The man who works there helped me with the flowers for my wedding. Initially he was extremely nice and helpful. After I signed the papers and paid in full he was incredibly rude and disrespectful. An unauthorized individual attempted to make a change to the arrangements that included an addition of a flower that I have always hated so of course I don't want it at my wedding. When I informed him that the item had to be removed and any other flower could be used in its place he stated that he would do what he wanted and that I would have to accept it. I had told him that I would pay for the difference but he refused and said he wouldn't change it. My fiance, now husband, had to call him and force him to remove the unwanted item. It was never what I had ordered. We provided mason jars of different sizes. The smaller flowers were placed in the bigger jars and the bigger flowers were placed in the smaller jar which looked ridiculous. People kept commenting on how the mason jars looked great but it would look nicer if the flowers were in the opposite jars, which is what I had asked him to do. Our jars were awesome so that compensated. My bouquet was completely destroyed. I requested a particular flower arrangement of all purple flowers but he talked me into a mix of purple and white flowers because he thought they would hold up better and he could guarantee that the flowers would come exactly as it was ordered. The white flowers turned brown and all the flowers wilted except the one flower from my original idea that we kept. If I hadn't listened to him or if he had just done what I asked for it wouldn't have fine. I would never recommend this place and I gave excellent reviews to every single other vendor at my wedding because everything was gorgeous except the flowers.
