We have owned three Flexsteel sofas. Unfortunately, we are disappointed with our last sofa purchase. Within a month, the fabric looked a decade old. Puckering at the seams, etc. It's as if the cushions are understaffed. Ditto for the pillows. Corners are stitched or upholstered poorly. The manufacturer has been unwilling to address.
