If could select 0 stars, I would! Creative Dentistry of Atlanta has the worst service possible. They are never prepared and make mistakes/oversights too often that end up costing me money. I am baffled by the lack customer service and unprofessionalism among the staff. I will be finding a new dentist.

I had a great experience at creative dentistry of Atlanta. The woman who cleaned my teeth was kind, professional and put me at ease as I don t always look forward to dental visits. She was excellent!

I've been a patient at Creative Dentistry of Atlanta since 2016 and highly, highly regard the practice. Dr. Reddy is professional, efficient, and compassionate. I definitely would recommend to (fellow) individuals with anxiety about dental visits, as Dr. Reddy and her team are consistently so kind. The practice is well balanced in professionalism and friendliness, providing assurance and comfort to patients. I cannot recommend highly enough.

From the moment I walked in the office it was an absolutely fabulous experience. I have never felt more at ease at a dentist office! Every staff member was warm and smiling and seemed to really enjoy their job! A bit pricey but totally worth the experience.

As a physician, I can appreciate and recognize the overall impact of a patient's experience, when good quality care meets outstanding customer service. Creative Dentistry of Atlanta feature state of the art equipment, stylish surroundings and friendly and helpful staff. I had a wonderful experience there and plan to return. As a new Atlanta resident I feel lucky to have chosen such a great practice for all my future dental needs. The service is great. The Dentist did my cleanup due to some overlooking, but as always they did a fantastic job.

This is my new favorite dentist in Atlanta. On both my visits, my hygienists Courtney and Shanice were both gentle and so good at my cleaning and getting me ready for my filling. Dr. Reddy was super patient and I felt no pain while she did my fillings. They are super thorough and judgement free. The front desk ladies are friendly and always explain my payments and procedures. I m also thinking of trying the medspa because it s pretty cool that it s right there!

At one time I despised going to the Dentist but now I love it.. I've been a patient now for about 7 plus years and would not see myself going anywhere else.

We were recommended to Creative Dentistry of Atlanta by a friend after we noticed his beautiful new smile. The staff at CDA was very friendly and professional. The cost for the extensive work we are having done, was below what we had been quoted. I am looking forward to our own personal dental results.

I went for my cleaning with the Dr. Courney. She was amazing. I'm satisfied with the outstanding service than all staff have made for me. I recommended creative dentistry for everybody.

The team at Creative Dentistry is great! I was able to schedule a new patient apt easily and quickly. Everyone was professional and had clear communication from process to plan to insurance.

I have been living in Atlanta for 3 years and have searching for a good dentist the entire time. I recently met Dr Reddy at the Sandy Springs festival a few weeks ago and made an appointment to see her. I have not had satisfied experiences in the past when it comes to dentist visits. However, from the moment I walked in the door, I was met with nothing but sincerity, compassion, and warmth. The receptionist/office manager Sabrina was energetic, enthusiastic and a true pleasure. When I met Dr. Reddy, she made me feel even more welcome and at ease. I have major dental work to be completed. I have known this for quite some time, but everywhere I went, the costs were astronomical. Dr. Reddy immediately came up with an affordable plan that will have me smiling again (showing my pearly whites) within a couple of months (just in time for Christmas)! I am SO EXCITED....I have finally found the PERFECT dentist. I would recommend her to anyone.

I've been a customer 4 years, Dr. Reddy does great work and her staff for the most part have great bedside manners and are careful while working on you.

My issues stem from the usual:
1) My time like yours is valuable. I'm sent constant reminders of making sure I'm on time for my appointment and being reminded that last minute cancellations have consequences. Yet I'm not given luxury of a phone call if they're running behind. Could be first thing in the morning or in the afternoon.

2) I don't see why anyone should pay for services they haven't received, in almost every doctor's office you pay after your appointment. I believe the office knows I don't believe in paying for services not rendered so I no longer deal with this, but no one should.

3) Spell out the charges. I literally have a charge from my recent visit that says "unspecified" yet when I was asking for the detailed print out I was told "everything is there and clear what you're paying for".

