Overall solid meal and night out... we had a party of 6 for pre-Christmas gathering with 3 couples - seated immediately upstairs with reservation. I loved the vibe of the restaurant - rustic and cool.

I started with Trapline Old Fashion cocktail - watch out for the Laphroaig that makes it seriously smoky... friends ordered Forty Guns (solid) and the ladies enjoyed the Planter Box - highly recommend.

We enjoyed the olive appetizer, but then dove into the mains. My wife & I shared the ribeye - plenty of meat for two! Cooked perfect and not too marbly for a ribeye. The sides might have been the highlight though -- do not miss the Heirloom Grits - so much flavor... The Pommes Dauphinoise were also delicious!

My only gripe is the $30 corkage fee for our wine... this is at least $10 higher than virtually every other restaurant - needs to come down. Other than that, lovely night out.

A new American restaurant with some great takes on classic food and drink. Though the inside is a bit small, so it can take a little while for a table. The cocktails are excellent with a great balance of flavor and potency. The food is great with a focus on seafood and meat dishes that are cooked and seasoned excellently. Service is very professional and quick.

Was very pleased with both the service and quality of food. Came here on a date and we shared the bone marrow as an appetizer then had the pork chops and boar gnocchi. Prices are very fair for what you get.

Flint Creek is excellent. The service is wonderful, food and drinks are top-notch. It was our first time eating out during the reopening and we felt very safe with the precautions they re taking, and they made the experience as normal and enjoyable as possible.

Amazing service, food and pairings. Enjoyed the hanger steak and Chilean sea bass immensely in a beautiful environment. Sat at the bar where staff was kind and knowledgeable. Will be back and would definitely recommend!

This was our second time and we left feeling pretty disappointed. Our first visit was great, atmosphere was relaxing and the food was phenomenal. This time around it was incredibly loud, we couldn't talk to each other without yelling. Unfortunately the food was equally tone deaf. Several dishes overdone. I was so stoked for the pork which originally had been moist, incredibly flavorful and well balanced with crunchy cabbage and a beautiful reduction.. but this time it was burnt, soggy, dry and oversalted and just.. yeah. We had already waited a fair bit and I didn't bother sending it back. First shot with the sprouts was our original chop. Darker shot was the latest. The difference is pretty obvious. We had a few other issues as well, but I've made my point. Overall it's fine but for the price and lack of consistency I don't think I'm going to give it a third try.

There were ten people in our birthday dinner celebration. The food was excellent, service very good for that size of group and the prices reasonable. I found the menu items interesting and everyone commented on the good quality of food and wine. I will choose FlintCreek again soon.

Such a cute space, and the dishes are really good. I had the mussels and Gnocchi and would have both again. Interested in there hh next, dinner is pretty pricey, so a good fit for a special occasion. I would skip the dessert. We had the chocolate cake, it was okay. But there's a cafe two blocks up, that would of been better.

Really nice place with a high price tag. We were easily able to get a table for two as walk-ins on a Wednesday night. The salad was delicious (pictured) and our entrees were quite good. Buffalo hangar steak (nice flavor, but a little undercooked to my liking) and Halibut (delicious). Drinks were good, but again expensive and that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of five. In my opinion you can get a similar experience and other establishments without the high cost.

A truly decadent New York Strip descended upon me from the heavens. Seared to absolute perfection, I was strongly tempted to order a second, but the pommes dauphinouis came in clutch. Rich, creamy potatoes melted in my mouth like never before. Truly excellent.

Was excited to eat here and get some good content for my blog @seattlebyaimee as the reviews looked promising.

Firstly the atmosphere was strange - I think they re going for casual bar meets fine dining or something - was strange as prices set to be paying for an experience but didn t necessarily feel comfortable or well treated.

First course was average. Squash undercooked and burrata poor quality - didn t pop and wasn t creamy

The really sad part was the mains. Ordered boar gnocchi which was watery and tough, then the wagyu steak which was also really tough. We sent both dishes back.

The manager came, and we explained the poor experience. She gave us 20% off the meal. I m used to having cleared mains if they re sent back to kitchen.

Overall I think this establishment needs some cleaning up and attention from the owners to continue at the price point.

Hate to leave a bad review but needs help :(

The food and the wine were delicious. Our waitress Nicole was extremely annoying and patronizing. She spoke to us as if we never ate in a restaurant before and made suggestions when we never asked. She also cleared the food without asking if we were finished. The restaurant needs to train their staff so when we are spending $250 it is about us not the waitress.

Unreal meals, I have been here twice now just knock it out of the park, one of the best rib eyes I have ever eaten and the service is spot on.

***updated. I have loved every visit here until tonight. Food is still great but service was super disappointing. Birthday dinner, over $500 bill you expect so much more***

Amazingly creative menu. I've yet to have a bite that didn't blow me away. The staff is as good as the best you'll find anywhere. Unpretentious yet attentive service, never missing a beat. The kitchen is beautiful to watch in action, they really dance.

I have to say, the cocktail we had was delicious with just the perfect balance of bourbon and additions. And I had the hanger skirt steak and with the additions to that plate, along with the slightly sweet compote were definitely delicious!

Absolutely delicious! My party and I made sure to get completely different dishes to maximize the number we could try! Although we all liked ours so much we didn't want to share more than one bite! I had a BLT salad that was wonderful, and the boar dish. Definitely want to go back some time, but unless you go during happy hour, budget for a pricier meal.

