This is an excellent store I won't buy shoes anywhere else. They stock only quality products and their staff is highly knowledgeable and passionate about running. Kale was extremely helpful and he made sure I was in a pair of shoes that Not only did I like but also they were right for me and my feet.

Absolutely great service. My sales rep's name was Bob and he was very helpful and made the whole situation less stressful as I always hate buying new shoes. I highly recommend Fleet Feet Sports.

Fleet Feet offers an amazing service, Melody deserves a shot out for being wonderful! Don't let the folks running in and out of the store scare you. If you are not a runner it doesn't matter. They are looking to help with whatever activity you might be trying. I would recommend this to anyone looking for new athletic shoes!

First timer here today. And I LOVE THIS PLACE! The person who helped me was Greg. He was really helpful and picked the PERFECT (literally) pair for my feet.

If you have a weird feet and you're struggling to find a perfect shoe, this place is the place to go to! I work as a nurse and I like to run. I'm always on my feet. I got myself injured due to wearing the wrong pair of shoes for quite some time when I thought they were okay... I've been running with a wrong pair too. So over time, my feet started to hurt really bad and im in the process of recovering.

Fleet feet will measure and scan your feet! And they will find a pair that will best fit your feet. It's amazing. In my opinion, this is the best way to find yourself a perfect pair if you're struggling. :) I ended up buying 2 pairs, one for work and one for running. Self-care is important. If your feet is happy, it will prevent all major pains, namely; knee, lower back and leg pain.

I highly recommend this place and I wouldn't go to any other places. :)

I greatly appreciate their dedication to customer service as well as their insight. The products speak for themselves. However, I am grateful to have persons whom actually use the products as it backs up their suggestions. I am more than appreciative of the stores 60 days return policy. It shows confidence in their wears.

Was our first-time and the staff was very helpful!

Sales person helped diagnose a problem with my gait and suggested roller massage techniques to ease muscle tightness. A joy to walk out of the store with well fitted shoes and a smile on my face!!

I purchased a Hypervolt massage gun at CIM as my employer said they would reimburse me, then I lost the receipt! Luckily their store manager, Amy, took the time to comb through all of the purchases until she found my receipt! What dedication and customer service!!

The staff is friendly, informative and low key. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a team member. He was helpful and within no time brought out three pair of shoes for me to try. I left with the perfect pair of gym shoes and will definitely be back!

I came in for a new pair of shoes and walked out with the shoes and excellent advice that allowed me to begin walking without pain for the first time in a while.

Great people very helpful, willing to take time to be sure you get the right shoes. I've always had good service and they are really working to build a good running community in downtown.

Had arch issues, Jeff massaged out my calf, discussed causes, had me try different shoes, developed a wonderful action plan moving forward. They really know their stuff and really make sure you get taken care of in the way that fits your needs and budget. Im gonna try his advice on rehabbing it then get new shoes if necessary. Feel great moving forward. Go here!

I'm a new runner and went in for a shoe fitting to buy my first official running shoes. I was absolutely clueless on the importance of proper shoe fit and turns out I've been wearing the wrong size. Madi was amazing and helped answer all my questions. The customer service was outstanding from greeting to check out. I left feeling very confident and excited about running. My new shoes are amazing and made all the difference when I run. I will recommend Fleet Feet to anyone that will listen and I'm already planning my next trip in! Thanks Fleet Feet!

Great store, helpful staff, and amazing selection. I brought in a pair of 15+ year old running shoes I wanted to replace and the staff was excited and completely non-judgmental. Great experience.

This is one of the best fleet feet locations. The stuff is friendly, and they are knowledgeable. There is plenty available. The only problem is it gets very busy during weekends.

I love some of their merchandise, no place to park though...

I have been coming to fleet sacramento, thru covid they have been awesome. I needed a pair of shoes in March of this year and they got my shoes in and then did a curbside pick. I took my wife there today and she has had a hip replacement and does a lot of walking and was going to get Hoka s (which are awesome shoes), Bob helped us and walk her through 3 types of shoes and she left with a brooks ghost. They are doing there best in this trying time and the service levels haven t dropped. I ve been to other fleet feet stores in the area and the sacramento location is still the best. Leigh at the front was awesome she explained what the store guidelines are which is always hard to know from store to store. Fleet Feet sac A++ job today.

