If I could give this place zero stars I would. BEWARE! These people are unprofessional and NASTY. I paid them in advance for flowers for a destination wedding that was to take place in March then the pandemic happened. We rescheduled our wedding for a later date and informed Flower Works. It has now become clear that we will be unable to hold the wedding in St. Augustine due to COVID-19 restrictions. I called Flower Works to ask for a refund. They REFUSED!!! They said they have a NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON policy. Even though they have ordered NO flowers and are out NO money, they will not issue a refund. David was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me. There are plenty of better florists in the area. Don't bother with this place.
