Beautiful doors and door fittings, but no patent bolts, no drilling jig and no assembly instructions. Disappointing though ....

One of our doors was a bit damaged. On the site of Svedex I read that you could order a repair kit via the contact form, so I left a message there on Friday afternoon. Not much later I received a response that it was sent and Saturday morning it was in the mailbox.

In itself fine doors, but a pity that they find it necessary to print their logo on the side (hinge side) of the door at eye level in bold contrasting text (see photo). Not visible when the door is closed, but it doesn't look like doors are often open.

Do you take painted doors and you don't want this? Perhaps it is better to take another manufacturer.

Superservice! Looked for appropriate plates on my door and could not find them anywhere. She had Svedex and sent me a set, for free!

After waiting for more than 3 months for our doors, we were finally told, after a number of calls, that they would be delivered on Tuesday the 23rd. Monday the 22nd at 4:30 pm we were told by the carrier that the order was not ready yet, while svedex had assured me that morning that the order was ready, and that it would be delivered on Tuesday the 23rd. After some calls back and forth between the carrier and svedex, I was told that the order was ready, but that it would suddenly be delivered a week later !!
Fortunately, the doors finally arrived the following week, but they had forgotten to supply the hinges. After a call she told me that they would send it, only when I would receive it, they could not tell ... I am now also waiting for almost a week !! Or while I still can't hang my doors three weeks after they were due !!!!
Nice doors, but lousy service !!

3 months + a door ordered from Svedex. Since it was a special type, there is 3 months delivery time. After 3 months I get a message that they have switched to a new system. So they lost the order. Can you wait another 3 months. Lousy service.

Net company think along about the plans. Also nice with coffee. Neat quality material.

We have had Svedex install an interior door and frame in our home. This went very rude without thinking about damage to floors and walls. They also left the house without cleaning up their mess. Much stucco is damaged and needs to be repaired. Not recommended..
