Absolutely criminal lack of service. The only thing they seem to be able to do well is charge management fees every month. No one ever answers the phone in the 401k "service center", and messages are not returned. They are deliberately holding my money so they can continue to charge fees. Next call will be to the SEC.
I agree with the above...it's pathetic customer service. Never again!!
if I can rate this company -10, I will. They never answer the phone. I requested a roll over of my 401k to a different company over 2 weeks ago. As of today its still not done. The worst part of it is that they will never never answer phone calls. Do not do business with this establishment. !!!!
This place is a joke, no one ever answers the phones, constant voicemails, emails and nothing! I cant roll over my 401k and even when I was with the company I couldn't log in and manage my account because I needed to get the account information from BOK and guess what they DIDNT answer the phones, emails or anything.
Been trying to reach them for over a month and nothing. Poor customer service