4) I'm often curious that even though I go to the office 3-4 times in a year, my dental hygienist is almost never the same. Makes you wonder...

Overall, I do trust this dental office and their work. If something isn't right they will investigate and correct, but what I've listed above have been the same things I deal with every 3-4 months I go in.

I admit I am not one for leaving reviews but this business definitely deserves one! They are a very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and informative team. I highly recommend this office for any of your dentistry needs. Thank you so much ladies for all the work that you did .

I am always seen at my scheduled time. Staff is extremely professional and Dr. Reddy is a skilled dental professional. Highly recommend my dentist of now... 3- years!!!

Amazing experience in this office. All of the staff is friendly and courteous and simply incredible. Dr. Reddy is incredibly knowledgeable and recommends the best plan for her patients...having seen my entire family in one visit, aI should know. Going to the dentist has never been pleasurable, but I m sure this has come closest.

Went in for a procedure, area was infected afterwards -ask for a appt for the doctor to look at it / give me antibiotics or something to help - was ignored this place is bias depending on how you look etc.... never again .. horrible experience !!!!!!!!

No one really likes to go to the dentist, but I've been going here for several years and love it. Dr Reddy and her staff are professional, great at their jobs & make me feel comfortable. The atmosphere is also calming if you can believe that! Honestly, my favorite thing about CD after trying several dentists is that they don't try to sell you hundreds of dollars worth of stuff. I was beginning to think Atl dentists were like used car salesmen until I started coming here.

Worst experience ever!!! My husband and I had our teeth cleaned and a regular exam here, we had recently moved to the area. We have lived in several states in the last couple years and this is the worst dental visit we have had, and at one dentist office before they forgot I was there and I sat waiting for over 30 mins, and they gave me FREE movie tickets for my wait and were very apologetic about it. That being said, the lady dentist was rude and barely said anything to me about needing to floss more or that my teeth are in great shape despite that, like previous experiences. I felt bad for the dental assistant because I could tell she was new. She was very nervous and couldn't figure out how to take the x-rays or place the apparatus in my mouth, spending most of the time retaking them. After our experience my husband and I talked about finding someplace new but before we did, we moved out of state. Now I have been trying to get them to send our records to the new dentist for over a month. I have called and emailed them several times and keep getting the run around. Now, no one is answering the phone. Well NO more, if this is the way you do business, this is me putting my two cents out there so no one else has to deal with you people. (Please note, that at the other dentist office's we have visited they sent my records the same day I called and emailed them the information!)

Dr. Reddy and her team are excellent. I recently moved to the area and I m glad I found this practice. I was having sensitivity for some time and I was in need of a root canal. They were very patient with me as I was somewhat anxious about that procedure. I would certainly recommend them!

Kourtney is they best hygienist ever!! The front office staff will work to accommodate in any manner that they can. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional.

My experience with Creative Dentistry of Atlanta was amazing! I've been looking for a new dentist for some time. The last time I visited a dentist was nearly 15 years ago and the experience was not very pleasant. However, everyone at Creative Dentistry - from the front desk to the techs and the consultation with Dr. Tong - was great. My initial nervousness disappeared and I'm very happy with my results. It may sound weird, but I'm actually looking forward to my future visits.

Very Gentle, extremely courteous and has a calm and soothing atmosphere...

I made my initial cleaning appointment but that was canceled and changed to a later time on the same day. Then the day of my appointment was called back to reschedule for a earlier time. Which was perfect because I had a lot of appointments made for that day and was still in the area. I checked in and waited maybe five minutes before I was put Into a chair. After my xrays were completed they sat with Me and explained my plan. (Which turned out to be a lot. It had been a long time ) They told me that Q was they we re only going to be able to complete partial of the deep cleaning. When I told them my situation, they made no hesitation on moving some things around to accommodate me. I am so grateful and appreciative for that. I already recommended them to my wife. Clean, clear and concise.

