Service - a foreign word? Waste of time 2 months: vehicle that I configured online, was not available on request and I had to therefore different vehicle to configure and order. Fuel card on many requests and despite promised shipping after 2 months still not received. This means considerable extra work and additional costs for the customer, but nobody seems to care! Unfortunately, not an isolated case, other colleagues were similar.

By phone reachability a complete disaster. It rings and rings and after x minutes one is thrown out and the connection is gone
