The Italian branch in Milan unfortunately has people not up to their task.
Rude ways ... hasty ... and the prices are not cheap either
A service that is not customer centric at all, quite the opposite

Service - a foreign word?
Waste of time 2 months: vehicle that I configured online, was not available on request and I had to therefore different vehicle to configure and order.
Fuel card on many requests and despite promised shipping after 2 months still not received. This means considerable extra work and additional costs for the customer, but nobody seems to care!
Unfortunately, not an isolated case, other colleagues were similar.