This place is BOMB! We loved the service (prompt and attentive) m; the taste of all of the dishes (delicious and diverse); the setting (intimate and fun for a date night). The oysters were amazingly flavor packed and cooked perfectly! The tartare was uniquely flavored with a great texture and finish. The ribeye was tasty (slightly cooked past what we were hoping for on a medium rare, but still great). The boar shoulder gnocchi was awesome - really love the various flavors packed in each bite! The cauliflower was the perfect side that added flavors but didn t overwhelm as a side. We will for sure be back to try other meat cuts, seasonal sides and enjoy date night!!!

Party of 5 ranging in age from 13-54, ordered 3 ribeyes-cooked to perfection with pats of seasoned butter on top, 1 fillet mignon, and 1 roasted duck breast with roasted yellow beets-the duck was tough around the edges but perfect in the middle, the fillet mignon asked for medium and recvd med-rare to center RARE, 3 orders of cauliflower-cooked to perfection BUT it's a spicy cheese sauce changing the delicate taste of the veggie, 1 green beans-cooked to perfection, and a sliced baguette, only sprite, coke, or water for non-alcohol beverages-no coffee or hot tea on a cold winter night with cold air coming in from front door every time one went in or out, plenty of booze on the menu, the protein dishes do not come with a side you order separately-go in to open your wallet FREELY because it is not an inexpensive meal, very limited menu and the lighting at our table was 2/3 in light and the rest so bad you couldn't read the menu ... The staff was really great and attentive ... Will go back some day in the far future if it's still in Greenwood

I had Wild Boar and Bison steak. Both were good but the Wild Boar was my favorite by far. They also have a vast whiskey selection. I tried some I had not found at other places. I will definitely be back when I am in town again.

Food was great. Service was great. I found it a little odd that to add an egg white to a Whiskey Sour is an additional $3.

It can be a bit loud, but not overwhelmingly so. Overall, a great place for a special occasion.

Ridiculous menu that doesn't properly explain what each item on the menu is. The waitress needed to explain the options and honestly they menu could have been simplified, the only point in the way it is written is to convey a faux sense of high-end food. Simply the food was not very good and was 5 times what I'd pay normally. You come here to be at the hip restaurant, not for good food.

Absolutely love this place! One of the few places that serves venison in Seattle. The staff is always attentive, the wine flows royally, and we can never stick to just one dish. Despite its more upscale pricing, it has become somewhat of a regular place for us. Also, have the brownie banana split for dessert... Talk about decadence.

The food is really good. Eggs were unusually good - must be locally sourced. Biscuits, baguette, coffee are delicious. They have an opportunity to improve their bacon (too crispy) and potatoes (flavorful, but too firm). 5 stars for pleasant wait staff. A little expensive. I will go back.

The food was delicious. All of the flavors on my plate of venison loin married nicely. It is also refreshing to see entrees with meats that aren't normally on the menu like venison, bison, and boar.

Incredible! Everything was delicious, the venison pate especially. Cocktails were creative without being overly busy and the food was to die for. Every bite and sip was worth coming in for!

I can't give higher praises to this place! Hands down my favorite place in Seattle. Awesome food, awesome service (quick attention, and the food came pretty fast too!), away from downtown, and lot's of parking nearby. Can't wait to go back!

The food was tasty, but the portions were on the small side...the biggest issue I had was that the seating was uncomfortable, hard flat chairs and benches, it's as if they didn't want people to linger too long after they ate.

Went for dinner with out-of-town guests. Cocktails were very good, I really liked the blazing saddles.

We decided to share about half the starters and small plates on the menu. Biggest hits were the roasted oysters, duck confit, grilled eggplant, and heirloom grits.

I'd put this place slightly above Ethan Stowell's places in terms of food and way better in terms of service. Servers were very attentive and pleasant, offered great recommendations. Will definitely come back to try the chops.

Upscale steak restaurant, with some happy hour specials from 4-6. We had the burger, sausage and eggplant off the happy hour menu as well as the cauliflower au gratin. All were very good and we could definitely return for a regular dinner sometime.

This is a really good restaurant. The food is some of the best I've had in Seattle. The interior is modern and yet rustic. My only complaint is that the meat was slightly bland (we had pork and steak). I often have to spice up my own food at most Seattle restaurants. I made my own sauce using my cocktail and sea salt (the drink had gin, lime and ginger in it). I'd recommend creating a meat sauce to serve on the side that contains gin, sea salt, lime, ginger and garlic. When I created this at my table, the meat popped; it was amazing.

Celebrated my husband's birthday tonight. Great ambiance, sleek modern decor with lots of natural light. The steak was well aged with wonderful flavor. The prosciutto plate was fabulous, not only were the flavors unique and complimentary but the textures also intrigued the palate as well. The lamb was excellent with great flavor and tenderness. The chocolate cake with peanut ice cream was an excellent balance of sweet and hot and cold as well as the banana split. My husband and I split a delicious bottle of Italian wine. Other than the hard chairs, there wasn't a bad bite and we will be back for more!

overpriced, sub par steak. slow service that forgot our starters. I recommend brunswick and hunt and asadero for steaks at a more reasonable price than this joint. way too overhyped. I will say that the sides were awesome though! good variety of things outside of steak. but WAY TOO $$$ for what you get.
