The way they measure your foot and know all the characteristics of every show is awesome. Glad I came here for a new set of shoes. They use strike pads and electronic mapping of your foot to customize your fit.

Dianne was totally invested in helping me find the right running shoe! She was really caring & even gave me running tips & advice.
She apologized several times for the draft coming in the open door, I didn't really mind it, but appreciated her concern. She also made sure my purse was safe at all times while I was trying out the shoes.

Great experience! Went on a week day so it was probably a little slower than normal, but still, lightning fast service. Melody was very helpful and knowledgable for both sizing and use. I even asked about specific help for a weightlifting shoe and got good help with that as well.

Too long of a wait for service. I signed up on the list....55 mins later, still had 3 people ahead of me. Crazy.

Great place!! Doing a great job with all the new policy changes related to covid 19. Very knowledgeable staff and spent 1:1 time to make sure understood my shoe needs and did an evaluation of my feet and walking patterns. Left there with a new pair of walking shoes and a Happy Camper!!!

Fleet Feet provides excellent individual service and attention. I have a terrible time finding show with my many foot issues. But when I go here I know I willl get the attention i need to try as many shoes as necessary to fit the best one for my needs and comfort. They are very well trained and knowledgable.

Watch out for Selma. She is very condescending, impatient, had no knowledge of the product, running, or what promotions were going on. Other than that, it's a pretty decent shop.

I wish I could just pay for the service. The shoes are pricey and last year's model isn't an option but the staff's demeanor changes if you aren't there to buy $100 shoes. I understand it but let me pay $35 just to get fitted or it's free if you buy the shoes.

AMAZING SERVICE! We were just in here the other day looking for running shoes for out future long distance runner (she's 7). The people at fleet feet made her feel like an olympic athlete and made sure she picked the right shoes for what she wanted to do. They even made sure they were stylish for a 7 year old. I've been experiencing knee pain and needed to update & upgrade my tennis shoes.

Leigh answered some of my price, product, price matching questions. Then, Bob took time to address my right knee pain & concerns.

Also, Bob had me try 3 different shoes and matched up with Hoka.One One Biondi 6. Amazing fit, comfort, and lightweight. I purchased Hoka.One One Biondi 6 with the Currex instert.

I love the one-on-one service when getting fitted for shoes. It's great that I can bring my dog with me. In my experience, everyone has always been kind and helpful. Most of all, I love the return policy. It can be difficult to justify spending a lot on shoes, but knowing they can be brought back if there is a problem makes it an easier decision.

Fleet Feet is great! The store is very nice, stocked, a nice size. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and great customer service. I will definitely come back and do more shopping there. Don't ever both going to any other sports store in town to look for great service, support, and excellent selection of athletic shoes!

The time taken to sell my daughter "just a pair of shoes" would have been different anywhere else. We probably would have been told to just look in a particular section and that would have been it. At your store the young lady who helped us was able to share her knowledge of running, tips for shoe sizing for sprinters, brought out all the shoes available in my daughter's size and had her try them all on to test each one for a little sprint up and down your hallway track.All that aside, her genuine interest and interpersonal skills came out while she spoke with my daughter the whole time (they even laughed about having similar school mascots), and that I believed changed the whole dynamic for my daughter. Instead of being "sold" a pair of shoes, your representative consulted with her and made her feel like a very valued customer. To my perspective, the young lady treated my middle school kid the way a serious professional athlete would have been treatedThank you Fleet Feet!WE WILL BE BACK IN THE FUTURE!

Kale is incredible!!! I walked in and was immediately introduced to kale and I told him that I had no idea about shoes and didn t know what I needed. I told him about issues I ve had with my past shoes and he understood everything. He was incredible with going in detail with everything. The first thing he did was he demonstrated on me how to using a massaging roller and answered all of my questions in full detail. He had me walk barefoot and immediately knew what was wrong with my feet and knew exactly what I needed. He gave me three shoe options each were best suited for me and made 100% sure that the shoe was best for me. Then went into finding the best insole for me. I walked out a very happy customer with a pair of shoes specifically for me plus other items that he suggested for me. Kale was one of the all time greatest customer service associated I ve ever had in my entire life. I can not stress it enough how amazing he was. Thank you so much kale for today

The one on one service and assistance is great. I didn't know much about shoes nor had I ever been fitted or helped to select shoes based on my needs. The associate was very friendly and made me feel very at ease and helped me find a pair of shoes that were not only comfortable but will provide me with the support I need for my feet.

Staff is very knowledgeable in the field of feet. Able to set me up with a shoe size and arch support that minimizes pain in walking.

I appreciate having experienced athletes who have tested the products they're selling to recommend options. The main reason that I still shop for shoes at Fleet Feet instead of trying to save a little money and order them online is that Fleet Feet stands behind their products and their advice, and when anything has gone wrong with shoes I have purchased, I have never had trouble returning them and getting help choosing a replacement that works for me.

