I ordered a flex steel rocker-recliner,( Flint ), ...

I ordered a flex steel rocker-recliner,( Flint ), in October of 2020. I ordered it with custom fabric. I waited 9 long, long months for this chair to arrive. When my chair arrive the frame is broken. When I sat in the chair and raise my legs I was getting hit in the rear. The service department from the furniture store checked the chair and we could visually see the frame was broke. The chair arrived in a box that was in perfect condition from Flexsteel. How does a broken chair get through your quality checks and get sent to the customer. The furniture store states they will try to repair it. When I pay $1,300.00 dollars for a custom chair, I expect it to be perfect! My whole house has flex steel furniture, I am beyond angry. I m sure that I m a dime a dozen, but right now I have nothing good to say to anyone about your company! A very unsatisfied customer
