My friend's wife was having surgery at Flagler hospital. I call another florist "S," ten minutes before closing and I was placed on hold. Then, I was unexpectedly hung up on. I called right back and got the answering machine (surprise surprise). The next day I called Flower Works and spoke with David and explained my situation. He said the delivery driver had already left for the day and he could deliver the following day, I told him she would be discharged the next day, he said no problem and took it upon himself to ensure that the flowers were delivered. As a matter of fact, it was within 30 minutes of the order being place. David showed exceptional customer service and ensured my order was delivered.
