Products are high quality and beautiful and shoes can be returned if they are not right - I have never returned any in 20 years of shopping at Fleet Feet, but like knowing I could if necessary and it is a great thing to share with others who want to buy good running shoes. ALSO, the service at Fleet Feet is second to none - knowledgeable and caring associates who take time with each customer.
Fleet Feet has a team of trained athlete's who know what they are talking about when fitting your foot in a shoe for your specific needs. It was my first time in fleet feet and While waiting for my turn to receive shoe help I was observing and noticed how helpful everyone is and how attentive there employees are to each customer as they help with finding the perfect shoes them. Everyone including myself was immediately greeted walking into the door. I forgot the young lady's name who helped me but she was so helpful and patient in finding the right shoe for me. She went above and beyond in teaching him how to use the roller properly, as well as fit him with the Super Feet inserts to assist his arches. I went in for new running shoes because my current ones were making my toes numb. I thought I would be there about 15-20 minutes tops. Ha! She had me try on lots of shoes and made it her mission to find the perfect ones for me. I've never had a bad experience here. We have never had a bad experience there. Various items always seem to be on some sort of discount, and they generally have discounts for student athletes. We've been there for track spikes and running shoes, and most recently for shoe inserts (son has arch pain). The scans they do of your feet help to find ideal for and the experience of the staff is invaluable. Can't recommend them enough, we are fortunate to have a place like this locally!

The representative understood the problems with a previously purchased product. She offered to swap out the product for a new one. I opted to purchase the new one, but then she ensured that she gave me other products at no charge. Her actions demonstrated the store's commitment to its customers and not to its product lines.
Great service. The guy that helped me understood exactly what my minor injury was explained the fitting process well and put 4 different pairs of shoes on me that matched my feet and stride. His first recommendation was perfect for what I need. MUCH better than browsing a general merchandiser and trying to decipher box end marketing blurbs.
Everyone is very personable. I do not look like a runner, so I appreciate that people ask if they can help and that there are actually clothes, bras, etc. in my size. Most employees at other athletic stores look at me and just ignore me, and usually don't have my size. It is also great that they take the time to really find out what shoes are the best for you. Most places don't have the kind of knowledge that FF Sacramento does nor the inclination to make sure that you get something that is actually right for you.
I appreciate the thoughtful personalized service - the saleswoman listened to my history and running habits, where my foot hurt, and gave me a couple of shoe recommendations (not the most expensive shoes in the store). I really got the feeling the people who work at Fleet Feet are genuinely into helping more people get out and exercise versus just selling stuff.
Came here looking to purchase a new pair of running shoes. Have heard great things about Fleet feet from friends and the internet.
Arrived when they opened. Was immediately helped by an employee. Worked with him for a little over an hour to find the right show for me. He looked at the way I walked and had me fitted on the machine in store to look at my arches and how my feet is. Very helpful information provided that I didn't know about. He brought out three shoes for me to try on and watched me walk in them along with asking me for my feedback on how I feel about the fit. I decided on the ASICS and I also purchased some super comfy Balega socks.

My 85 year old dad & I both bought new shoes! Our feet were measured by electronic sensors which showed a diagram of our feet with the sizing. Then our knowledgeable and patient associate, Leigh, brought out a selection of shoes for us to try. Dad & I are very pleased with the service & shoes at Fleet Feet. We highly recommend!

I've never had anything but a positive experience at Fleet Feet. I've purchased my second pair of running shoes there and love the free fitting. I know that I can go in there and leave with a great pair of shoes and if for some reason they don't work out I can return them. I've also gone in for a sport bra fitting and what would have been a super frustrating experience was made much easier by the knowledgeable staff.

As someone who knows nothing about proper running shoes and minimal information as a novice runner, this was by far the best experience Ive ever had in a specialty store. Was amazed by all the programs they offered on their website for the store. The staff were very friendly. Jeff especially was amazing. He explained the fit process, what to look for when picking the right shoes, and was very patient when answering all my questions in regards to shoes and running in general. He didn't make me feel pressured to buy a certain shoe and seemed to really want to help me become more knowledgeable. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

As a first time marathoner and my first time buying high end running shoes I thought the process was thorough, educated, and informative. Although it may look small on the outside. It is pretty open on the inside. It was my first time at this location. We had an appt and were helped by Ben. He was kind well informed and surprisingly non-aggressive, toward making a sell. He was smooth in his way of noting prices, they all cost the same or this is free. He didn't hit on exact numbers, which was the cashier's job.
The experience was wonderful and entire crew friendly!
Shell (I think that was his name) was a nice man who assisted me in the Ironman massage chair. And Tyler was also Informative and helpful showing us the different features.

It is very likely that I will recommend Fleet Feet to friends and associates. My sales associate was Jeff. He appeared to be very experienced and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me. I asked tons of questions and I was in the store for a lengthy amount of time, trying to decide on running shoes. Jeff was very professional and thorough. I left the store very pleased with two pair of running shoes, socks, running fuel, and a hydration bottle. I will visit the store again for reflective gear and a headlamp. It makes a difference when you have a well trained associate like Jeff to assist difficult customers like myself. I have a reputation for being difficult and very particular so for Jeff to satisfy me speaks volumes.
Top notch, experienced sales staff to custom-fit running shoes for you. They check out your gait to ensure the shoes will be the proper shape and cushion so expect to do a jog around the store. We've had them doing laps back and forth into the store room to try on numerous shoe variations and they're always been super happy to take as much time as needed. We've even gotten minor lower leg massages while they demoed how some of the therapy equipment works.
It's a great store with a decent amount of other running gear available as well. It can occasionally get busy on the weekends if there is a mad dash to get new shoes but I've never waited too long.
Fleet Feet Sacramento has knowledgeable and thoughtful staff. For example, coach Jeff asked how things were going with the Nike training when I was recently in to buy new shoes. When I explained what was happening, he suggested I reach out to my doctor re: asthma medication. I'm glad I shared with him what was going on as I had not thought to go to the doctor.
