I went here with my father when I was younger and the staff were very polite and friendly. This place also pays well and you can get promoted easily.

The parcel locks mechanisms are junk and came not working out of box. Mailman will not use them as he has to jiggle all 3 of them to work. So much for factory quality control. Tried repeatedly to contact Florence, but they use 3rd party for customer service and you cannot directly contact Florence. Try to go to their website for any link to customer support (none). Only sales. Been six months since installed and still no warranty support. I can assume they will not pay for any labor to repair their defective mailboxes. They said they will send me new mechanisms but no parts ever arrived. I would still have pay for my locksmith to install them. I will NEVER NEVER buy Florence mailboxes again. I bought them from Budget Mailboxes online and they wash their hands once sale was done and pointed to Florence to honor their product. Still waiting!

I worked on the dock years ago before I went to college. I'm surprised the place is still standing considering how many times it's been bankrupt and changed names. The company went downhill fast when they started hiring convicts, drug addicts, and all the good ol' boys from JC. At one point half my shift was on work release or spending weekends in jail. It was definitely an eye opening to watch people smoking meth in the parking lot on their break, having to deal with abusive supervisors who would literally walk around picking fights, and being screwed out of overtime pay and benefits. Hands down the absolute worst dead end job I ever had, being in the army was a far better experience.

Too much of a hassle to deal with this company. Used them one time and never again! Disorganized. First salesman was Uppity. Second one tried to help. Third one had a Bad attitude. They did not seem to care. Wanted to know what we wanted to order but when we needed help - it was not there. We had used Salsbury before and without incidence so we called them again. We had no problems. Fast, curtious service. It took 6 weeks to get our order straight with Florence with alot of stress and aggravation. It took less than 24 hours to get the right order from Salsbury. We need more items and going straight to Salsbury!!!

Sent my mailbox back. Spot welds didn't hold on chute, not meant for post construction installation. I have written several times, but still haven't received my refund nearly one year later! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

They manufacture Post office boxes for the Post office and mail centers. I pick up and deliver freight there. They are all really nice people!
