I now understand why the furniture is only offered...
I now understand why the furniture is only offered in most discounted furniture palces. I've ordered high-end pieces from a specific, popular retailer and they arrived within weeks without damage.
Except, it did not hold up to the quality they advertised. When you contact them to resolve the issue, they tell you to contact the manufacturers customer service themselves.
The Flexsteel product I purchased 48 months ago only after taking 6+ weeks to get, has some major flaws as it is supposed to be a high grade leather, except the material just cracked and separated into pieces leaving holes in the seat within 36 months.
If this was the case I would not have bought leather as my old couches lasted 10+ years without much wear and tear and were a lot less expensive.
This is not your normal wear and tear. This is a defect in the material itself.
Spend the extra money and buy from a brand you already trust. This was the worst customer experience of my life. When spending this kind of money, you should expect better quality products and definitely better service.
I wasn't able to use no star option, so they got a 1 star.
