Had arch issues, Jeff massaged out my calf, discussed causes, had me try different shoes, developed a wonderful action plan moving forward. They really know their stuff and really make sure you get taken care of in the way that fits your needs and budget. Im gonna try his advice on rehabbing it then get new shoes if necessary.
