This was my first experience as a brand ambassador. From the first con-tact with HEADWAY, I was made to feel comfortable and valued. I had contact with at least four of the employees there. All were courteous and helpful and encouraging. The company that I represented was just as delightful and the experience was quite enjoyable. Training was clear and concise and prepared me for the work. I would love to work for HEADWAY again, if the opportunity presents itself.

I ve been with this company for almost two month, Still having issues with pay! They want you to come to work and not pay. This place is a complete joke. I reached out, I haven t heard from nobody. I got in contact with the person that hired me. They said HeadWay has a lot of issues when it comes down to paying people reading these comments, I detect no lies!

I was placed on an assignment that met my very detailed specifications. The assignment was fun, and the pay was more than I was offered at previous Temp agencies. I would highly recommend Headway to anyone in search if employment.

If you chose to work with them - You will be subjected to verbal abuse. Total confusion. Consistent badgering. Your daily actions are under a microscope. They highly micromanage. The entity is very rough around the edges as though they haven't done this before, lack of experience. They are very unprofessional in how they treat new hires. They badger their clients and their contract employees. They will tell you that they do not want to hire you, when the client specifically wants you. And they have fired contract employees on Christmas Eve.

Everything seemed like a "go" for the post-wave Wendy's project when Mr. Glenn Allen was assigned to "New Hire" paperwork and totally botched it. Their completely stupid requirement for a Remote Agent Representative to sign an I-9 could have been circumvented by viewing the passport photocopy I sent. When you need an answer to something, Glenn Allen won't respond to your email until after the fact. You have to call him to get any answers. Then, thinking I was meeting their deadlines and completing all paperwork as required, Allen "can't find" my faxed I-9, nor my faxed photocopy of my passport (sent from two different offices on two different days. Allen had the audacity to blame me for not sending them, then suggested the ink may have been unreadable, then became parental saying "These are required if you plan to work for us". Oh brother! Talk about NOT taking responsibility. No accountability. Pass the buck. Make the employee wrong. Never admit a mistake. I'm still emails asking if my documents (confidential, at that) were ever found. Are they in the hands of somebody at Headway who has criminal intentions? Stay away from this company to protect your personal information!

Due to poor management and complete incompetence on the operations / fulfillment side of things, this company has lost almost all of their clients and has laid dozens of their employees off. It's really sad to see, as this was once a great company. It likely won't be around much longer though.
