Ordered online, shipped the same day and delivered the next day. With the 3rd order 1 day later because Postnl indicated by email that they were unfortunately too busy and would therefore deliver 1 day later than they had indicated in their 1st email. Customer service easily accessible - sometimes a bit longer on hold - and very friendly and helpful.
