so of course I don't want it at my wedding. When I informed him that the item had to be removed and any other flower could be used in its place he stated that he would do what he wanted and that I would have to accept it. I had told him that I would pay for the difference but he refused and said he wouldn't change it. My fiance, now husband, had to call him and force him to remove the unwanted item. It was never what I had ordered. We provided mason jars of different sizes. The smaller flowers were placed in the bigger jars and the bigger flowers were placed in the smaller jar which looked ridiculous. People kept commenting on how the mason jars looked great but it would look nicer if the flowers were in the opposite jars, which is what I had asked him to do. Our jars were awesome so that compensated. My bouquet was completely destroyed. I requested a particular flower arrangement of all purple flowers but he talked me into a mix of purple and white flowers because he thought they would hold up better and he could guarantee that the flowers would come exactly as it was ordered. The white flowers turned brown and all the flowers wilted except the one flower from my original idea that we kept. If I hadn't listened to him or if he had just done what I asked for it wouldn't have fine. I would never recommend this place and I gave excellent reviews to every single other vendor at my wedding because everything was gorgeous except the flowers.

Doesn t even deserve one star. Unprofessional, rude, WILL hang up on you, and couldn t even refund flowers for a wedding canceled due to the pandemic. Every person who we spoke to had no sympathy whatsoever. This is a selfish business that deserves to go under and with this strategy, they will. It even further proves my point that they argue with bad reviews on Google. That s how you know it s a bad company. No one deserves this treatment during times like this, so they deserve two one star reviews from my mom and I individually.

Used Flower Works for my wedding. My bouquet was incredible, perfect size for my petite body and even more beautiful than I imagined. They were so easy to work with and even gave me advice to save me some money. Highly recommended.

I used flower works for my wedding flowers. They were a little pricey, but the arrangements and my headpiece came out stunning!!!! I am so happy with this shop and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.

Beautiful arrangements!

I rate this florist highly for its design and choice. I cannot give it a higher rating, since I found the arrangements to have little 'shelf life'. On the occasion of my wife's birthday, the purchased arrangement lasted no longer than a day or two before it had to be thrown out. To their credit they offered remedy as soon as they were informed.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Great experience. David was very helpful. They were available to move my delivery earlier so my wife could get her anniversary flowers before she left for the day. Roses were beautiful and wife loved them. Use this florist!!

Bought a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The flowers were fresh and the bouquet looked spectacular. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. All in all a great experience! Will definitely be back in the future.

I had simply asked for a "ridiculously embarrassing" Valentine's Day arrangement. The wonderful people at Flower Works came through above and beyond what I had envisioned.
Thank you soooo much!! My sweetheart was on the verge of tears. Not to mention that her co-workers were in awe as well.

Flower works is such an amazing vendor to work with. They help us with anything we need as well as making the couples dream come true. They are very professional, great communicators. When they are busy they still reply in a timely manner. We love working with them!

Cannot praise these guys enough. Called and spoke with David, he was pleasant and knowledgable. He helped me assemble a very beautiful arrangment for a very beautifull young lady. Doing all of this from 600 miles away. They complied with my needs and were extremely courteous. Call David! He will hook you up.

Buyer beware for future brides. My daughter ordered flowers 1 year in advance for a St. Augustine wedding because she lives in NC and knew she wouldn't be back until March 2020 when the wedding was going to occur. Because of unforeseen circumstances they had to change the wedding plans to NC in July 2019, and Flower Works won't give her a full or partial credit. They offered her store credit, but living in a different state... will be of no use to them. They don't usually take orders but 6 months in advance, but took her order a year in advance. She was never offered the option to place the order at a different time when she went in to order them. Because of the contract, they will not budge to help out their customer. I would understand if it was 3 month or even 6 months before, but this is a year in advance she cancelled. The only thing they did with that flower contract was file it until the following year. I think this is poor business practice and will never recommend this company to anyone!

Consistently exceeds expectations. When I am spending my hard earned money on something that is going to die eventually, I want it to be breathtaking while it is still alive. :) I never confine their creativity to my ideas, I only give them color inspirations and the type of occasion and they take it from there. I am never disappointed and am always giddy to see the final product. Keep up the good work!

