The food is rather bland and tasteless for all the hype... I'll never go back! I can see why they shut it down, the recipes need some serious overhauling!

So, look.. I have been stalking this restaurant for about a month, and I m not gonna lie the food was good, but not only did they charge me for $.30 worth of butter, being petty, but they also charged me a $20+ dollar service fee to rent space in their restaurant while I eat their food,I will never eat at a restaurant that I have to rent space to pay them money to eat their food, We were having a great night all the way until we got the bill and seen how petty this restaurant really is!!!

Overpriced just a waste of money food is nasty. Flavored crawfish smallest Hill like pennies in your purse

Long story short, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! The service was terrible, we waited over an hour and half for all of our food to come. Then some of the food came cold and they wanted to charge for them to replace it! The waitress never came to our table but all of 2 times. They never brought our drinks and Then when we tried to explain to them what was going on they acted as if we were the problem and had horrible attitudes. They also lost part of our order and no one told us. Just a bunch of excuses being made and no one trying to help or do right.. Not to mention they charge you a service fee for service that is nonexistent

Went here and ordered food for takeout and they charged me $6.63 service charge not including the taxes on the meal. There is no reason a service change for food should be that much when I m not even dining in. I will never eat at this place again. Over priced and the food wasn t that good.

You guys have the place packed no wonder why we are having record covid cases.

Staff was cool! Drinks, food and hookah, no complaints. Waitress was on it. Much better than Fri night when we attempted to patron the spot. Visited the area, Houston, for the first time, so unfamiliar with antics. Cash only for parking.

We are supposed to be Quarantined and suppressing a virus. This place was open and had hundreds of people present tonight absolutely ridiculous and completely selfish.

Waiter/owner was rude ,service took too long , service charge $19 per person was not aware of that the post on social media said $35 for a platter and the ticket was $65 overrated no good fountain drinks just poor service just don t go here

I ordered my wings and they were very cold I took a bite And returned so they took it To the back put in microwave and returned the order same one I bit was still there and now was rubber from microwave we reorder two times they still could not get it right..... with Covic19 how dare you Be careful what you eat when your there BIG MAD!

Came during the day saturday and they were not crowded. We sat on the patio and ordered a hookah. Our waitress was very friendly! I ordered the shrimp and grits and they were the best I ever had! Whenever i m in Houston I will return!

Waiting close to a hour for the food and the food was still cold. It wasn t even a lot of ppl there at the time so I m not understanding why the food was cold and why we had to wait so long. Drink are decent though

The waitress was sweet. The hush puppies were cold in the middle and the french fries were old and getting cold.The fish and shrimp were fried great and seasoned well. There is a $2 fee (not a tip a fee) for dining in. The music was certainly for a younger crowd. I have mixed feelings. They do have potential.I'm not sure if I'll go back but if I do it will be take out and I will check the temp of all of my food before I leave.

This is the best food ever! Especially the oxtails , everybody is so friendly & nice !! I highly recommend

Second time going, first was late night and this time was as they first opened. Food was great both times

I bought the fish and shrimp combo. The fish and shrimp were cooked way too hard and I didnt ask for them to cook it hard. I was not happy as this was my 1st time buying from them. I had high Hope's but they were quickly deflated.

I would have given it 5 stars if the service was better. The servers are very rude. They will not pay you any attention unless you hunt them down. One waitress in particular made it clear that she only cared about customers buying sections when the club is not even that big to begin with. However, I will say that the food was amazing and worth the wait. I would suggest just ordering to-go if you want food from here.

Crawfish was on point it taste like homemade crawfish and snow crabs was the bomb!!!!

The atmosphere was nice crawfish was very small and overcook. Looks nothing like the Instagram page. But overall I MIGHT try it again.

Don t waste your time coming here . The girl that was working our table over charge us for shots we did not have and charge us for two hookahs when we only had one . Never apologize for over charging us and still made us pay for shots that we never had . Manger never came to talk to us and as soon as we explain that something was wrong security was called on us without her even trying to understand where she went wrong . Manger claim she was going to adjust price but still charge us for the shots we did not receive . Smh bad business

I wouldn t recommend eating here. For starters, the staff lack basic professionalism such as greeting and a plethora of other customer related qualities. In an attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt and on account of my spouse really wanting to try the king crab, we proceeded with placing an order anyway. Upon ordering, not once were we told that it would be over a 30 plus minute wait for orders due to the kitchen being backed up. With that being said, about 45 minutes into waiting and not a word or so much of an update from our server, we then followed up on what was taking so long. At that point the server finally decided to explain that the kitchen was backed up but she wasn t expecting it to be much longer. That not too much longer turned into another 30 minutes, which in totality was equivalent to a 1 hour and 30 minute wait time. Had we not waited the first 45 minutes we would ve definitely left, but we decided to see if the food was at least worth the wait. Well... unfortunately it wasn t. The king crab legs were small, we asked for spicy and it wasn t spicy at all, the butter sauce was extremely watery. Overall, I just wouldn t recommend anyone waste their time or money here and I feel like we were more than fair as well as patient. Save yourselves the trouble.