Not only did they address my concerns with the type of needs I needed to get back into running but they went above and beyond with taking the time to make sure I was getting put into a new shoes since I had been running in the same brand/model for over a decade. Lastly, Fleet Feet really does want to provide more than a shopping experience but a way to integrate into the local Sacramento running community. The particular day I was shopping they were holding a fun day run and had refreshments and snacks afterwards for the runners. Big thanks again to doing such an awesome job Fleet Feet Sports Sacramento. I will definitely be returning again!

I have had great service from this store very friendly staff the store is very neat and clean l had bought a pair of shoes the most comfortable shoes I have ever had they were recommended by one of the staff.... The shoes I bought had a defect they took them back with no problem they didn't have my size in stock so the clerk had to get them from another store and they shipped them to my home the reason for only 3 stars is when I got my package the box looked like it had been smashed even the box that the shoes came in was ripped in half the shoes appear to be ok now I'm not sure if it was shipped this way or it was beat up by the shipping company but I was shocked when they arrived ...other wise they get 5 star's

This was my third time coming in for a fitting as the last two had failed to identify a shoe that worked over the long haul. Teresa was AMAZING!!! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She listened to my feedback and found a shoe that, so far, fits very well and i'm not having any foot pain. I think she has also convinced me to try trail running after I disclosed how much I hate running, as she had recently started and as a long time runner found it provided something different and enjoyable. Teresa is genuine and as asset to your team. Job well done.

Your shoe fitting was quick but thorough. Prices were higher than normal but that was the price of getting great service.

I keep going back because the staff really listens and helps you find the right shoe. I went from being constantly frustrated with running/walking shoes to loving the shoes they reccomended and continually going back for more.

Three most recent trips in to buy running shoes have resulted in staff pushing me toward shoe brands I've not used in the past..Twice the shoes I purchased caused issues for me. Today, when I was told neither of the tried-and-true brands were in stock, I declined to try anything else new to me. I'd like to see better stock of well-known brands.

This place is incredible. I've been here twice now. The first time was good and the second was excellent. The employee was relentless in pursuing the perfect shoe for me. I've very particular and need a specific fit to really help support myself during long walks and standing on my feet all day. He was working with me for over an hour trying to find the perfect shoe and insole. Thank you fleet feet!!!

Service was excellent and no up selling. The prices were a little high however the information I received was well worth it. I will definitely return again.

If you want a $20 pair of tennis shoes, this isn't the place. However, if you run, spend a lot of time on your feet, or have a foot condition, Fleet Feet is fantastic. Since we're in COVID times, all customers are by-appointment and must wear masks. The entire time I was in the store I was being helped by an associate named Anthony. I told him about my plantar fasciitis and before we even talked about shoes, he was advising me on stretches and foam/other rolling. They do a scan of your feet to provide you with shoes that fit your width, length, arch, and instep. They also watch you walk and offer a 60-day return policy (during which time you're encouraged to wear the shoes as much as you want, even on trails). Their prices may be a little higher ($120 for my shoes), but you're paying for knowledgeable service and specialized products that are tailored to your needs and feet.

Fleet Feet is the only place I'd ever consider buying athletic shoes. Their friendly staff is knowledgeable not only about their extensive, deep and curated product lines, but also anatomy, body mechanics, and fitting, so they always make a perfect match between the person and the shoe.

I have always had difficulty getting shoes to fit correctly. I came to Fleet Feet to let the pros help me. The technician tried to put me in a shoe that was definitely too short insisting it fit correctly. My toes were curling. I opted to go 1/2 size larger after practically begging him to let me try it on. That evening after being on my feet all day I tried on this shoe & it s too short. It it fits in volume which is great but my toes are rubbing against the edges of the insoles. I wish I had purchased my regular size in this particular shoe. It would have been great. Will be making a special road trip to return and exchange for my correct size. The technician may know which shoe is good for my foot and gait but I know what fits.

This is my second trip there. They are very helpful, warm, and unrushed. I get exactly what I need and they ensure that it happens.

No other store has the level of service and attention to detail that this store has. Matt spent nearly an hour helping me find the right running shoes. I typically log 15 - 20 miles a week so this means a lot to me. Kale (named after a musician not the plant) makes you feel like you own the place. This store does not cut corners.

Fleet Feet, but SUPER long wait on weekends. Phil was knowledgeable and very helpful, so the service made the wait worth it. He recommended visiting on a weekday, when they also accept reservations.

They were pretty thorough with helping me find a shoe for my specific needs, even though it took quite a while. Found a shoe with really good traction and the return policy is awesome. I'll update the review after I've worn the shpe for a while or if I go back to buy inserts for arch suppprt in the shoe.