No one even comes close in our town when it comes to flowers! I have used them for my wedding, have used them personally at least twice a year since 1998 AND all my friends know who to call when sending me/us flowers, NEVER a miss

If I could put zero stars I would, I was very unhappy with everything about this place. I ordered flowers for my wedding 2 months in advance, I had someone recommend them to me. I went into the store to order my flowers and was greeted by David and he helped me with my ordered, I had ordered white and ivory flowers with BLUSH and PINK to be put in them. I ordered a bride bouquet and 3 arrangements. They got delivered on my wedding day and they were completely wrong. The delivery lady showed up with the flowers and read the order form and the order was done completely wrong. She asked what she could do to help but said that there was no florist designer at the shop to make a new ones. So I had to go out on my wedding day and purchase new flowers to add flowers to my bouquet. I called and told them the problem that I had and she had said okay I will have someone call you and get back with you she was very nice. The next day David had called me and I missed his called. He left me a message saying that the order was sent to me in an email. That there should of been noted details in my order that I should of noticed if they weren't correct. I called back after they left me the message and asked to speak with him I was told that he wasn't available so I talked to front store manger Fay and explained the situation to her David had said that and told her about it. I told her how I was very unhappy with what had happened and she asked how much I had spent on the extra flowers and wanted to credit the money back to my account and apologized. I explained that it wasn't about the money and the point of what had happened. She then continued to say that there must have been a miscommunication when I ordered them. I had specified in store what I wanted and it was read back to me with everything how I wanted it. She said that if there was any changes done to the order I should have gotten an email. I shouldn't have to check to my email to make sure what I ordered that was read back to me in store was correct it is not my job to do their job. I then asked to speak to the owner and was denied my request being told that they did not handle theses types of problems. They were very unprofessional and I will not back and do not recommend them being used for wedding flowers!

I was super last minute and dropped the ball on ordering a floral arrangement ahead of time so I called after reading through their wonderful reviews online and boy was I impressed! They took wonderful care of me and within seconds Of me walking in the door they had already started consulting with me about what flowers I wanted to incorporate/ the look I wanted / my budget and overall gave their expertise advice and bottom line they were extremely helpful :) They took their time and I was shocked that the price was so reasonable for such a lovely HUGE arrangement! ) Overall, I was beyond impressed with their talents and customer service; the entire staff is amazing and so nice! Next time I am in the area or need flowers delivered around their service area I will 100% be calling them! 5 +++ stars ! Highly recommend!

I have used Flower Works several times and each time they are very professional and make recommendations based on what I need. The arrangements are spectacular and amazing! I would highly recommend them for anything from a special event to just sending flowers as a gift! Great people to work with!

Can't rave enough about Flower Works. We sent an arrangement from out of state and didn't realize their shop was a bit out of our friend's area. The owner called to tell me that they usually don't deliver that far but that they'd make an exception instead of refunding me. Then when they did deliver, they really delivered! The arrangement was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I would highly recommend this flower shop.

My friend's wife was having surgery at Flagler hospital. I call another florist "S," ten minutes before closing and I was placed on hold. Then, I was unexpectedly hung up on. I called right back and got the answering machine (surprise surprise). The next day I called Flower Works and spoke with David and explained my situation. He said the delivery driver had already left for the day and he could deliver the following day, I told him she would be discharged the next day, he said no problem and took it upon himself to ensure that the flowers were delivered. As a matter of fact, it was within 30 minutes of the order being place. David showed exceptional customer service and ensured my order was delivered. I would recommend Flower Works to anyone who needs a reliable and respectable florist.

I cannot gush enough over the beautiful arrangements and quality of flowers provided by Flower Works for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. They far exceeded my expectations, and everyone thought they were absolutely exquisite. Thank you Becca for everything. You are so creative and so enthusiastic; it was such a pleasure working with you. I highly recommend EVERYONE use Flower Works for any event.

Flower Works did all the flowers for our wedding this past June and they were so gorgeous. Our groomsman picked them up without any issue in the morning and we set them all up ourselves. They also worked with our reception venue to do table arrangements that matched at very little cost to us. I called from NC to order flowers for a special birthday in St. Augustine. Becca did a fabulous job. The arrangement was spectacular and the price was reasonable. I will definitely order again from Flower Works!

I received an outstanding arrangement for Christmas. It was sent by a friend in Michigan to grace my Christmas table here in St. Augustine. Flower Works out did themselves! As you can see by the picture it was just starting to open, I have it in a cool space in the dark so that it will be at its peak on Christmas Day, Called Flower Works and shared how much I love this arrangement. I have never received flowers this well done.

I loved my wedding flowers. We had a very small ceremony and didn't need much, but what little I had, I wanted to be unique and beautiful, and it surely was. They made my bouquet, 2 beautiful arrangements for the ceremony, and 2 boutonnieres. I was amazed at how big the arrangements were for the ceremony, they were awesome, and matched my bouquet perfectly! The boutonnieres were beautiful as well. I'm not a cookie cutter kind of bride, so David got to be creative. I helped choose what elements I wanted and he pulled it all together, beautifully. I'm having my bouquet preserved right now, I loved it that much. A day I'll never forget, with no regrets!

If you're getting married in St. Augustine and want an affordable but wonderfully talented florist, look no further than Flower Works/ The Florium.