Environment is nice!!! My sister and I came last night, tried the Flava Platter and came back again the next day having lunch on patio. Management is very personable and suggestive to new things to try on the menu. Will be back again!!!

I visited Flava last night..Not much parking for you to park, the waitress I had was really sweet..the crawfish and crab legs didn t taste nor look like the pics on social media (the crawfish was little with no seasoning, no kick to the taste, no garlic butter, and was getting cold and so was the crab legs)..the only thing that was good was the drink. The shrimp, corn, and sausage was ok (the potato was hard)..I won t be back..

My husband and I were looking forward to experiencing this place. However, we sat at the bar and ordered our food pretty fast (boiled shrimp and a blackened fish plate). We then ordered a drink which was made immediately but was just ok definitely not worth $10. We waited for an hour for our food which never came. After an hour I asked how much longer and the response was there are a couple of tickets before yours but I can't give you an exact time. We ended up canceling the food order and paying for the one drink we ordered. It doesn't take an hour to cook boiled shrimp! So much for Sunday Funday!

I and five other of my friends got Covid19 at the Richmond location. They have had a few outbreaks in staff also and tried to cover it. The place is a hub of virus. The restaurant is very lax with masks and there s no social distancing. It s crowded on weekendsAlso, food and drinks were not the best last week. Not recommending this to anyone. Save your money and health and find some place better!

The fried fish was the Truth worth 10 .
But everything else was the worst. The wait for the drinks after the sodas was about 25 30 minutes. It took about 3 hours for my family order of 4 to be brought out but only 3 came out. It took another 20 minutes to boil 10 and 30 minutes to boil 2 sausages that should have came with the first 2 of the 3 orders that came out. Coldest part is when my daughter shrimp s came out she didn t like them cuz the were not cooked. Never again will I come bacc. $129.45 for the wait and $60 worth of food.

Horrible service waited over an HOUR for one order ! Food was cold manager came to the table to inform us that our tickets WERE LOST IN THE KITCHEN he couldn't find the order . Ridiculous service and then on top of that they expect a mandatory 15% service fee ! Please save your money and your time . Eat before you come because your food is not a priority you will never receive it. A customer was threatened with a pistol by a manager ... this was a horrible experience

I will never go again. I reserved a table the owner got my information. I texted him to give my eta. He stated my table wasn t ready. I was already at the restaurant when he texted me. Guess what y all!!! The table was not ready. I had to wait. The waitress asked me did I pay 100.00. I was unaware of the cost. He didn t mention it at all. I have text to prove it. He didn t even apologize or anything. I sent him message bc I was not pleased. He didn t respond. He didnt care. This is why I don t support some black own businesses. It s Unprofessional.

Oh yeah it was my best friend s surprise birthday dinner and because you guys were unprofessional it was no longer a surprise. She came and sat next to me while we waited to be seated.

This is a dirty nasty bar and restaurant. We found dust all over the tables, cobwebs in the restrooms and the food was disgusting. The drinks are very watered down and someone (heath department) needs to close this place down. Do not go here. Got sick on the food so I know it was served at the wrong temperature. Disgusting place.

If there was a zero rating I would have gave it. Waiting to spend some money on drinks and food but our party of 5 was non existent to the staff. After 30 minutes of tracking someone down for service, we left.

Drinks are super expensive other than that good experience. Oh and also for those of you who have kids and have never been to this place the waiters are half naked women in fish nets and underwear. No shirt just a bra. Nice sight for those who like that, but not for kids.

Food was not good at all. Prices were high. DJ music was not in the most favorable position for crowd to listen.

Food was pretty basic. Wouldn't come back for that. The atmosphere is definitely it tho!

I came in the very last minute and was still able to get fresh food on the spot. My server Timirra was very nice, kind, polite, and knowledgeable of the menu. She remember me from previous visit and already knew what I wanted.

If you are 30 and up its not the place for you, but the food is great. If you want a table call early like around 4pm to reserve it.

The Crawfish was okay,I really was expecting more considering seening all the post on social media. The place needs more structure, our server spent more time on the patio then waiting on tables inside. If the server can not remember the customer's order take notes please. Then when ringing customers up. Get a system where the customer's tabs and credit cards are not getting mixed up. It would be appreciative, if customer's knew about the service charge upfront then after when the tab comes. It would have been nice for the server to check on on the tables more. Really could be a nice place.

People are getting COVID from this place. They aren't practicing social distancing, they aren't wearing masks, and they aren't operating at reduced capacity. No wonder you refused interviews when every Houston media outlet showed up.

Parachuted into town and was starving from traveling Knew the best in the business Jessica was behind the bar so I stopped in for hot wings and some ketel.

Mowed down the killer wings and had amazing service. I will be back. You cant beat the atmosphere and food.
