As a business customer, my experience with informatics was bad. The organization requires a lot of data before payment by invoice is possible. This significantly delayed my order and was forwarded to another department. In turn, this department was unaware of my request to contact us for the delivery address (we have two locations). Here I had to constantly call the back. In the end, the delivery arrived at the wrong address. What a fumbling!

In the whole they did not think along with me, not even about specific questions regarding the equipment. Really a big disappointment. Next time I will look for another supplier, one who is not too bothered about payment by invoice.