I got married on Mother's Day ( which is a very busy day for florists), but this group was still able to bring my vision to life AND do it on a budget. My wedding coordinators said they were a breeze to work with and that they loved working with them. My wedding day was BEAUTIFUl because of them.

All my communications with Flower Works were professional and polite (something I truly value).

Lastly, on the day of my wedding, I mistakenly miscounted the amount of centerpieces I needed, and Flower Works did a quick one before the wedding, delivered it themselves, AND did it for free.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Flower Works. Please book with them. I promise you won't regret it.

FlowerWorks did an amazing job on the arrangements for my wedding in January. They made sure that everything was packed so we could easily transport to the venue ourselves and the flowers lasted well and looked beautiful through the whole event. I loved that they would not alter the flowers also, using only natural colors really made everything look so much more vibrant.

Would definitely recommend! Placed my order on Easter Sunday for my mom's birthday on Tuesday and they were delivered on time. I had to send an email requesting a later delivery time for to my mom having to work. They responded to my email the next morning right when they opened and were very accommodating and polite. They also kept me up to date with delivery, as my mom was in their outlying delivery area. Despite this, they where still able to deliver later in the afternoon as requested. The flowers were beautiful and my mom said they're very fragrant. Thank you so much for an awesome experience and helping me surprise my mom :). Will be purchasing again in the future!

Excellent! David spent so much time working with us for our wedding at The White Room, and he was so creative and fun to work with. One the day of the wedding we were blown away! We had a large wedding party but they worked with us to keep costs down. The day of the wedding we needed deliveries at multiple locations and they executed everything without a hitch!

Flower works has produced an above-and-beyond arrangement every time! But there is more to praise: for Mother s Day, I ordered a custom arrangement and promised to pick up on Friday; I failed to show up... I stopped by on Saturday after they closed and started thinking of how I would apologize. To my very thrilled surprise, an employee drove the arrangement to my house on Saturday evening! Thank you SO much!!

I had a destination wedding to St. Augustine, so I dealt with Flower Works through email and telephone. I sent a picture to give them An idea of what I wanted, then I talked with David over the phone. They did an amazing job! Very easy to work with and high quality flowers. They get all their flowers from Spanish speaking counties. The colors of my wedding were burgundy and navy. I went with burgundy roses with accents of white and the grayish-blue thistle. They were beautiful! And they lasted for days after the wedding! They get my recommendation!

My wedding day was starting off rough and was running late to meet the love of my life in St. Augustine. I realized in the car that I ran out the house without my flowers! What bride does that?! Well I did! I remembered a florist shop not far from my venue and called in while I was on I95 (I was coming from Jacksonville) Jenna answered the phone and saved the day. I am not sure if she actually make the bouquet but its was absolutely the prettiest one I have ever seen! It was made within 20mins and it was perfect. Thank you thank you thank you! You saved this bride and I am forever grateful for you all!

I ordered flowers over the phone from out of state, to be delivered to my parents in St. Augustine. I refuse to shop for flowers on any of the very generic internet based services, it just takes any personal touch away from sending flowers, so as long as there s a phone and someone in the store to answer it, I ll continue to call local shops myself. I spoke with Terry, who took the time to list every color of rose they had in stock, ultimately I took her recommendation. I told her my budget and my intentions and she helped me through every step and the flowers were delivered first thing on the day I scheduled them to be. My parents sent me pics and I was delighted, as were they. Could not ask for a better, more personal flower buying experience. Thank you Flower Works!

Purely magical! I was in tears. The arrangement was beyond beautiful. This is a sincere review. I will always use Flower Works.

We worked with Flower Works for our April 2019 wedding and they did an absolutely beautiful job! We are not people who know a lot about flowers or really even knew what we wanted in the way of flowers for our wedding. They listened to my rambling and brought together a vision for our big day like it was nothing! They even saved my butt 2 days before our wedding when I suddenly realized I never ordered the flowers for our grandparents remembrance chairs. I was internally freaking out and they handled it like it was no big deal and calmed me down. Multiple people told me how gorgeous our flowers were, how they flowed so well through our venue, and how every little space had just enough decor without being overdone. To Dave and the staff at Flower Works, keep up the amazing work! I am so glad we got to work with you to bring the vision for our big day together!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. BEWARE! These people are unprofessional and NASTY. I paid them in advance for flowers for a destination wedding that was to take place in March then the pandemic happened. We rescheduled our wedding for a later date and informed Flower Works. It has now become clear that we will be unable to hold the wedding in St. Augustine due to COVID-19 restrictions. I called Flower Works to ask for a refund. They REFUSED!!! They said they have a NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON policy. Even though they have ordered NO flowers and are out NO money, they will not issue a refund. David was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me. There are plenty of better florists in the area. Don't bother with this place.

The florist are so talented. I have received 2 amazing bouquets with beautiful flowers I have never seen before. The customer service is absolutely the best!