I really look forward to coming to Creative Dentistry of Atlanta every six months for my routine check-up and cleaning. The first thing you notice is the interior design. It has a very homey and modern feeling unlike most dentist/doctors offices that are very sterile and beige. The front office staff, the dental hygienists, and dentists are all great. I've seen both Dr. Reddy and Dr. Tong, and I really trust and have the utmost confidence in both of them. If you are looking for a new dentist or your insurance plan changed, I would definitely recommend trying out Creative Dentistry of Atlanta.

I used another dentist in the area an my sister didn't like there service at all ..so I told her to find me another dentist to her standards..lol..so she found Creative Dentistry...and 3 years later I'm still with them..and yes her selection was much better then mine...the staff is awesome, very clean location..and Dr. Reddy is the most caring dentist I've ever met and there were many..this place is a keeper..give them a try you will not regret it.

My comprehensive consultation with Dr. Reddy and her team was a phenomenal experience. From making the appointment with Abby to meeting Dr. Reddy herself. The atmosphere was nice and all of the staff were professional, welcoming, pleasant and friendly. Dr. Reddy explained what her plan of treatment would be now and moving forward. Abby explained in detail what my options were for the financial portion of the visit and made me very comfortable. I referred my daughter when arrived I home and would definitely refer my family and friends. I definitely plan on making them my permanent dental care team.

Bessie, my Esthetician at Creative Med Spa, is knowledgeable and gentle in her approach to treating clients. Her treatments are relaxing and she takes care and pride in her work. My skin has made such progress in the three sessions I have had with her one facial and two chemical peels. My hyperpigmentation is noticeably fading and I could not be more excited about the results. I am a performing artist in Atlanta, and I was concerned that I might not find an Esthetician who understood my skin, but I found the right one and I found the right place. Save your time and most importantly your money. This is not a dentist office it is simply a over priced spa. I should have known this place was a scam. They don't even give you a toothbrush after your visit, just a stupid thermal cup and send you a ton of stupid emails for facials and whatever other spa services they offer.

Theeee very best experience ever received visiting a dentist office. Dr. Reddy is sharp... straight to it and knows her ish! I feel very comfortable returning for my 2nd visit next month. THEY DO NOT VALIDATE PARKING!!!! I had to pay 7$ to park and they did not even validate parking. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because the staff was friendly which is the very least they can do for the upcharging they tried to get away with luckily I am in the medical field and did not fall for there scam. GET a second opinion and do not use them.

During this pandemic time, i found the clinic very disciplined and well marked, which made me to feel safe.

Very professional. Easy to deal with I had to adjust my schedule and took a time I really didn't want but they said they would call with an opening. They actually did it ! Very nice staff cleaning was also easy.

My talent manager recommended me to this place and my experience overall so far has been really great and eye opening. The staff I have dealt with are all super helpful especially Abby at the front desk who broke down my treatment plan and worked with me patiently until I fully understood. The procedures themselves were all pretty relaxing to be honest. The staff puts you at ease through good conversation and the overall experience feels almost therapeutic. Dr. Reddy is awesome at her job and was very informative and caring To me. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for dental in Atlanta.

I ve had a pleasant experience with Dr. McKenzie and the hygienist Simone. They we re really nice, patient and informative throughout the entire process. I had 6 fillings and a crown placement. Of course it was done in two phases. During both times my experience was pleasant. The hygienist was very thorough with follow up with my temporary crown placement and first set of fillings. I just completed the remainder of the fillings and permanent crown and it went well!!

My hygienist, Courtney, was freakin amazing!! Went in for a deep cleaning and didn't feel a thing.

If they don t care to tell me Solomon left until I get in the dentist chair and then also not tell me my dental insurance is no longer in network at their location what else do they not care about? Just ask yourself this if you want to go there. I used to like them, but man did I feel like a number to them.