After we walked in the Run to Feed the Hungry, we knew we needed better shoes! We were delighted with the service we received from Isaiah when we dropped in to get new them on Friday 11/24. Isaiah was courteous, thoughtful, and listened to our needs. Were particularly impressed with the advance in technology to measure our feet, arches, and help with the fit. We walked out of the store completely impressed and with shoes and inserts that already make a difference and get us off the couch and walking!

Excellent knowledge and service. Appointments, social distancing and masks required. All employees masked and wiping down pretty much everything touched. Not cheap but high quality. If you distance walk or run, I highly recommend.

I had a very favorable experience! Parking is on the street, and it is a very accessible. They scanned my feet and I got the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. A little expensive, but that's running shoes.

The downtown Fleet Feet location is one of my favorite shopping experiences, and my much preferred place to buy shoes. I went in yesterday. Molly did an awesome job helping me. She 3D-scanned my feet, and I ended up buying an entirely new brand of shoe for me (a Hoka Bondi 5). Molly skillfully guided me through the selection process. Love my new shoes!

The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, I definitely recommend going in for a visit. They have great selection of runners, insoles, trainers, spikes and apparel. By far the best running shop in the Sacramento Area.

Had a great experience with Phil, he took the time to explain certain characteristics about my feet that I would of never known. Also offered certain bits of advice on things I overlooked. This is not your average shoe store. The workers here are dedicated to their job and athletic hobbies, which offers the customer a sense of relief to have confidence in purchasing a product.

Very good footwear, my favorite store for my tennis, I have years using Fleet Feet tennis, comfortable and beautiful.

I've been coming here for years. Three service and selection is top notch. I highly recommend it to both experienced and new runners.

Cute and efficient store that carries all your sporting essentials. A few of the staff members can be borderline rude, but most of them are super helpful and friendly. The store carries the basics in gear and apparel for running, yoga, hiking, swimming, and more; and they have a huge selection of running shoes in the back that almost make me want to start running just as an excuse to buy their shoes. :)

Their setup is so wrong. I already knew what type of shoes I wanted, so I went directly to the running shoe section. I found the one I wanted. Lucky for me the one in the rack was my size because no one approached me at all. So I tried it on and it fit SOOO good!. But no one would approach me or tell me ANYTHING at all. So there I am waiting like an idiot for about three minutes. So I go up to the register and I say "I'm ready to check out I just need the box with the shoes." And the guy tells me that I have to write my name on some list! So I say "I don't need any help in picking a shoe I just want to check out." And the guy tells me to let someone on the floor know. So I go back and I see a guy come out of the back room and I tell him I just want to get this type of shoes. And he very rudely responds "I'm with a customer. Write your name on the list." It boggled my mind! Here I am ready to give them money and they want to make me wait! So I threw the shoe back on its rack and took off. I told the guy at the counter "I'm not writing my name down on some list when I'm ready to make a purchase." That's ridiculous! It was at around 6 pm too so there were barely any people left. I am never going back again. If its policy to write your name down on some stupid list to be helped at all, then they should let you know from the minute you walk in! There is no sign or anything indicating you have to write your name down on the list to make a purchase. Its so stupid!

They are amazing!!!! I was just recently there to purchase a much needed replacement running shoe, and was assisted by Diana. She was so kind, and did her absolute best in order to help me. They abide by social distancing guidelines, and I felt like they were doing an awesome job of keeping everyone safe. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone buying their first pair of running shoe, or their hundredth!

Fleet Feet is THE store in Sacramento for your athletic shoe needs. Especially for walking, running, and working out. As we age..... our shoe needs change because are feet change.
Pronation is my issue... and FF have shoes to meet my needs.

Your employees are well trained and knowledgable. They take their time and find the best shoe for your feet, the way you walk and the sport or activity you are engaging in. I was totally surprised and satisfied.

We walked in with two pairs of mistreated shoes and floated out on two new pairs of well fitted magic carpets thanks to Lisa and Katie.

I usually like this location. But the last time I went in the buy new running shoes. The sales woman completely ignored me for some reason. She even made eye contact with me, but chose to acknowledge the next person that came in 5 minutes after me. It was not busy either. I felt unwelcome there.

Fleet Feet is the best. I went there on the recommendation of my podiatrist for a bunion issue and received outstanding advice on the type of running shoe I needed for my foot, the right inserts, and some tips on how to reduce pain in the area with some other exercises. Bob is so knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Then I got the most comfortable sports bras I ever had with the help of Jessica. Thanks everyone at Fleet Feet!!
