If I could put zero stars I would, I was very unhappy with everything about this place. I ordered flowers for my wedding 2 months in advance, I had someone recommend them to me. I went into the store to order my flowers and was greeted by David and he helped me with my ordered, I had ordered white and ivory flowers with BLUSH and PINK to be put in them. I ordered a bride bouquet and 3 arrangements. They got delivered on my wedding day and they were completely wrong. The delivery lady showed up with the flowers and read the order form and the order was done completely wrong. She asked what she could do to help but said that there was no florist designer at the shop to make a new ones. So I had to go out on my wedding day and purchase new flowers to add flowers to my bouquet. I called and told them the problem that I had and she had said okay I will have someone call you and get back with you she was very nice. The next day David had called me and I missed his called. He left me a message saying that the order was sent to me in an email. That there should of been noted details in my order that I should of noticed if they weren't correct. I called back after they left me the message and asked to speak with him I was told that he wasn't available so I talked to front store manger Fay and explained the situation to her David had said that and told her about it. I told her how I was very unhappy with what had happened and she asked how much I had spent on the extra flowers and wanted to credit the money back to my account and apologized. I explained that it wasn't about the money and the point of what had happened. She then continued to say that there must have been a miscommunication when I ordered them. I had specified in store what I wanted and it was read back to me with everything how I wanted it. She said that if there was any changes done to the order I should have gotten an email. I shouldn't have to check to my email to make sure what I ordered that was read back to me in store was correct it is not my job to do their job. I then asked to speak to the owner and was denied my request being told that they did not handle theses types of problems. They were very unprofessional and I will not back and do not recommend them being used for wedding flowers!
