Bad BAD customer support. I was enjoying putting the 4 door cart together until I got to the top and there were already screws in the holes I was supposed to use. I emailed pictures to the address on the first page of the instructions, and didn't hear back. So I called. Customer Support said no email had arrived. So I forwarded it to the exact same address, and they had to admit it arrived. Nick said I should unscrew the screws and then attach the top. That made me uncomfortable. I no longer like the unit. Before this Bad experience re the top, which is still sitting loose on my unit, I loved it and enjoyed looking at it. Now I can't let the kids next door in to help me because they could inadvertently pull the top down on themselves. :-( I no longer enjoy seeing it.