I've been going to Creative Dentistry for years and I always feel taken care of. This time was no different, had a nice cleaning. They usually chat a lot during the cleanings, which is totally fine. Some ladies chat about things I want to hear, then others not so much. But overall, they have taken great care of me and my pearly whites!

I never write reviews but my husband and I had such terrible experiences that I felt compelled to share our story. My husband first went here for a cleaning and had the male dentist ( I cannot remember his name) but my husband was overall very happy with him. When I had my cleaning, the hygienist was great, but when it came time for Dr. Reddy to come examine me, she was very rushed, brief, and slightly rude as I had a few questions for her about other work I wanted to schedule. She told me I could make one appointment to have a couple cavities done as well as some internal bleaching on a tooth that I had had a root canal on a year earlier. I was desperate to have the internal bleaching done before a big trip and had communicated this to her. When I showed up for my appointment, they told me they would not be doing the bleaching that day. I was very disappointed and told them I would not take off work any more to drive an hour to their location. I went ahead with the other work and the office clerk told me they would reach out to me to schedule a Saturday appointment for the bleaching. I was never contacted. My husband just had a return appointment with them for another cleaning and waited over 35 minutes in the waiting room with no attention or explanation for the delay.

The facility is understaffed, over priced, and poorly coordinated.

We will be finding another dentist immediately and hope this story can help other avoid the difficult experiences we have had with Creative Dentistry of Atlanta.

Dr. Reddy and her staff are great. Their friendly, patient, and very thorough in their explanations of what needs to be done. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the assistant who took my xrays...all were excellent at their job responsibilities. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I travel 30 minutes from home to CHOA every time my children need emergency attention. They see you quickly...usually in & out in less than 2 hours without feeling rushed!

The Dentist was good. The billing department is terrible! I was charged for cleaning which my insurance cover 100%. Then I received a bill for 500 dlls in the mail I called and was told Don't worry about bill it was sent to you by mistake we billed coded the insurance company wrong. Two years later I was told that I have to pay the 500 dlls. This is a few problems I have encountered here. I always pay my due before I leave.

This is the most professional Dentistry Group that I have been to in the Atlanta area. I totally forgot about my appointment today and received a phone call this morning to remind me about my scheduled appointment. I was able to make my appointment on. Once I arrived, the Front Desk Assistant (Toya, I believe) was pleasurable and took care of everything upfront and quickly. She was extremely nice. Courtney (Dental Assistant), took me to my station where she thoroughly cleaned my teeth. Courtney did an excellent job and I did not feel any pain. Her great conversation took my mind off of what was happening and I was completely surprised when she completed. The Dentist came by to check everything out and she was a awesome as well. All-in-all, I give the group a well-deserved 5 stars. If you are looking for professionalism and a Dental Group that is deserving of your business, look no further than Creative Dentistry of Atlanta (Sandy Springs). You will be met with a professional team that will ensure a pleasant experience.

Going to the dentist is far from my idea of a good time but Dr. Reddy and her talented team of women at Creative dentistry made it a pleasant experience.

I went in for an Invisalign consultation in hopes to have my smile tweaked. My bottom teeth were overcrowded. The issue was corrected in less than six months.

I didn't make it easy for them; I lost my Invisalign trays at least twice; gave them grief about brushing my teeth between trays after indulging in ice cream; broke my retainer in less than 24-hours. Somehow, Dr. Reddy and her hygienists kept me on my simulation plan.

Along the way, Katherine and Veronica always greeted me by name at the reception desk.

I have been going to the Med Spa for over a year now and am extremely satisfied with the micro needling treatments I have been receiving. The aesthetician, Bessy Teague, has always done an excellent job and I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to have this procedure. I really can t say enough good things about her, she is wonderful! In addition, the facility is beautiful and very clean at all times and the staff always courteous and helpful. All in all a top notch experience.

My dentist WAS amazing; Dr. Reddy. However, the customer service has totally lost me as a client. It s sad when you ask for certain things and not receive it. Things such as my next phase of treatment, costs, etc., should be pretty easy to get to a patient. Dental work is obviously expensive. Staff should know what insurance will cover and what it will not. People don t need to learn of an increase while in the chair on the day of service.

