Parked in their garage in downtown Denver. Tried to get back to my car the way we came, through the elevator. The elevator wouldn't open regardless of how many times I swiped the credit card I placed on file with them. Called for help multiple times; after many rings, a man answered and hung up as soon as my husband told him the problem. We called again and the same man answered and hung up. Absolutely worthless. We ended up having to walk all the way around up through the car entrance /exit.

If I could rate this with 0 zero stars, I would.

Several customers were stuck inside the Opryland Parking lot by FlashParking for approximately an hour. All customers has their parking tickets and we re ready to pay with a debit card. We tried every single exit point in the parking lot back it s. We tried calling to receive help, were hung up on several times, and told there were other help line calls to answer. One of our assistants was very rude, she hung up on us with 0 warning in the middle of a sentence. Another assistant offered to stay on the line with us until the property manager arrived. I m so thankful that the property manager, Gilbert was there in a few minutes to assist us.

This review is specific to the Equinox Austin location. Kiosks malfunction on a regular basis & customer service takes no responsibility for the company s technology. LISTEN to your customers. Sometimes, you need to acknowledge your company is the issue in a failed transaction. Blaming & penalizing customers for your mismanagement, ineptness & poorly maintained systems is a form of fraud.

We received our parking stub and following the instructions of the young man at the entry gate, we parked and went up to have dinner. We were supposed to get the first hour free. When we were ready to go down to the parking garage, we found a kiosk very close to the garage and following the written instructions to the best of our understanding, inserted the stub. We scanned our receipt from the dinner for our free hour. It asked for our credit card and having read it, printed out a receipt with no discount for our first hour. We tried it three times to the same result. Fortunately, it only charged our card once, but it never gave us the discount. Two hours of parking on a Monday evening was $18!!! My husband called Flashparking here, they sent him to Corporate, when it talked with them they forwarded, it turned out, back to Austin. He left two messages and has yet to hear from anyone. We will walk farther to avoid this again.

I parked accidentally at a flash parking facility ...

I parked accidentally at a flash parking facility in Salt Lake. The entrance arm was broken so I went in and then looked for a kiosk to pay. Realizing the problem I went back on foot and slid my credit card, pushed several buttons and finally got a parking ticket. I left it in my car and left for an hour and a half.

Upon leaving, the machine read that I needed to slide my card and I did so. It read that my card wasn t recognized as purchasing a ticket to park. There was a place to scan a card with a magnetic strip. ( I assume for customers that buy a parking pass for a month. )

I looked for a place to either key in or insert my paper parking ticket. By this time there is a line forming to exit the lot. Finally, out of desperation, I hit lost my parking ticket . I was charged $20 to park for an hour and a half.

Today, after searching the internet to find a phone number for Flash Parking SP Plus Kearns Lot in downtown Salt Lake City, I finally found a corporate number for Flash Parking and made a call. It sounded like some guy answering the phone in the middle of his living room with kids screaming all around him. I explained my problem (I have no idea how or if he could even hear me). When he replied to me, I could not hear what he was saying. I told him there was too much noise in the background for me to hear him.
He quieted the noise and told me that there is ALWAYS an attendant at the parking lot. This was a parking lot with maybe 50 parking spaces. There was no attendant and if there was, why wouldn t they see that there was a problem.

I had no idea that that parking lot was more special than the rest in Salt Lake. The other lots in the area charge MUCH less than $20 for a full day of parking. I was ripped off! Merry Christmas Flash Parking!

Parked in the hospital parking lot in Tarzana, CA. Sign said $1 for 20 min, Maximum $10. Went in at 1:23 p.m. and exited at 2:33 p.m. Was overcharged for $12. Called the phone number and it just rang and rang. Scammers! They must get a lot of disgruntled sick and innocent people parking at this facility and they are making a lot of money off of them. Somebody should report them for ripping people off.

Routinely unhelpful support at equinox austin location. I pay quite a bit for parking but my wasteful paper receipt ticket (which my car is now full of) blew away in the wind and the only solution is to pay $30 or back up the entire garage and go back in for another validation. Flash can t seem to integrate the app into this location, which is somewhat embarrassing at this point. Poor implementation of new technology.

I have the unfortunate luck of working at a place that uses Flash Parking for the parking garage. Frequently our clients are late because of a pile up of cars trying to enter the garage because the Flash Parking entry computer just won t be working or will be down. I m finally leaving this review because after a long day once I m leaving work I get trapped in the garage for an extra 10 minutes as it s decided to not read my monthly parking RFID thing and kept giving me an error message. I had to back out and drive around and after some other cars went through with a credit card I got in line and was able to leave.
