The customer service people are friendly, knowledgeable and will order what you need , when you need it and ship it to you fast.. Their Techs know what they are doing when it comes to repairing your copier, they are knowledgeable and fix it right the first time.

What a great place, largely due to the people who work here.

We had a contract with Fraser from Feb 2015 through Feb 2020.
About 2.5 years into the contract we no longer needed the copier. They were unable to take the return of the copier until the end of the contract (Which I would have paid for in full) so, it sat in storage for 2.5 years. We continually asked to be able to return the copier. It wasn't until December 2021, 10 months after the contract was finished that we received an email with information on how and where to return it. After we returned the copier, they sent us a bill for leasing and insurance from July 2020-January 2021.

Worked there for a year and was mistreated by supervisors. Work load was given out to lowest on the seniority would get bulk orders with short time to be done by . Was a popularity contest no one would help if needed just laughed behind back . Two face management was a joke