Dr. Reddy, I m going to miss you. If you ever leave creative dentistry, call me. It s important for me to have BOTH; a great dentist and great customer service. I had an amazing experience with you and sad that the other end of the service didn t have your same high standards of service. Starting over is NOT my desire. Thank the CSR team upfront. By yourself, you would definitely get at least 4 stars.

They office is really great about rescheduling if you need to. The lobby is nice and comfy. The dental hygienists see you right away and answer any and all questions honestly. Dr. Reddy does a through job of checking and giving recommendations if needed. Glad I found them!

The only negative aspect is the parking....sometimes it can be challenging to find parking in the garage.

I would not recommend this place for dentistry. It was very clean and I loved the attention to detail when it came to following CDC safety guidelines for COVID-19. There were some people who were very sweet and courteous, but as a whole you are made to feel like an inconvience. I did a cleaning and had three fillings done on my teeth; one of which I had to go somewhere else to fix because they did a sloppy job and it got all over the sides of my teeth and cured. Even though I had an appointment and I understand there are emergencies that pop up, I had to wait over an hour past my appointment before the dentist doing my filling could even see me. I was there for over two and a half hours for 3 fillings. They had to redo the numbing I had earlier because it had already started to wear off.

I understand these are stressful times and I don't expect everything to be smooth sailing. Though I do feel when one books a service, has to wait a significant amount of time because of other clients getting booked at the same time, then made to feel like they are the inconvenience, and then do a sloppy job in the process... I just don't find that to be reasonable situation a patient should expect.

There are many great dental places in the area. I'd recommend one of the others.

I would highly recommend anyone to Creative Dentistry of Atlanta. I had a very pleasant experience and their staff is very friendly. Dr. Reddy did a great job and I will be visiting them again shortly!

Overpriced, unorganized and unnecessary. Consistently replacing office staff it seems. They send bills for a cleaning 2 years after. Also, they missed a few teeth in the x-ray and had me come back 6 months after.

I have suffered with acne and hyperpigmentation more than 8 years. After visiting the dermatologist countless times with no success I m glad to say I finally found the best Estatician/MedSpa in Atlanta. Thank you Ms.Bessie for treating me and my skin with care & love. My skin is finally flourishing!

I feel more confident and don t feel the need to wear makeup to cover my blemishes and acne when going out in public .

I just moved to the Atlanta area and was in need of a dentist. I am so glad I found Creative Dentistry of Atlanta. First off, it is very spa like and relaxing! As soon as I walked through the door, the office staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. I was able to watch television while in the chair, which eased my fears.
I knew I made the right choice for my dental care after Mistie cleaned my teeth; she was thorough, yet gentle.
Dr. Reddy told me all my options for the dental work I need to have done and helped me choose what was right for my overall care. The assistant even showed me a short video to make sure I understood my upcoming treatment.
I highly recommend Creative Dentistry of Atlanta! They have a caring staff with a professional yet fun loving atmosphere.

Very kind and helpful. I had an issue with insurance coverage and the team stuck with me the entire time. Helped me to file appeals and eventually I was able to receive full coverage for my procedure.

I ve been a patient of Dr. Reddy for more than 4 yrs now managing my dentistry care. On my last cleaning appointment she told me that I would be an excellent candidate to try Kybella to improve my appearance due to my excess in submental fat (double chin). I did my research and the procedure seemed safe and with a high satisfaction rate. Because of the trust I have in her, I went for it.
I did my first Kybella treatment yesterday and it wasn t that bad at all. At first I felt a little burning sensation which lasted for an hour (which is normal, meaning is working), then some numbness in the area (which should last for a week) - I slept fine. All the symptoms I was already aware of as Dr. Reddy had already explain. Thus, everything is going according to plan. Looking forward to the subsequent sessions and final results.

Office is clean and service is efficient. Dr. Anitha Reddy gives great explanation about your service of care. Only downfall is the parking is $6 every time you visit their office.

Paula called me today to question my previous one star review. After I gave her the reasons, she was rude, aggressive and try to debate with me why I was wrong on the way I felt on my last visit (last Friday). She proceed to justified the Dr
By saying they were too busy (which I believe is not my fault, since I m paying for a service and I don t make their schedule)
After trying to convince me I was wrong for feeling they way I feel she canceled my upcoming appointment for my ongoing treatment (even thou I told her I was In pain).
Me and my family had been going there for 5 years.....
if you want to see a different hygienist every time, talk to a dentist without manners for maybe 1 minute (no exaggerating), and deal with strangers every time you have an appointment, this is your place, otherwise RUN. No the way to do business or treat another human. I hope Paula gets some love in her life and the Dentist learns some basic manners (such as thank you, please, see you next week, have a good day, etc)

P.s: I got a chance to talk to Zoe (I believe her name was) on my last visit and she was very sweet... other than that good luck!

Detailing my situation does NOT address your lack of professionalism while running this office.

If it makes you feel better, I understand.

It also does not excuse the nasty attitude of the staff, nor does it change the fact that Dr Reddy DOES NOT address her patients' concerns and it appears she is looking to squeeze money out of people any way she can.

My review was not about policy, my review was about how your business OPERATES, you may want to read it again.

There are plenty of dentist in the Atlanta area. What makes the difference is the STAFF!!! You, Latoya and Valerie, are costing Dr Reddy patients.

By the way, Sabrina was a gem to that office!!

I have been a patient for four years!!! The current administrative staff is awful!! They quote policy and lack any logical thinking!!!

Dealing with them is the worst!!

The Doctor DOES NOT address patient complaints herself!!!

This office only wants your money and does not care about their patients!!

No matter how kind the dentist is, when the staff shows total disregard for your business.....the ENTIRE practice looks bad!!

I ve found a dentist office for life in Creative Dentistry! The staff is always professional and friendly, the office is amazing and they make sure to make their patients feel so at ease. There is a such thing as pain free dentist visits, and Creative Dentistry is it!

I recently moved to Atlanta from New Jersey and I m finding all of my new favorite things here. This Dentist Office is simply amazing. The staff here is incredible! My dentist, hygienists and receptionist have been nothing short of a kind, courteous, thorough and compassionate. Their cutting edge technology makes for a great experience. I had to have a crown replaced and did not feel a thing! My smile has never been brighter and I am looking forward to seeing them again for the check up! If you are looking for a new dentist office, this is the one!!!!!

Creative Dentistry was the closest place to me that offered the Snap-On Smile treatment, which I'd been looking at for a while as a cheaper alternative to veneers. I called to make an appointment and they were able to make one for me the next day, which was awesome.

The place is super nice, clean, and shiny. There was paperwork to fill out, but it was all done on a laptop in the waiting area. (Yay, technology AND saving trees!) The front desk woman is absolutely lovely, as are all of the assistants. Dr. Reddy is also phenomenal-- she really knows what she's doing, and she'll make sure you know what's happening and why.

I never felt uncomfortable (well, all right, one tooth was a bit sensitive but that's hardly their fault), and I've got to go back and get my fillings taken care of and is it weird that I can't wait? I definitely recommend them, especially if you're new to the area (like me!) and need a regular dentist. (No seriously, go to the dentist. I waited too long and my teeth paid for it!)

Very positive experience. They were friendly and did a great job. Staff was attentive, dentist was gentle and did a great job. The dentist shared that the dental tech that was working on me had been with her for 6 years and she was very proud of her staff. It's always a good sign when the boss is appreciative of the team. It's also a good sign that they have invested heavily in the latest tech. 3D imaging cameras and a 3D printer, paperless office, etc. I'd recommend this practice anytime.

Dr Reddy and her assistant Abby took care of me and my mom so well I can t thank them enough !!! They r the best ! Thanks guys !!
